After hours of scrolling through online profiles #tassieguy caught my eye.

Hmm.... you ask, why?

Well his profile was pretty bland, clearly not a writer, yet it was honest and heartfelt. His photo's looked as if they had been recently taken which is always a good sign he's not lying about his age.... many do with online dating so I guess what really drew me to him was his profession. I was intrigued.

I'm also highly impressed with the work she's currently doing with our Senior Citizens community in Australia. One day, my parents may need senior care and I hope we can give them incredible food, even if they're considered old!

Date Night - Thursday

As you know, I'm childless every second Thursday night. It's my ex's night to mind the kids and of course, our shared dog.

Date Venue - Prime Steak Restaurant

Good choice.

I love steak.

Date Time - 6 30pm

I'll have to pack a change of clothes and go straight from the office.

My Outfit - Causal Sexy

I chose a black tailored skirt knee length with a slide split. A white collared cotton shirt that buttoned up perfectly at the front just above my bra.

There is no shame in showing a little bit of cleavage with my La Perla flesh coloured lace bra, as long as I save something for later, in case there's a second date. Here's to dreaming....

Black high heel sandals with straps that wind around my ankle and a Tiffany's Paloma Picasso rose gold necklace with matching earrings to complete the.... casual yet sexy look.

I'll have to touch up my hair and makeup at work then I'll be good to go.

Date Synopsis

The date started well with the usual small talk get to know you stuff like, where did you grow up, parents, siblings, discussions on what his profile said. He let me order the red wine so I selected a South Australian Tempranillo, we shared a started, pigs in a blanket except it was a fig not a pig, we both order steak, medium rare and shared sides of roasted potatoes in rosemary and rocket salad with parmesan.

Desert, well, we'll see about that! No... just kidding! We shared a fresh assortment of berries soaked in liquor with mascarpone and a platter of cheese also from South Australia.

The dinner was.... Delicious.

Date Rating - Shocker

And then onto why he get a shocker rating .....

#tassieguy had had one long term girlfriend over the last nine years. He'd recently broken up, well actually, she dumped him as he wouldn't marry her and, that's not the best bit of my shocker date rating.....
