SUMMARY:

Y/n Carter had grown up with her older sister as someone she always looked up to, especially when she showed the men just how better she was than them while they were training to be soldiers for the war.

During her first year as an agent for S.H.I.E.L.D., she finds herself becoming interested in a man about a year or so older than her who has been trying to sign up for the war and the army for as long as he could remember, though he had always been too small... too weak.

That was until he was given the super soldier serum.

Many assumed that's why Y/n fell for him. And while his new muscles might've been a plus, she had fallen in love with his heart... his kindness and his determination to save his loved ones and many soldiers.

But when he goes down in the ice, she doesn't know what to do, her sister trying to help her move on. That is until she disappears all of a sudden, her face being seen seventy years later by that same super soldier she had fallen in love with in the first place when she attacks him with her partner...
