The next morning Quil and Seth had brought everyone who wanted to start a new pack to our house. So far the new pack consists of me, Jake, Quil, Seth, Leah, and some who just recently phased. "Ok you all know why we're here. We're going to start a new pack. But before we do that we need to know why you all want to start a new pack." Jake says. "It's like we said Jake. We all think it's time to break away from Sam." Quil says. "And I'm sick of being the pathetic ex that Sam can never get away from. I've wanted to break away for a long time. I just never had anything to break away to." Leah says. I always new that Leah and Sam had history but I never knew it was that deep. "And all of you are sure you want this?" Jake asked. They all nod. "Alright then. I've need asked to be your alpha. I accept that offer and I want Abby to be my beta." Jake says. "Are you all good with that?" I ask. "Yeah we're good with that." Seth says as the others just nod. "Then it's settled. Welcome to the Black pack everyone." Jake says. "Abby and I have to go pick up Aiden. We'll be back in a few." Jake says as we head to our car. On the way to get Aiden I start up a conversation with Jake. "So we started a pack." I say. "Yeah we did. I never thought I'd be the leader of a pack." He says. "Ya know when I first moved here I never thought that things would turn out the way they have. You know I've made a lot of mistakes Jacob. And I regret a lot of things. But the one thing I do not regret is moving to Forks and meeting you." I say. Jake pretends to cry and wipes a fake tear away. "That was beautiful baby." He says. I hit his arm. "I'm trying to share an emotional moment with you Jake." I say. I can't help but smile. He's such a goon. "I know baby." He says. When we get to Billy's Rebecca is outside with Aiden. "Hey guys." She says. "Hey I hope he wasn't too much trouble." I say. "Oh no he wasn't any trouble at all." She says putting Aiden in my arms. We go in to let Billy say goodbye to Aiden. A few minutes later we head back to our house. Something dawned on me. I haven't been back to my hometown since I moved to Forks. Maybe Jake and I could go down and visit. Though it won't be anytime soon, but I'd still like to go. When we got home Aiden was fast asleep. Jake put him in his crib. Jake and I sit at the kitchen table. "I'm gonna fix some coffee you want some babe." Jake asked. "Sure." I say. As the coffee brews we sit at the table. "Jake I was thinking..... could we maybe go visit my hometown?" I ask him. "Yeah. Of course baby. When do you want to go?" He asks. "Oh not for a while. I just thought I'd mention it to you." I say. Jake comes over to me and kisses me. He grabs my waist. "Frisky today aren't we?" I ask. Jake chuckles. He starts to pull me in for another kiss when he stops. "Coffees done." He says. "You know one of these days I'm gonna start doing that to you." I say. Jake rolls his eyes. "Of course you will baby." He says handing me a coffee cup full of coffee. I hear Aiden cry. I go to get him. "Hey little man what's all the fuss about?" I ask picking him up. He feels wet so I change his diaper. After I change him he's good as gold. "Let's go see daddy." I say picking my son up. I take him into the kitchen. "Hey little guy." Jake coos at Aiden. "Finding Nemo is on. Wanna watch it?" Jake asks. "Well yeah. How bout you honey?" I ask Aiden. He coos in response. "I'll take that as a yes." I say walking into the living room with Jake to watch the movie with my two favorite boys. Today was a good day. We formed a new pack this morning and now Jake and I are relaxing watching a movie with our little boy.
