~~~Nightmare's POV~~~

"... Magic at the ready!" Toriel said, I could hear their magic forming above me. I glanced over at Y/N sadly, she was in the same position as I was, only crying. I was on the brink of tears myself. My eyes widened as a searing pain shot throughout my back. A blood curdling scream rose beside me. I grit my teeth and shoved my head farther into the cement below me, holding on to my scream. All I could think to myself was. 'I'm sorry Y/N..'.

I could feel my feet start to disappear, dusting. I looked over to Y/N to see the same black covered yellow Soul, from when she disappeared. Only it was floating above a lifeless body. I finally let the tears slip. 'I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry' Was chanted throughout my head and soon I was whispering it through my own tears.

An evil chuckle crept behind me. "The human... IS DEAD!" Toriel yelled, cheers boomed through the small cave. I couldn't feel my fibula or tibia anymore. "Undyne.. If you would." She said and footsteps walked over to me.

"I'm so sorry Y/N.. I'm so so sorry.. I'm sorry." I kept mumbling, my femurs were soon disappearing.

"...Oh shut it. You're about to join her anyways." Undyne said and kicked me, causing the dusting to quicken up to half my femurs. My eyes widened at what she said. 'Join?'

I looked over at the now cracking Soul.

Time slowed as Undyne slowly reached down to take the Soul. Only for my tentacle to reach and grab the Soul. I brought it back and instantly  shoved the Soul into my mouth, swallowing it, allowing it to combine with my body.

"NO!" I heard someone shout, but didn't see where as a warm feeling surged throughout my body and a light consumed my sight. The dust around my legs reformed, and helped create something new.

CHING!

'The chains broke.' A voice said. I nodded and stood up, a weight on my back. I turned, noticing the feathers from the corner of my eyesocket, but instead glared at the queen and all the monsters around her. She looked at all the shocked monsters.

"ATTACK HIM YOU FOOLS!" She said in a slight panic. This seemed to snap everyone out of their reverie as they soon charged at me. I just stared for a bit as a couple magic weapons hit me, but didn't say anything. I glanced at my health and noticed the impossible.

I looked back at the monsters who took a step back cautiously.  I smirked. "My turn." I said, and pointed my arm at the monsters. Gaster Blasters formed behind me. All the monster's eyes widened as they started running.

I fired, vaporizing them all, only dust was left and a few articles of clothes. Only one thing stood out to me. It was golden, and could sit atop someone's head. 'The crown' I thought and walked up to it. I grabbed it and turned back, facing all the other monster's before me. I stepped on the balcony wall and showed my wings and tentacles, smiling. "Your queen is dead!" I yelled. A few screams and some arguing, but I ignored it. "This means I am now your king! That, or, I will kill you all in order to reach the surface!" I yelled, this caused all of them to shut it, and I sighed.

"What will you do to the humans once you reach the surface!?" A stray monster yelled. I looked down to him with a smirk.

"Why, kill them of course."

'Why do you want to kill the humans?' The voice asked, I ignored it as I tended to the flowers covering the lump in the middle of the used-to-be throne room. They were buttercups with a black edge, a mutation creation created by the new royal scientist. 'I thought you wanted the company of the humans?' The voice asked.

"Shut up." I mumbled.

'Weren't you in love with a human?'

"I said shut up."

'What was her name?'

"Shut Up."

'That's right, her name was Y/N.'

"Shut Up!"

'You took her Soul without her permission..'

"SHUT UP!"

'Do you want to see her?'

Silence.

'I will take that as a yes, seeing as though you can hear me anyways Nightmare.'

My eyes widened. "Y-Y/N?" I whispered, tears pricking my eyes.

"Yes, I missed you Nightmare."

This time the voice was in front of me, and looking up my eyes met with the saddest yet most beautiful thing.

H/L H/C hair. Shining E/C eyes. A smile that could warm the darkest of hearts. A white glow surrounded her. I dropped the pail I was using. "Y-Y/N?" I asked again. She nodded, tears formed in her eyes as well as mine streamed down my face. I instantly hugged here, my wings and tentacles wrapping around her protectively. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry! I'm so-"

"Why are you sorry?" She asked, effectively cutting me off. I pulled away slightly, now able to see the tears streaming down her face. I gave her a small smile.

"I-It was my fault for bringing you d-down here. I-I shouldn't have done i-it." I said, slightly sobbing. She put a hand on my cheek bone and I leaned into it.

"Shh, it's okay, I forgive you. Besides forgive and forget right?" She asked making my smile widen slightly.

"Y-Yeah, forgive and forget." I repeated.

"N-Nightmare?" A small voice asked, I turned and saw Temmie looking at me. She had become scared of me after the execution.

"Yes?" I asked, slightly irritated.

"W-We found another human, a new one. H-He seemed to have gotten past Asgore, and.. um..." I scowled at the small dog.

"And?! Spit it out!" I basically yelled causing the dog to jump.

"Uhm, w-who are you talking to?" She asked, I narrowed my eyes at her.

"Can't you see it-" I started and turned around to find.

Nothing.

"N-Nevermind." I said with a sigh. "Bring the human soul here at once." I said not looking at the small dog.

"Y-Yes sir!" She said and scurried off. I sighed again and sat beside the lump in the ground.

"I miss you Y/N.... I'm sorry.." I whispered letting my tears roll down my face.

The Lover's Ending.

-Looks at angry mob- What? I never said which ending was going to be the correct one did I? 

Anyways, if your confused as to what happened, after they killed you Undyne gave Nightmare the idea to take your Soul and once doing so became like Asriels hypergod of death, only more powerful. After killing Toriel and the others he deemed himself king in order to get back to earth and kill all the humans who caused you pain. Although he still finds it as his own fault for taking you to the Underground, not realizing which Universe it was, and hence kind of going crazy.

It seems the friend one is winning, I will hold voting until tomorrow at 2:20 (Which is when my school ends) then I will write the next chapter.
