Four
NIGHT COMES AND EVERYONE GOES TO BED the voice from the ceiling said.
"But-" Vanessa said, but couldn't finish her sentence before a yawn escaped from her lips. An overwhelming sense of weariness came over everyone, and they found themselves, unwillingly, heading towards the bedrooms. They knew what would happen, but still they felt the urge to rest, and their bodies willed them to sleep. Before long, everyone was asleep.
But again, in succession, all the 4 people woke up, all one after another.
The murderer smiled to themselves. They had successfully murdered one person, and booted out an innocent, leaving them in the game. They felt no guilt at all.
The doctor frowned, sad that the person they chose to save hadn't been the right one.
The clown just lay in bed, thinking of a strategy to get themselves voted off to win.
The spy slipped out of their room. They crouched just behind a wall in the living room, poking their head out to peer down the hallway. They were just beginning to think they should head back to their room when they saw someone run down the hall, quietly running into a room on the right side. Well well the spy said to themselves.

The next morning was quiet. Everyone silently came out of their rooms, looking this way and that as they went down the hall to the kitchen. To their surprise, they saw breakfast set out. Scrambled eggs and mugs of tea, and both surprisingly warm from the steam rising off of them.
Ari gasped, as a smile cracked on her face.
"Yes! Let's eat!" Zion said.
"We need silverware," Soph said.
"And its probably somewhere behind the counter." Lynn said. "Someone come with me. I don't like going
anywhere alone anymore..."
No one said anything, for they themselves felt the same. Lynn, Frank, Soph and Ari went with her. Zion, Kyle, Logan and Vanessa stood around the table.
"That painting looks familiar," Zion said, gazing at the painting of the yellow cat painting on the wall. Its little mouth seemed to smile down at them and it gave off a happy glow with its rosy red cheeks and sparkling greenish eyes. Vanessa leaned on a chair and looked at it.
"It does, doesn't it?" Logan said.
"Yea," Vanessa said, running a finger down the handle of a teacup.
"Hey! I found them!" Ari yelled from the kitchen, looking into a drawer.
"Nice!" Zion yelled. Lynn, Frank, Ari and Soph came over, setting forks and spoons down besides each plate. Everyone quickly pulled up a chair and sat down.
"These are some good eggs," Frank commented.
"Good tea to," Kyle said, taking a sip of his.
Suddenly, Lynn dropped her teacup on the table. It shattered, glass flying in all directions and spilling tea everywhere. Vanessa and Logan, who had been on either sides of her, jumped up to avoid getting tea spilled in their laps.
Lynn had her hands on her throat, trying to talk, but instead only feeble high pitched wines came out. Her face began turning an alarming red, and she sounded like she was trying to cough, but no air could escape her lungs. Her hands scratched at the table as a convulsion ran through her body. Then, she stopped, her head dropping onto the table and her body limp. Everyone sat in shock, a wave of deadly silence washing through the room.
"What just happened." Logan whispered, who was standing next to Lynn.
"Someone killed her, that's what!" Vanessa said, a hint of anger in her voice.
DISCUSS WHO YOU THINK IT IS AND VOTE the voice from the ceiling said.
Fear was set in everyone's eyes as they sat motionless at the table.
The spy spoke first, having seen who the person they saw moving around the night before.
"I think it's Logan."
"What?" Logan shouted.
"First, first!" Ari shouted, calming people down. "How did she even die?"
"Poison?" Vanessa suggested.
"Probably." Soph said, "she went really fast, like poison that happens in the movies."
"Poison, ok, but any one of us could have done it!" Kyle said.
"Guys we need to vote," Ari said.
"Fine, I vote Frank because he's being quiet." Soph said. But when she said it, a suspicious little grin appeared on Frank's face.
"Me to!" Ari shouted
"I vote hi- what the.." Logan said, stopping mid sentence, looking at him. "Wait!"
"He's the clown!" Zion finished.
"He's not defending himself at all," Kyle pointed out.
"What, I'm not the clown," Frank said, in a very unconvincing tone.
"He's totally the clown!" Kyle said in a panicked tone.
"Don't vote for him," Vanessa said. "Personally I vote for Logan."
"Yea, me to!" Zion said.
"I think its Soph, she just straight out accused Frank without any reason." Kyle said, pointing a finger at Soph.
"I vote for her to," Frank said.
THERE IS A TIE. RE-VOTE AND IF THERE IS A TIE THE PERSON WILL BE CHOSEN RANDOMLY.
"I still vote for Soph." Kyle said.
"You think its me!?" Soph yelled.
"Me to," Frank said, earning a glare from Soph.
"I'm voting for Soph." Vanessa said.
"I will to, now that I know Frank isn't the murderer," Ari said, giving Frank an annoyed look.
"I... I still think it's Logan." Zion said.
"I second the vote for Logan." Soph said. "It's not me guys! Please!" She had a desperate look on her face.
"Look at how hard she's begging though," Logan said.
"Because it's not me!" Soph said, desperation in her voice.
ALL VOTES HAVE BEEN CAST.
A pale look came over Soph's face, and she trembled, looking in horror at everyone's faces.
SOPH HAD THE MOST VOTES. SHE WAS AN INNOCENT AND WILL NOW BE REMOVED.
Soph opened her mouth to speak, but a flash of light surrounded her before she could speak. Her terror stricken eyes were the last thing seen before the light dissapeared, and her along with it.
