#1 — "You don't know how much I've missed you."

To celebrate the end of the shooting of Matthew's newest movie, you decided to surprise him at his apartment. You had contacted his co-stars before planning it, and you couldn't wait. It had been five months since you've seen his face. Every night you would talk to him on the phone, talk about each other's day, but tonight you were going to talk to him face to face. You even reserved a night at the fanciest restaurant in town. You were excited!

The woman who played Matthew's friend in the film had agreed to pick you up from the airport.

"You two are honestly the cutest, I swear," his friend stated while you buckled up in your seat. "I'm excited to see how he reacts to your surprising him. He has no idea."

"Well, let's just hope that he's going to be happy to see me."

"Don't even get me started sweetie," she said, backing out of the parking space. "Matthew always came to set to talk about you. He's in love with you. I'm surprised you two aren't married yet."

You smiled shyly. "I wouldn't mind being his wife."

She smiled gracefully over at you before driving to the apartment. She continued to make casual conversation with you as she led you up the stairs to his room.

"Alright, we're here," she said, staring at the two digit number on his door. "this is when I leave."

She smiled sweetly at you and hugged you tightly before parting ways with you. You thanked her and waved goodbye as she left. You turned and took in a deep breath as you brought your knuckles up to hit against the door. Three knocks later, your heart began to race. It was as if your heart had exploded out of your chest as your heard him yell the four words, "I'll be right there!"

A few footsteps later, the door began to slowly open. You held your breath as you met the eyes with your lover that you haven't seen in months. His soft brown eyes enlarged as soon as they made contact with yours. You opened your mouth to greet him, but Matthew threw himself at you. He squeezed you just as tight as he did the day that he parted from you to shoot the movie. You melted into his arms as he began to kiss you up and down your neck.

"You don't know how much I've missed you." matthew claimed, continuing to attack you with his lips. You giggled as he ended his friendly greeting. "You're looking as beautiful as ever [Y/N]."

"Surprise Matt," you said, smiling brightly at him. "I've missed you too, now it's my turn to show you how much."

You slid your hand down to connect with his. Matthew went along with you, not caring where you two were going. All he knew was that he was with you, and that was all that mattered.
