Back when I was collecting parts for the last couple of PMVs, I began noticing people were ignoring rules. I had to make them redo their part, and sometimes they ended up dropping out completely because they didn't read the rules the first time, then couldn't get it done on time. This is why you have to read the rules. Read. The. Rules. If you don't read the rules, you delay the PMV for the rest of us who have worked very hard. I know, there is a lot of rules and it looks daunting to read them all, but they're incredibly important.

I was originally going to post this along with the parts, but I decided to first post this, then post the parts about a half hour to an hour later. (Too much reading while in the "I just want to get the part I want" panic craze XD)
