When we get back to Emily's place the first thing I see when I walk in is Riley curled up to Seth's chest. "Hey sis. So apparently me and Seth are soulmates." She said rather happy. "Oh really? Your not at all afraid?" I asked. "No not at all. I think it's kinda cool. I have a bad ass wolf soulmate and a bad ass wolf sister." She said. "You also had a pretty bad ass super cool brother in law." Jake said as a matter of factly. "I guess I do." Riley said. To my surprise Aiden is still asleep on the couch. "I think we should get him home." I said picking Aiden up off the couch. "I'll be home in a little while sissy." Riley said. Seth's arm was around her waist. "No funny business ok?" I said. "Never." Seth said. 'What were you and Paul arguing about anyway?' I asked through my thoughts. 'He told Riley she was hot.' My eyes widened. God Paul is such a perve sometimes. The cool air of the night hit my face as we walked out the door. It was a beautiful night. There were no city lights so you could see the stars perfectly. When we got home I put Aiden in his room. I ran my finger across his cheek with his scar on it. He's a tough one like his daddy. I walked out of his room leaving his door cracked. As I walked into my room I hear the door shut. I turn around to see Jacob shirtless. "You want to fulfill that promise you made earlier?" He asked slowly taking my pants off. "I don't remember making such promise." I tease. He growls and throws me onto the bed. Let's just say the rest of that night was fun. If you know what I mean.
**The next morning**
I wake up the next morning alone. I scan the room looking for Jake. I notice a note on the nightstand. 'Good morning beautiful! I had fun last night didn't you? Anyway, had to run a few errands be back in a few. I love you. See you in a few. Love Jake.' I smile at the note. I get up and go into the bathroom. I almost forgot I was naked. I take a quick shower and slip some clothes on. I peaked into Aiden's room to check on him. He was standing up on the bed holding onto the rails. "Good morning baby." I said getting him out of his crib. I changed him and put his clothes on. We walked down the hallway passed Riley's room. I noticed she was still asleep. "Wanna wake Aunt Riley up?" I asked. He nodded. We got onto Riley's bed and started to shake her. "Rise and shine sunshine." I said. "Ok ok I'm up." She giggled. "Morning." Aiden said. "Good morning." Riley said kissing his cheek. I smiled at them. "What?" Riley asked smiling herself. "Nothing you two are just so cute." I said. "Abby are you here?" I hear a voice yell from downstairs. It was Leah. "Up here Leah." I yell. She runs up the stairs. "Oh good your all here." She said. She was breathing heavily. Her eyes were filled with worry. "Leah what's wrong?" I asked. "We have to get to Emily's now." She said taking Aiden from my arms. "Gather up a few things we need to go." Leah said. "Leah what's going on?" I asked. "There's an intruder. There's no time to explain we need to get to Emily's." She said packing Aiden's clothes in a duffle bag. I ran into my room and got the emergency bag I keep under the bed with clothes and other items in it. Jake and I keep that in case something like this was to ever happen. I grab my keys to the car. Leah had already gotten Aiden and Riley in the car. I throw my things into the car. I jump in the drivers seat and start the car. After going illegal speeds we get to Emily's in no time. I get out and went to get Aiden out. "I've got him Abby go inside." Leah said. I run into the house to see the whole pack sitting at the table. "What's going on Jake?" I asked needing some answers. "It's probably nothing but. We think there's a leech roaming the woods." He said. My heart sunk. "We told the Cullen's to be on the look out." Sam said. Leah walked in with Aiden in her arms. "Don't worry babe. We'll keep him safe." Jake said pulling me to his chest. I know that in the end everything is going to be fine but I can't help but worry. The last time a leech came around Aiden got hurt and I was almost killed. I was jerked out of my thoughts when the phone rang. Sam answered it. It was Alice. "Are you serious?! Well tell your damned guest not to come on our lands again!" Sam yelled as he hung up the phone. "What's up Sam?" Jake asked. "Apparently the intruder is a guest of the Cullen's. There cousins or whatever." Oh you've got to be kidding me! But I suppose now a days you can't be to careful. "But I think just to be on the safe side everyone stay here tonight." Sam said. "I agree. We don't know if the Cullen's cousins are vegetarians like they are not. So we need to be on alert." I said. "I'll go make up the guest rooms." Emily said. "I'll help you." I said following Emily into the first room. "You ok Em?" I asked. "Yea I'm fine. I really appreciate all your help." I smile and hug her. Emily's always helped me so it's the least I could do. After we got all the rooms made up I go get Aiden and Jake. "We'll be in here if you guys need us." I said walking into the room and sitting on the bed. Aiden sits in between Jake and I playing with his toys. He looks so much like his father. The three of us almost dozed off until Seth bursted in the door. "Sam wants to know if you guys are willing to patrol the border. Ya know just to be on the safe side?" He asks. "Yea sure tell him to give us a few minutes." I said. I start to gather up a change of clothes to take. "Jake I'll go. You stay here with Aiden." I said. "Are you sure that's a good idea? I mean what if you get hurt or something happens and I'm not there?" He asked. "Jake it's just patrol. Nothing's gonna happen I promise." I said kissing his cheek. We walked into the living room. "Leah with me." I said. "We'll be back in a few guys." I said. Jake walked out on the porch holding Aiden in his arms. "Be good for daddy ok?" I said kissing Aiden cheek. Leah came up beside me. "Ready?" I ask. "Always." She said. I sit my bag with my extra clothes in it on the ground. Leah and I jump off the porch and phase on the spot. I turn to pick up my bag in my mouth. With one swift motion Leah and I run off into the woods to patrol our border. I'm confident that nothing will happen. But then again.... you never know what will happen.
