You pull a face," You're my sisters, I'll never forget you...it's only for six months (acting workshops and maybe a semester of my masters). My acting agent sends me an E-mail of a new K drama that will shoot in September, and the director wants me to audition for the lead..."

You embraced them warmly and wished them a successful year. You hope Blackpink will have shows in America so that you can meet up soon. But South Korea wouldn't see you so soon again.

They had to go back to rehearsals, and you said your teary goodbyes.

You have dressed in black stretch skinny jeans, a white t-shirt and a white tracksuit jacket. Your hair is beautiful and shiny. You made sure to let it get all the treatments at your Beauty spa.

Your mom came into your room when you zipped up your carry on after placing your mark up bag inside. She sat on your bed and looked at your side profile, and clears her throat.

Your mom smile through her sadness," Ok...I like that! If you want to, I'll come and visit you for a week and rekindle our relationship " you nod, and your mom jumps up and embrace you in a tight hug. You've never felt this close to your mom. Your door open wider as your dad peek through. He cough. You and your mom look at him, smiling widely.

Your Dad beamed at the two of you, "Ok, love, can you please release my baby? Our Uber is here...please be safe. Jisoo will be staying at home for the week...so don't miss me too much."Your mom giggles as your dad grab her into his arms and kiss her gently.

At the sight of so much love and affection, your heart constricts painfully. You quickly grabbed some of your luggage and went out to give your parents more privacy.

You wonder suddenly how is Yoongi doing on their Wings World tour? Is he feeling the effects that you are feeling? Maybe not. Is he ok? Is he eating or sleeping well? The pain of losing him is still raw.

You don't know how you will fare on the flight when you alone with your thoughts. You so scared your dad will figure out something is so wrong. You know you will spill the beans at once.

The ride to the Incheon airport is quiet as your dad, and the driver was exchanging pleasantries.

You communicated with your new universities, "first-year" student counsellor and giving you the necessary registration day information.

You text your friends back. Yerin and Tzuyu bit you a pleasant trip and a successful few months. Yerin will inform you via Skype meetings about the state of the business. She is so excited because the girls from Gfriend came to book sessions. You smile with delight.

After you've checked in your luggage, you went to the Singapore Silverkris business/first class lounge to relax and wait for boarding. Your dad book you on Singapore Airline from Seoul to LA- a full 13 hour and 35 Min flight. You can't wait to relax on the flight.

The hosts at the desk look very friendly and welcomed you in.

"You need anything to drink or eat, dear.? Our flight seems to be delayed...by an hour" you look around the lounge area. Because you early for your international flight, the space is empty with one lone businessman on a laptop.

You follow your dad to the buffet area. You do feel a little hungry. Luckily you only have your hand luggage around your shoulders with your iPad and the rest of your essentials. Your dad has his laptop bag with some essentials.

The lounge is clean and relatively empty, with few people sitting having a great view of the departing planes. It's so relaxing without people looking or watching your every move.

Your dad's cell phone is ringing. Maybe Your mom. Your dad sat at the nearest table next to the buffet area. You placed your bag down and went to check on the food displays.

You took a plate and dish up some warm croissants and cheeses. You and dad can share. You moved back to your dad's table. He is still on the phone with someone.

You placed the plate in the middle and gesture for him to eat some. Your dad shows you that he only wants hot and spicy Kimchi noodles. You took a plate and dish up for him and brought it back.

You look at the food and decide on a small portion of English breakfast. Two rashes of bacon fritters, filled eggs, hot spicy veggies and a pork banger or sausage with a rice dish.

You went to the tea counter. You made some tea for your dad. His favourite green tea, and you opt for a glass of orange juice.

"Thank you, baby...I haven't had this flavour of instant noodles before..." he slurps up some of his hot noodles and blow it to cool it off. You smile fondly at your dad. You love him so much.

"Gosh, it tastes good..." he laughs. You enjoyed your brunch with your dad.

"Who was that? Was it Eomeoni?" you ask with interest.

"Oh, one of our business associates. He's coming with me to the meeting in L.A. His flight from Tokyo just landed."your dad informed you.

"Oh, that's a hectic schedule. Go on one plane and hop into another...how's the business?" you wanted to know because your parents worked very hard.

"It's flourishing, we want to expand into the US markets, so if everything goes as planned, you'll see us visiting you more.." You smile at you.

"O, nice! make it a family trip...with Jisoo."

"Mr Kim!!!...", someone, an older Japanese man rush to your dad's side and bow deeply as you and your dad stood up, bow and shake hands. They exchange some pleasantries, and Dad looks at you. You nod as he offers to quickly have a minute with his associate after introducing him to you.

"It's ok, dad, have your meeting; I'm done...You'll find me in the lounge area. "You wave at them and stroll to the site to relax.

You sat down on the high soft grey chairs facing the television. You also got a lovely scenic view of the airport. You were watching the arriving planes.

You wonder what the USA will treat you. You hope people will be welcoming.

You sigh and switch on your phone. It has been almost an hour that you've deliberately ignore your sisters' calls. When you open up your call log, you saw practically 15 miss calls and numerous text messages from Jisoo.

You open up your messages.
