( T = Takeru ; M = Mako )

M: Takeru, why did you left us like that?

T: *looking down at the ground, regret* It's nothing.

M: what do you mean is nothing?

T: It's my own business to fight with Juuzo. I don't need any help. 

M: But we are your vassals. We are suppose to protect and stay by yourside. "Your life in our hands. Ours in your." Did you forget the promise?

T: *looks down* 

How can he tell her? How can he tell her that he is trying to protect her life? That Juuzo stated that he will kill her off if Takeru didn't come alone. Although he felt guilty for lying to them, to her, he can't let anything harm his love one.  

M: Nevermind. It's okay if you don't answer the question. I've got to go. 

Takeru suddenly grabbed her wrist. And pulled her into his arms. 

T: I'm sorry, Mako. I didn't mean to upset you and the others. It just that...

M: It just that?? What are you trying to say Takeru. 

T: It's just that i don't want to loose you. I'm scared that another person, who I deeply care about, is gone. 

Mako's eyes brimming with tears. She was surprise, happy and shock to hear it. She stays silent. 

T: Will you forgive me Mako? 

Mako turned around and face him. She leaned in, and kiss him on the lip. Takeru was shocked at her action, but responded to the kiss. After they break apart, she smiled. 

M: I forgive you, Takeru.
