When we got to the house Emmett put me down on the couch. I buried my head in a pillow. Hit tears run down my face. Emmett comes back in the room and wraps his strong arms around me. "It's gonna be ok baby bear." I can't help but grin a little bit at the nickname. "Abby are you ok?" A fimilar voice asked. Before I can answer Alice wraps me into a hug. "Oh I'm so sorry. I had a vision about Bella and Jacob. I just didn't know it was true." She cried out. "You know what I just started thinking about? School starts in two weeks and I haven't got any supplies or clothes. Aunt M has been so busy." I sob. "Hey how about I take you shopping?" Alice asked. "Oh no you don't have to do that you've done so much by letting me stay here." Alice just puts her hand on my cheek. "It's no trouble what's so ever. Now dry those unworthy tears from your perfect face. We're going shopping." I smile at Alice. Emmett leads me to the car. "Now go have fun. Get your mind off of things I'll be here when you get back." He said as he kisses my cheek. Alice drives for about an hour before we get into town. We pull up to a few designer stores. "Let's do this!" Alice yells. I end up getting a whole new wardrobe, a designer book bag, and all my school supplies. "Thanks so much Alice." She smiles. "It's no trouble at all." As we're driving I muster up the courage to talk to Alice. "Not to sound rude or anything but... what is Bella 's deal. I mean I thought she was with Edward and then I find her kissing Jake who imprinted on ME!" Alice just signs. "Edward and Bella are having problems. She wants Edward to change her but he just can't." She says. When we get back to the house I hear yelling. We go in to find Bella and Edward arguing. "How could you do this Bella?! Just because we're having problems doesn't mean you can go ruin someone's life!" Edward yells. "Oh please! Jake doesn't love her! She's just a distraction from me!" Bella yells back. She looks over at me. "Well look who it is. The woman of the hour." She said. "What did I ever do to you Bella I've been nothing but nice to you." I say angry. "I'll tell you what you did you took my best friend away from me. Since you've been here Jake hasn't spoken to me not one word! Because of you! Now I see why Rose wanted to kill you!" She yells in my face. "I'm sorry you fell that way. It seems to me like your jealous of me." Bella slaps me across the face. I punch her in the gut then slam my knee into her face. Her nose starts pouring blood. "Don't you ever touch me again." I kneel down and spit in her face. "Bitch." I say. Carlisle comes in. "Bella I think you should leave now." He says. She gets up off the floor. "Fine. But you haven't seen the last of me." She runs out the door. Emmett comes in. "You ok baby girl?" He asks. "Yeah I'm fine I'm just really tired." I reply. He picks me up bridal style "You can sleep in my room." I giggle. He puts me down on the bed and basically tucks me in. "Sweet dreams baby bear." He says kissing my head. "I'll be down stairs if you need me." He leaves the room. I snuggle into the large pillows. I start do drift off into a well deserved nap. 'Maybe this isn't so bad. Things will be back to normal in a few days' I think to myself as I finally drift off into silent slumber
