Fable Leon always loved the idea of road trips. Getting in a car with your closest friends and going until you could go no more. And so, during the summer after graduation, Fable has convinced some of her closest friends to load their things up into her Volkswagen Bus and travel around the States with her.

The friends see some sights, but it isn't until they end up in the small town of Merfeu, Oregon does the story begin.

Because it is here, the first night that the friends spend in the motel on the outskirts of the town, that Fable is framed for a crime that she did not commit.

It is up to her friends to prove her innocence to the police of the town, so that they can save their friend from a life in jail. And so the game begins, and as the friends get involved in the dangerous politics that are running amok through the town, it might be harder to save their friend than they originally thought.

Oh, and did they mention the ancient blood feud between the Dragons and Witches who happen to make up most of the residents of the small town?

The city of Merfeu had been around for centuries, an ancient town that was home to the many supernatural refugees that would journey to the small town and make a life for themselves outside of the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The small town in Oregon was originally just a small safe haven, one of many that the people of the States had not yet reached in their quest for the conquest of the large land area that would be later known as The United States of America. After the colonies had won the Revolutionary War, people from the colonies started to travel to Oregon, and with such, the town of Merfeu and it's citizens were forced into hiding.
After the Civil War that racked the States, the citizens of Merfeu thought that the worst of it was over. But that was when two warring sides came to take up residence in the small town, cast out by society and forbidden from leaving the town, Merfeu quickly became a war zone between the two sides. There was the Ice Oak Coven, a group of unconventional Witches and Warlocks with incredible gifts, and a talent for Ice magic and Earth magic. And then there was the Luminaar Clan, a family of Dragons and their compatriots with a longstanding grudge against the Ice Oak Coven. The two sides have been at war for around a century and a half, but the fighting wasn't containing large and aggressive attacks, no the fighting between the two sides remained sneaky and conniving. The town of Merfeu has been at war, and although many other creatures have stopped by the town to seek haven, the town is no longer one of the safest places for a supernatural creature looking to hide from the world.

Please don't just copy the same personality as someone who has already applied, I don't need two carbon copy personalities of each other going on a road trip together! Also please apply with guys! (If you want to reuse a character you've already created, that's totally okay!)

3. Please add this book to a public reading list and give it a shout out on your page! If you'd like to then you can also follow this account so that you'll stay ahead on updates from me, but that is not necessary!

4. Please fill out your form as detailed as you can! This really helps me get a feel for your character and it'll be easier to write about them! The password is the answer to the question, can your character drive?

6. I'm going to be choosing seven main characters that will be traveling along with my character! I'm not sure to how many side characters I'll be accepting from the town of Merfeu, so feel free to apply for those characters as many times as you want!

7. For you faceclaims, they can be anywhere from nineteen to twenty-five years old if you're applying as part of the main cast! These are the characters that are all just graduated high school (or are still in high school) so I would like it if your faceclaim was close to the age of the character! If you're going to be applying as apart of the side cast, your faceclaims can be however old you would like them to be, so long as they are close to the age of your character!

AUTHOR'S RAMBLINGS:

Hello, hello, and welcome to my third applyfic! I'm actually pretty excited for this idea, and I hope you guys like it! I'm not sure when I'm going to be closing it yet, but this month is pretty busy for me, so it'll probably be open through March and close sometime in April! Other than that, I hope you guys enjoy!
Also, I own none of the images I used to make the cover, along with all of the gifs used in this chapter and further chapters, and I don't own any of the images used to make the aesthetics that'll feature in the later chapters.
Also also, in this story there is going to be witches and dragons, and while I know a fair amount upon Dragons, the witches that are portrayed in my book are going to be my take on witches and how they would feature in the supernatural, they're not going to be exactly like the witches of today or like, witches in popular culture.
