If there was one word that described Evie Tyler that word would be Enigma.

She was quiet and mysterious to those who didn't know her preferring to keep to herself. But to those that she cared about, she was caring and sassy.

But if you make her mad her temper runs as hot as the firey red hair on her head. That also was the only thing that made her different from her mum and sister who both had blonde hair.

Jackie had always said that she got it from her father not daring to tell her the truth out of fear of her reaction. Genevieve was left on the Tyler's doorstep when she was a baby all that Pete and Jackie saw when they answered the door was a figure with unruly curly hair disappearing down the stairs and a note attached to the baby carrier saying that her name was Genevieve and to take care of her.

So they took her in and raised her as their own and when Evie was 3 they had her baby sister Rose. The two were extremely close growing up but that changed when they reached their teenage years Rose started acting like she was better than Evie.

Evie was studying to be an Archeologist and so when she's off on an expedition and receives a panicked call from her mother that her sister has been missing for a few weeks she packs up and heads home to ease her mother's nerves a little by having one of them there.

Her life is flipped upside down even more than normal when Rose shows up a year after she disappeared with a tag-along in the form of a man in a leather jacket with blue eyes.

And the Doctor meets the Enigma that is Genevieve Tyler. Right away he finds her hard to understand because it seemed like she knew things about him that she shouldn't know since he knew they had never met.
