~3 years later Abby's Pov~

It's been three years since that incident that cause me to have a miscarriage. Riley has been doing great with school. The guy she ran into on the beach that day has since been taken care of. Seth beat the crap out of him. He was so scared he left and hasn't been back. Aiden has grown like a weed. He's a mini Jacob. Emily gave birth to a beautiful baby girl who they named Lily. As a matter of fact Jake and I are going to welcome another little one in about 3 more months. That's right I'm pregnant again. Six months in fact. Today is the gender reveal party over at Sam's. We've put colored confetti in a solid black ballon. That's how we're going to reveal the gender! Oh I'm so excited. "Aiden are you excited to find out if your having a baby brother or sister?" Seth asked. "Yea! I want a sister." Aiden said. Jake and I smiled at each other. "Baby." Lily said pointing to my stomach. I scooped up the little girl in my arms. "Yes Lily. There's a baby in there." I said tickling her chin. "Mama that's my Lily." Aiden said. "Oh my apologizes." I said putting her down beside him. "Alrighty guys it's time." Emily said. Seth had Aiden in his arms and Sam had Lily. The guys gathered around me and Jake. "Ready you guys?" Jake asked. "Pop it daddy." Aiden said. "Ok little man let's do this." Jake said taking the little needle in his hand. The ballon popped with pink confetti going everywhere. "It's a girl!" I cried. "Yay I got a sister!" Aiden yelled. Jake picked him up and threw him in the air. "Yea buddy you got a sister." He said. I smiled at my boys. Things were looking up again.

~3 months later~

Oh my lord I am in so much pain!! I came into the hospital 2 days ago because I thought I was in labor. Turns out that I was only having pre labor contractions. The doctors just decided to keep my on here until I had the baby. Today the pains a little more intense. I'm guess that baby girl will make an appearance today. "Mama are you ok?" Aiden asked me. I looked at my baby boy and smiled. "Yes baby mamas ok." I said. "Are you excited to meet your sister?" Jake asked. "Yea! When is she gonna be here daddy?" He asked. "She'll be here soon buddy. Tell ya what. How about you go with Leah and Seth to get a bite to eat and by the time you get back your sister will be here." Jake said. "Ok." Aiden said. "Come on little man." Leah said taking his hand and leading him out the door. I groaned in pain. "Baby girl. Me and mommy are so excited to meet you. Ya think you can speed up the process just a bit?" Jake said to my stomach. The pain got worse. "Jake I think she's coming." I said. The doctor came in a few minutes later. "Ok Mrs Black on the count of 3 I want you to start pushing." The doc said. I nodded. "1...2...3!" I pushed with all my might. After an hour of pushing my baby girl came into the world. She was so beautiful. She was like a tiny version of me. "So what name did you two decide on?" Billy said. "Well I wanted to name her after Jacob's mom. If that's ok?" I asked. Billy looked at me with tears in his eyes. "That would mean so much to me." He said. I smiled at my father in law. Leah and Seth came in with Aiden. Seth sat him down on the bed next to me. "Aiden meet your sister. Sarah Grace Black." Jake said. Aiden smiled down at his little sister. He placed a kiss on her tiny head. I smiled at my children. My babies. They were perfect. "Daddy why don't you hold Sarah?" Aiden asked. "I think I will buddy." He said kissing Aiden's head and taking Sarah out of my arms. I could tell by the way he was looking at her she was gonna have him wrapped around her little finger. A true daddy's girl. Well Aiden was kinda a mama's boy. But regardless we would love our children the same. They would get equal amounts of love from us. Aiden fell asleep in my lap and Sarah did the same in Jake's arms. "She's so beautiful. Like her mommy." Jake said kissing me. "And he's handsome like his daddy." I said moving the hair out of Aiden's face. I looked at my family and smiled. I was a very lucky woman. I had a wonderful husband and now two beautiful children. All the crap I went through to get here was worth it. The pain and suffering lead to this moment. I wouldn't trade this for anything. I looked at Jacob. "I love you so much Jacob Black." I said kissing his lips. "And I love you with all my heart Abby Black."
