"Mia isn't awake yet?" I asked Ma'am Pagnole as I entered the Kitchen.

Mia loves food a lot, so if she's awake the kitchen is her first point of contact.
I was surprised when I entered the kitchen, and I didn't see Mia.

"No Jax, do you want me to go wake her up?" She asked as she stood up and started advancing towards the door.

I hate when Nanny acts like a maid.

"No don't worry, I will go wake her up. Just prepare food for both of us." I said opening the door and going back upstairs.

I opened the door of Mia's room and saw her sprawled on the bed, with her pink pajamas.
When I came closer, I saw that she drooled a little bit.

I will definitely use that against her.

"Hey M&M wake up," I said as I gently shook her shoulders.

"Ashley I said the chocolate chips are mine." She said mumbling in her sleep, as she turned over to the other side of the bed. Obviously showing the signs of not being ready to wake up.

Interesting! So Mia talks in her sleep.

I went back to the kitchen to get some ice cubes.
"Is she awake already?" Ma'am Pagnole asked as she whisked the eggs.
"No, but she'll be awake in the next two minutes," I said grinning mischievously.

Ma'am Pagnole has raised me since I was little, knew my mischievous grin.
"What are you going to do?" She asked looking suspicious.
"You'll see, just get ready for screams," I said chuckling mischievously.

Ma'am Pagnole just gave me this eye 'don't you dare try a thing boy.'

I ignored her stare as I went on with my business.
I got ice-cubes from the freezer and dumped them into the jug.

Operation 'Mia get ready to scream', will be a success. I thought as I opened the door to her room.

"Wakey- wakey." I sang downing the ice cubes on her.

I have never seen action as swift as Mia's, she should be in the Olympics.
"Holy fudge, sweet mother of cheese crackers, what was that?" She asked while jumping off her bed hastily.
"You didn't want to get wake up so......" I trailed as I smiled craftily.

Mia's eyes narrowed at me, it was then I noticed that she didn't see at first.

"Jason!!" She yelled dragging her hair in frustration.
"Yes M&M," I responded, inserting a sweet sickly voice into it.

"I'm going to kill you." She said lounging at me, but totally missing me as she fell on the bed.
"Try harder Mia," I said laughing as I skipped out of the room.

"Get ready to die asshole." She screamed and started running after me as fast as her short legs could carry her.

She chased me down the stairs angrily.
We passed Ma'am Pagnole in the kitchen who just hollered about me being mean, and us keeping it down.

"Your short legs are the disadvantage sweetheart," I said teasing her as I kept running.

"You dare call me a midget, wait till....." She didn't finish her statement as she fell into the pool.

Mia was so preoccupied about catching me, that she didn't notice we have gotten to the pool area.

I laughed hysterically as I turned to see Mia looking like a drenched puppy.

"This is so picture-worthy," I said taking my iPhone out as I took her picture.
Mia looked absolutely mad in the picture.

"A little souvenir for me, you don't mind right?" I asked mockingly.

"No I don't, just come and help me out of the pool." She said smiling widely.

"No thank you, I'll pass. That is the oldest trick in the book Mia." I scoffed.

"How?" Mia asked faking innocence.

"So you can pull me into the pool too." I deadpanned.

"Whatever, I'll surely get my revenge, Mr. Steele." She said getting out of the pool.

"Ohh no I'm scared," I responded sarcastically.

"You should be, Mia's evil genius is now unleashed." She said smirking.

"Ok and I'll be waiting, just go and change," I said shooing her away.
"It will sooner than you expect, mark my words." She said going upstairs to change her damp clothes.

I hurriedly ate and dressed up for work.
Ever since Mia came, the resolve to go to work has become minute, but what I have to do today is very important and cannot be shifted.

"Ok Mia, see you later." I hollered from downstairs.

"I'm still getting my revenge, Mr. Steele." She hollered back.

I just shook my head as I went out the door.

Mia will always be Mia, and there is nothing that can be done about it.

🌌Mia's P.O.V🌌

I sat down in the dining room thinking of what to do, as my revenge for Jason.

I was still munching my toast when the idea suddenly came.

"That's it, I know what to do," I said standing up from my chair suddenly and startling Ma'am Pagnole.

"Sorry, Ma'am." I apologized sheepishly.

I may be stubborn but my grandpa taught me manners, and am not about to throw that all away.

"No problem dear, so you finally figured out what to do to Jason?" She said with her eyes twinkling.

Ma'am Pagnole reminds of Ash, her interest in my mischief makes me remember Ash.

"Do you know where the drugstore is around here?"

"Yes, why?" She asked as she furrowed her eyebrows.

"That's because I'm going to buy some drugs for Jason," I said smiling widely.

"Drugs? but he isn't sick." Ma'am Pagnole said looking confused.

"Of course not, but I'm going to buy some really embarrassing drugs."

"Which are?" Ma'am Pagnole asked still not understanding me.

"Drugs for pile," I said raising my hands dramatically.

"That's going to be epic, he has a meeting dear go now." She said gesturing me to go get dressed.

"I still got to help you with the dishes," I said protesting.

"And miss the chance of giving Jason a taste of his own medicine, you got to be kidding me."

"Ok ok, I'll be quick," I said hurrying upstairs.

I need to look tough and hot for this operation.
So I wore my pink crop top, black jeans, and black Nike converse.

I secretly thanked Ash in my head.

I applied my mascara, black eye shadow and used my eyeliner to add the wings.
I was aiming for smoky eyes, so when I finally got what I wanted I added my red lipstick.

Let's see who is the better player Jason.

"So where is the drug store?" I asked Ma'am Pagnole immediately I got down the stairs.

"It's two blocks away, you can't miss it."

"Thanks a lot," I said nodding in her direction as I advanced towards the door.

"You're welcome dear, make sure to tell me how it went."

"I will surely do."

Ma'am Pagnole was right, I located the drug store easily.

An old woman was behind the counter.

"Hey, dearie, what do you want?" She asked smiling sweetly.

"I'll love to have the drug for pile."

The old woman raised her brows suspiciously but didn't say anything as she handed the drug to me.

"Thanks a lot."

"No problem, hope the person gets better."

I got a taxi easily to Jason's company.

It's like the universe is in support of my plans.

I got into the company without any problem, because the security guard said something about Jason telling them to let me in anytime I come.

Thanks, Jason, you just made my work easier.

I was worried about that bitchy secretary Felicia because am sure she'll be the one to ruin my plans.

I was surprised when I saw a different face at the table.

"Hey." I greeted quietly.

"Good day Ma'am, You must be Mia." She said smiling.

"Yeah, how did you know?" I asked feeling confused.

"Well, Sir Jason told us to always let you in, no matter what."

"Ohh... Ok, no problem. I'll be going up now."

"Ok, ma'am.".

Then curiosity got the better part of me.

"Where is Felicia?"

"She went on three days leave."

"Ok no problem, continue what you were doing. I'll be going now and thanks for your kind reception."

"It's no problem, ma'am."

I entered the elevator to Jason's office.

When I got to the door, I heard voices being raised a little bit.

Well, let the game begin.

I entered the office, I saw Jason talking to Mason and two other guys I didn't know.

They were in intense discussion, that they didn't even notice my presence.

"Hey," I said clearing my throat.

"Hey Mia, long time no see," Mason said smiling widely.

"Ermmm....you just saw me like two days ago."

"Yeah, but I missed your pretty face." He said teasing me.

"Thanks for the nice comment." I chuckled nervously.

"So M&M why are you here?" Jason said breaking the uncomfortable atmosphere.

"Well you were hurrying this morning and you forgot something."

"I did?" Jason asked looking confused.

"Yes, you did."

"And what did I forget?" Jason asked raising his brows.

"You forgot to take your Pile drugs," I exclaimed.

I should really be given an award for acting. I thought to myself.

"What?" Jason exclaimed looking surprised.

"Don't be embarrassed dear, there is nothing to be ashamed of. Remember the doctor said morning doses are the most important."

"I don't have Pile!" Jason said looking in horror.
He looked like he had seen a ghost.

"I get it's embarrassing, so I'll just drop it with your secretary.
So don't forget to take it, see you later." I said going out of the office.

🌌Jason's P.O.V🌌

Mia sure knew how to play dirty, and I can't believe she embarrassed me like that.

"Man you got Pile," Mason said holding his sides as he was laughing hard, as tears streamed down his face.

"Shut up man, it was a prank."

"A prank?"

"Yes, it was," I said nodding my head.

"Like I believe you." He said as he gestured the two men outside.

Trust me when I say I have an idiot as my best friend.

"Make sure you take the drug, Jax." He said chuckling as he left my office.

Mia should get ready because the battle line has been drawn.
