Usual Conversation:

Person 1: How old are you? | Ilang taon kana? | Pilay edad nimo?

Your reply: I am (age) years old. | Ako ay (age) taong gulang. | (age) ka tuig.

Please note that there are many ways in which this conversation could have been stated. Also, what I am sharing might be a more formal way of speaking.

Examples:

Q: Age...? | Edad...? | Edad...? |

R: (Age) years of age. | (Age) anyos. | (Age). |

Breaking down sentences/statements in first example:

Person 1: How old are you? | Ilang taon ka na? | Pilay edad nimo?

ENG: How old

FIL: Ilang taon (In literal translation, it is equivalent to 'How many' + 'years')

BIS: Pilay edad (In literal translation, it is equivalent to 'How much' + 'age/old')
