Kathy has a huge grin on her face as she moves to her desk. A moment later Carol walks in, laughing at something said to her in the main lobby. "Tammy, they're trying to figure out what your new press handle will be. Some monikers are very original."

Madge's voice comes from an intercom, "Security's here to report."

Kathy replies, "Send them in."

Captains Gord and Jean from the previous night enter. As everyone sits Kathy asks, "Gerry, have you got us?"

Gerry's voice comes from speakers hidden somewhere above us. "Yes. Captains, what have we accomplished?"

Captain Jean reports, "Once we identified what is happening, we researched our security teams first. Sadly, four security officers are in custody. Those former officers were part of the sections who patrolled Orphan areas. We're up to a shocking six hundred and seventy arrests, all of them for similar offenses.

"We've identified four non-existent service groups. They're very troubling and include the Orphan Directory, Orphan Housing, a Troubled Youth Directory, and a Girls Sport Foundation. We seem to have handfuls of people involved from other services and foundations including rescuers. Our magistrates and courts are cooperating completely. Investigation and research show they are clean. They are in meetings determining how and what charges should be laid and suggesting sentences for various crimes. Tammy's plan to eliminate these criminals won them over. Gord has our resources report."

Gord nods at her and starts as if part of Jean's report, "All retired security are reinstated and handling calls. Security cadets and trainees are doing our regular patrols paired with retired security. We assigned all personnel of our current security force to this crisis. All volunteered for extra duty. Are there any questions?"

After a moment of quiet Gerry reports, "We've isolated the programmers. We'll track all of them with recordings by our video services. They appear organized and may be violent. We're isolating all their operations."

After thinking for a few seconds I ask, "How long until we track down all their operations and locations?"

Gerry replies "Midday tomorrow or earlier."

I comment, "I have a concern and I would like everyone's feedback. If we continue these arrests, this outfit's customers will vanish before we isolate all their locations. I suggest we stop the arrests. Track everything and everyone until we are ready for a massive raid. As much as I hate the idea of this going on, I would like to get it all in one quick attack. Jean, what are your feelings?"

"I'm with you all the way, Tammy."

Gord nods while he mumbles into his collar, "Cease all arrests. Everyone to a meeting at five in security headquarters while cadets and trainees continue patrols during our meeting."

I ask, "Gerry is it possible to have sections of suited rescuers in support? To be safe we may need engineer, finder, and aider sections. If anyone gets hurt during our take downs or if they have people stashed away, we can get to them as soon as possible."

Gerry replies, "That's a great idea. We'll call it a training scenario."

Gord smiles, "I know security would be more than pleased to have some suited friends with them. That will leave a permanent impression on these hoods and show them what this place is all about."

Jean nods, "Security is made up entirely of off duty or retired rescuers. Rescuers always have rescuers' backs."

Sharon reports, "Research has over eleven hundred suspects. We'll continue matching names and locations. We'll be forwarding all names with video evidence to security."

Kathy asks, "How badly will this affect our infrastructure in society?"

Tarin replies, "Only four complete organizations so far. Others are individuals scattered everywhere. Other than those four organizations, there will be some disruptions. We've discovered and are tracking many individuals who are senior members of several foundations and services."

Jean reports, "Interviews have shown there is a degree of blackmail in statements among those arrested. Some reported family members being threatened or family members having incidents."

Carol comments, "A nasty bunch of monsters."

I ask, "Could we use staff from our Rescuer Angels to help fill gaps in those affected foundations and services? Do we have people who are qualified to fill those positions?"

Kathy replies, "Yes we do. That's a great idea. We'll recruit more people and start matching those who'll be arrested with our volunteer personnel databases."

I ask, "Is there anything else? Security has a meeting shortly. Our captains need to get back to their exceptional work." After a couple of seconds of silence, I turn to our security captains.

"During your meeting, please report that we are both impressed and very pleased by security's services and response for our society today. We are convinced that we will have these monsters eliminated from our population, thanks to security's exceptional work and dedication. Security is the tip of our sword. I will be proud to attend your pre-raid meeting tomorrow. It will be an honor to be in their company. Please inform us of where and when. Captains, thank you for your work and reports." As they stand to leave, everyone shakes their hands.

Once our door closes Carol nods, "Yes Kathy, I see what you mean. Tammy, you know they're going to recount your closing remarks at their meeting. Security will be so fired up, they'll follow you to their graves if need be. You'll have to be at that meeting, come hell or high water."

Kathy nods.

A moment later, Orenda comes in. "Ladies, it's time for an executive meeting on your balcony. Everyone is present and waiting."
