A Night To Remember
It might have been the night he is celebrating as one of the best night of his life. A moment he was looking forward from past many years. The day when all his hardwork have been paid off. The day he had been recognized as the author of the best selling Indian Book of the Year.
But today he seems like he have lost himself. His world have been snatched away from him and he lost all the glow on his face. He was away from the world around him. Busy in his own thoughts.
"Today is a great evening. It's our pleasure to have such a great writer here to make this evening more memorable. I dont want to drag more with some mere introductions when all of us are impatiently waiting to hear from the person himself for whom we are here today."
"MANSI - A Flame of Hope" have already captured our hearts and we all fell in love with Mansi. She taught us to dream, to love and inspired all readers to find our better versions.
At the end we cried for her. There is no need to look for a reason why it's the best selling novel of this year. Mansi is not someone who is a stranger for us. She lives with us even after the novel ends. At least I believes so. She is a woman of fire. It's not easy to write such an inspiring character. But he did it. Its the victory of his vision, success of his hardwork"
"Now I invite Mr.Harshavardhan Singhania, the author of Mansi to the stage to share his words with us and also to interact with the media. Please sir, we all want to know more about you and how did you bring life to such an amazing character Mansi. Welcome sir."
The anchor announced earning a big applause from the audience. Everyone looked at him.
Even when the crowd cheers for him he was clueless about what is happening around him until his manager smacked him with his elbow. He quickly fixed a faint smile on his face and moved towards the stage. He looked around to feel the large crowd calling his name loudly. It brought a bright smile on his face. And quickly it faded away.
"Hai Namaskar"
He started which earned a huge applause from the people gathered around there.
"Life has been always unpredictable for me. I started dreaming about this day 5 years ago when I finally realized that this is my career. But finally when this moment happened to me, things were not the way I wanted."
He looked around and sighed. A ray of disappointment on his face.
"I started writing characters from my imagination long ago. But it didn't work out. Almost all characters I wrote were nothing but purely out of imagination. They have nothing to do with real life. Lifeless and meaningless characters. They can neither inspire anyone nor bring any changes to anyone. They live only in papers. That's when I gave up on idea of writing."
He thought for a while before continuing.
"But destiny is not something that we can write. It's been already written by someone else who can control the whole world. I am just an author who can write on papers only. But he is more than that."he laughed for a moment.
"And that's how Mansi happened to me. I have no words to thank everyone for taking Mansi into all your hearts. I dont think I can speak more since I am missing many things right now. Many people around me. I wonder whether they were all my imaginations like the characters I created at the early stages of my career."
He paused for a moment.
"I hope I can bring more stories to you just the way I told Mansi's story. If it happens let's see then. Thank you all. Thank you so much. Jai Hind." He joined his hands. He was so hurry to escape from the atmosphere that is making him numb.
"Sir please one minute." One person from the media stood up stopping him from returning to his seat. He stopped for the sake of stopping.
"Sir you already said that you couldn't bring out real characters into papers during the initial stages. Today you are being celebrating for giving us one of the most inspirational character 'Mansi'. How did Mansi happened then? Whom you are missing now at this most successful phase of your career? You told it." The person asked.
He smiled before replying.
"I think I should answer your second question first. Whom I am missing now the most?"
He paused.
"Its surely Mansi herself. I miss her a lot. I wish she wouldn't have died. Not at the end of the novel, but at the end of my happy life."
He said making everyone surprised.
It took a long five minutes for the crowd to be silent again.
"And about the first question. How did Mansi happened?"he resumed.
"Mansi happened not on papers or in my imagination. She happened in my life."
The crowd again became silent.
"Are you saying that she is a real person whom you know?"someone asked out of excitement.
"Yes. She is not just a character. She is the most important person in my life. In fact she is the one who inspired me to write again even after I realized that I am a failure. She thought me a lot of lessons which I can never forget in my life. And that's why I am here today."
He took a deep breathe.
"Sir, this is not more than a surprise for us. Are you telling that Mansi is not a fictional character but someone who was a part of your life? But you didn't mention it in your book anywhere. So many questions are popping up in our mind right now. Only you can clear it sir." The anchor asked enthusiastically.
"I guess what you want to know. Who is Mansi to me? Yes you guessed it right. She was my girlfriend whom I loved the most in my life."He replied making everyone shocked.
"Wow. That means your book is your own story. Isn't it? The male lead Raghav is none other than the author himself. Great."One of the media person exclaimed.
He didn't reply but just smiled while nodding his head. The audience were restless to know more while they are trying to process the new information they have got just now.
Before he could open his mouth for once, the media started bombarding him with more and more questions. At the end he was confused on which question to answer first.
"Please give me a minute. Let me speak. I hope only I can give you answers."he said making the atmosphere once again silent.
"First of all I didn't want to reveal this new piece of information in such a dramatic way. In fact I didn't want anyone to know about my life anywhere. That's the same reason why I didn't mention about this in the book. Because it belongs to me. Only me."he paused for a moment.
"But today when I am being celebrated in the name of her, I am really missing her. She is the sole reason why I am standing infront of you all right at this moment. She is the one who inspired me to write. Encouraged me to use my potential. Everything is because of her. She is the one who dreamt about this day before me. She deserves this, not me. Unfortunately she is not with me now. I really really miss her."he sighed.
"Mansi, only if you were with me now I would have more happy than I can ever imagine. But you left me."he whispered more to himself. Audience could feel his words. They muttered among themselves.
"I am sorry. You could feel the pain Mansi have suffered throughout the novel. You cried for her. But you missed to feel Raghav's pain. I dont think you can ever feel what he had gone through ever since Mansi left him."he closed his eyes tightly.
"Words are not enough to describe Raghav aka Harsha's love for Mansi. I need to stop now. You are the one who interpreted and judged my book. Now its upto you to judge my life too. "he stopped abruptly and went back to his seat.
Within minutes he left the venue along with his manager.
.
.
.
"Manoj leave me. I can walk myself. Why cant you just leave me for one night? Let me celebrate this day of my life alone." Harsha shouted and his manager's hand around him automatically loosened.
"That's my boy. You are a good obedient manager. I mean slave of mine...."he laughed aloud.
"Sir please come with me. You cant walk alone. You have drunken a lot" Manoj tried to say.
"Your working time is over. Now get out Mr.manager."Harsha started walking towards the lift in an arrogant manner.
"But sir...."Manoj tried to follow him. Before he could reach, Harsha disappeared into the lift.
Harsha stepped out of the lift at the fifth floor of the hotel. He was not in his senses since the hangover of the drinks haven't left him. He stopped infront of his room and searched his pocket.
"Wow. What an obedient slave I have got? Where is the key Mr.Manager you idiot?" He hit his palm on the door.
"You are going to make me sleep outside my room. The author of the best selling Indian novel will be soon sleeping on this carpet. Because I have got a bunch of idiots around me."he sighed.
"And you Mansi...."he pointed his finger towards the ceiling.
"You are the reason for all this mess. See. Noone is capable of replacing you in my life. And you left so soon. You are also an idiot. You left a big space in me."
He was about to lay down on the floor when he heard a sound inside the room. He stood up and tried to turn the knob of the door. Surprisingly the door opened.
"Wow...who told that my manager is an idiot? He didn't even lock the door when we left at morning. He is not just an idiot. But the king of all idiots in this world."he entered inside with a chuckle. The darkness welcomed him.
"Where is the light?" He snarled while searching for the switchboard.
Suddenly the lights turned on even before he is able to press any switch.
"Thank you hotel management for this system. You guys really saved my time"
He managed to reach the sofa and lay down there.
"Switch on the fan too. I am sweating."he shouted looking at the ceiling.
Fan is still motionless.
"The system is damaged. Shittttttt." He got up from sofa and switched on the fan only to hear a sound from his back. He looked behind to see a shadow moving towards the curtain side. He was surprised.
"Who is there? Come out."he told firmly.
Suddenly someone came out from the window sides. The face is not visible since the body is fully covered inside a shawl.
"Who are you?" He asked confusingly.
"Your fan..."It was a girl's voice.
For a moment he doubted and then he moved little backwards. He felt the voice familiar and before the thoughts can shatter him he decided to find the truth.
"What do you want? Who told you to enter my room? This is my private space and no one is allowed to meet me at this time. Nomore autographs, nomore appreciations and nomore bouquets please. Let me be a human first. Then I may or may not become your favorite author. Please get out..."he pointed his index finger towards the door.
He was astonished getting no reply from the other side.
"Hey didn't you hear me? First of all tell me how did you come inside. Or else I will call police. Fans...You guys dont want to know what turmoil I am going through. Please leave me."he said as if it's a request in its most calm tone.
"Success of one book has turned you into an arrogant selfish man. Or is it the void created by Mansi?"the girl asked making him shocked.
"Who are you? Let me see your face first. Having audacity to talk infront of me like this. Let me know who the hell are you."he asked in a shivering tone.
"Here I am...."she removed the shawl from her body and finally faced him giving him the shock of his life. He felt his mouth dry and legs paralyzed. He was unable to react. He felt shivers throughout his body.
"You.....here..."his mouth was deceiving him. He could only look at the emotionless figure standing infront of him.
5 minutes passed by and he is still not relieved from the shock. The room is silent. He realized that he needs to speak up now. Because he need answers.
"Mansiiiii......."he called and the girl standing infront of him in her black salwar reacted for the first time when a tear drop silently escaped from her eyes. Immediately she wiped it away.
"Harshaaaa...."she spoke making him shock once again.
He started observing her without uttering a word. He didn't leave any of her feature.
Yes, it's all the same. Her eyes, that nose...her voice. That shivering lips. But not her.
"Dont tell me that you are my Mansi. Because she is not alive now. Dead...."he shouted without moving his eyes away from her.
She nodded her head. And then leaned back towards the wall.
"Yes Mansi is dead. But not yours."she spoke gently and then sat down on the floor feeling her whole body tired.
.
.
.
Harsha is now sitting near Mansi. She was staring at him with hope. He was completely clueless about the world that is happening infront of him. He cant believe that all these times, he was living under some lies.
He forwarded his hand to touch her but immediately pulled back seeing her sending daggers towards him. She looked at him with disbelief.
"What do you want? Dont touch me. I know what you are thinking. Yes I am dead. And dont dare to touch me. Dead people have no body."she said with a bit of disappointment.
He touched her leg softly and pulled back instantly.
"Thank god. You are not a dead one. You know what. I am really afraid of ghosts. Now the question arises. Who are you actually?"he asked.
She was shocked hearing him. Tears wet her eyes. She was constantly fighting with it and now she gave up on it letting it flow down her cheeks.
"Thought that you will be very happy seeing me after a long time and will come to hug me immediately. But you want me to answer your question. Who I am? Right?"she spoke at her loudest voice.
"Hey no dramas please. I am already tired with all these. Life is full of fake people. "He said sternly. Life had taught him a lot and at last he learnt the art of moving on.
"Ok then look at my eyes. Can't you see the same sparkle which you used to see each time we melt in our eyes?"she asked and he looked deeply into her eyes only to be melted away in it. He felt a cold breeze touching his whole body.
"Touch me."she made him hold her hand.
"Cant you feel the same touch? Did it change?"she was furious.
He instantly shook his head. He was preparing to accept the unbelievable.
She made him touch her chest.
"Cant you feel how my heart still beats for you?"she asked wanted to beat him.
His heart started beating fast making him numb.
She suddenly hugged him.
"Cant you feel my hug? Tell me who I am? Instead of me answering you, I want to hear it from you. Tell me. Who the hell am I?"she cried her heart out.
He was dumbfounded.
"MANSIII.... My Mansi...."he told still not recovering from the shock. Disbelief turned into a smile and he thanked god with his heart.
She sighed and then broke down into his chest.
.
.
.
Mansi and Harsha sat on two edges of the bed looking at each other. Both didn't open their mouth. They are feeling each other with their gaze and trying to convince their heart. Nothing has lost for them. They are the same. They want their hearts to accept the truth.
Someone knocked on the door for the nth time. This time her eyes travelled towards the entrance before reaching back him again.
"Who is that?" She asked awkwardly.
"Its that idiot Manoj."he replied without shifting his gaze away from her.
"Manoj?"she asked again.
"Yeah the idiot that replaced you. Always walking behind me like my wife. Doing things for me as if I am paralyzed. Advising me to quit drinking. What do he actually want?"he said.
"Did you start drinking? Anyway what he shows to you. That's called Care. Concern. You wont understand it. You are always a jerk."she pouted.
"Dont again. Did you come back to start all our fights again? Please Mansi. I am not in the mood. Let me feel this moment now."he stated.
"You are a devil. You didn't even ask me what actually happened to me. You don't want to know anything. What if I am really a ghost?"she said and he smirked.
"Oh ghost then what do you want from me? My blood?"he asked funnily.
"No I want to know how did I die?"she stated with an heavy heart.
He stood dumbfounded.
"Yes Harsha. I want to know exactly that. How did I die in the eyes of everyone when I was very much alive. At a distance. Who did this to me? Who separated us? I am getting mad thinking about all these. Please help me Harsha. I cant live for one more day without knowing the truth. Its killing me from inside. "she said pulling her hairs.
He pulled her into his arms and patted her back.
"Relax Mansi. I am here with you na? We will find out who is behind all this. Just relax"
.
.
.
The car parked infront of a huge mansion. Mansi groaned protesting to come out of the car. Harsha who is sitting in the driving seat smiled.
"I just want to be with you Harsha."she pleaded.
"I can understand. But there is a mother inside waiting for you who still believes that her daughter didn't gone away from her. When the whole world including me believed that you are dead she was still on denial. She needs to see you as soon as possible. What about your younger sister Manvi? She is depressed after hearing about your death. Go and see them. They want you. They will get their life back if they see you the soonest moment."
"Mom and Manvi. I am coming back. What to do? Giving surprises and shocks together, its my habit. Mansi's style."she smiled wholeheartedly.
.
.
.
On the sofa Mansi sat on the middle and her mom and sister occupied either sides. It's been 2 hours they are shedding tears for her. Tears of joy.
"Hey mom. Manvi. What's this? See I am very much alive and back for you. Now why are you crying like kids?" Mansi smiled in between tears.
This is really an unbelievable moment for her too. She didn't think that she will get back her lost family. She remembered about the days that she spent without her family. It made her hug them again tightly.
"I cant still believe that you are back. I thought that I lost you. I missed all our cute fights and how you used to make fun of me. All."Manvi said while laying down on her sister's lap.
Mansi caressed her little sister's hair.
"That's why you were depressed. Harsha told me. Hahaha. I missed it."Mansi laughed earning a smack from Manvi.
"I know you were not dead. I didn't believe that lie. How can you leave me just like that?" Her mom once again kissed her forehead.
"But seriously where were you till now? How could you stay away from us for such a long time?" Manvi asked her doubt making Mansi alert.
"Yes dear. You went to Smitha's house. That I remember. Then what happened to you? How did you manage to escape from that car accident? Where did you stay all these days? Why didn't you contact us?" Her mom bombarded her with questions.
She suddenly thought about Harsha's instructions and she need to keep quiet now.
"Questions and answers. All tomorrow. Now I am really tired. Please let me sleep. I really crave for a peaceful sleep atleast tonight."Mansi begged like a kid.
Her mom smiled.
"Come dear. I will arrange your bed. Sleep well. Tomorrow everything will be peaceful."her mom told while moving along with her.
.
.
.
"Noooo....I am not mad. I AM NOT MAD...."
Mansi cried at the top of her voice. She was dizzy and tired because of the high dose drugs injected into her body. She looked into the eyes of the security guard who is locking the door without showing any mercy. She was wondered but confused at the same time.
"Dont lock the door. I am normal. Please dont do this."she pleaded. The security guard didn't even bother to look at her. She felt tired and all she wanted was to flee away from there.
And then she saw doctor walking towards her cell. She looked at him with hope.
"Doctor how can you admit me in this mental hospital? How did this happen? I am very much normal. Like you all. What's all this?"she shouted. She was not aware about the world that is waiting to engulf her.
"Dont shout. Keep quiet. Otherwise I have to ask the staffs to give you a shock treatment." Doctor said with a smile.
She was shocked beyond anything.
"What are you saying doctor? Am I mad?" She asked.
"Yes. And this madness will not be healed. There is no cure. Wont ever. You belongs to this cell for the rest of your life. This is your home hereafter. So dont shout and disturb us. Go and sleep there." Doctor said making her weep.
"No I am not Mad. Why are you doing this to me?I need to see my mom and sister. And Harsha. I know he will come to save me from here. He will."she glared at them.
"Noone will come here. That I swear. Noone knows you are here. So be silent and cooperate with us. Be a good girl." Doctor warned and with that he left.
"I AM NOT MADDDDDDDDDD....."
She cried again. But noone heard her. It was all darkness infront of her. She was alone to bear all this. She felt that the world ended just infront of her.
.
.
.
"I am not Mad. Not mad."
Mansi jumped up from bed with a shock. She was sweating badly and breathing heavily. She looked at her both sides. Yes its her house only. With a shock she realized that she nomore belongs to that mental asylum where her days were counted. She sighed in relief.
Her hands reached the jug on the table and she gulped enough water from it.
"Thank god." She laid down on the bed feeling her head aching.
She felt her eyes slowly closing because of the tiredness. After all it's being many days she is peacefully sleeping like this. On her bed. At her home. Without scaring anyone. With no worries keeping her mind busy. She let her body slowly fall into a deep sleep.
Hours passed.
And then she suddenly felt darkness all around her. She felt difficulty in breathing. She choked. A soft yet strong thing covering her view. She was sweating. She couldn't breathe properly because of the force applied on her face. And then she realized that someone is trying to kill her by pressing the pillow on her face. She felt presence on her both sides. She tried to kick but didn't work out. She was helpless.
She realized that she will die soon. At that moment, with her complete force, she pulled back the pillow and two people fall on the floor. Without wasting a single minute, she switched on the lights only to be freeze on her position.
"Harshaaaa....."she was shocked seeing the figure standing infront of her.
"Youuuu...."she coughed couldn't complete her words.
"Mansi...Dont worry I am here..."Harsha told making her more confused. He gave her an assuring look.
"What are you talking about? What was happening to me few moments ago?"she asked panting.
"They were trying to kill you. The same time when you were fighting them, I kicked them from back to save you from dying. Actually I didn't leave yesterday night because I know that your murderers will once again try to kill you. Will try to vanish your identity from this world."he stated.
"I was here waiting for them to come"he added.
"Harsha. Whom you are talking about?"she asked doubtful.
"The very same people who are now lying on this floor. See..."he replied pointing towards the floor.
She got the biggest shock of her life seeing the people on the floor. For a moment she thought that she shouldn't have come back.
"Mom..Manviiiiii....."she whispered shockingly seeing the people on the floor trying to cover their face.
Her mom and sister got up from floor without any remorse. They both had a smirk on their face much to the surprise of Mansi. She stood there numb.
"Yes we are. We are the killers whom you are searching for." Their statement felt like an earthquake around her.
"We killed you infront of everyone's eyes long ago and locked in the mental asylum to end your life. But then you returned back. So today we will kill you for real and end you forever. Didn't I promise you Mansi that tomorrow everything will be peaceful?" Her mom laughed.
"Yes tomorrow everything will be peaceful. My daughter and me dont want you in our life. For our peace."her mom declared. Each words felt like a knife piercing her heart.
She felt her legs tiring and anytime she will fall down. Couldn't deciphering anything, Harsha stood beside her as her support.
"And you man, why did you come here? You dragged yourself into this. We are extremely sad. What to do? Your fans are going to lose their favourite writer. A writer who is finished even before starting his success story. You both can now complete your love story in hell." Manvi took a knife.
"Nooooooo"Mansi shouted.
"No Mansi. They can't do anything to you. Anymore. Once they did. Today it's time for the truth to be revealed. And they are gonna take their punishment this time."Harsha said sternly.
"What truth? Tell me Harsha. I was searching for my own mystery till now. Without answers, I lived till today. But I need to know now. After knowing what happened to me, even if I die, I don't bother."she pleaded.
"It was your mom and sister who did all this. They sent you to your mom's friend's house. At Hyderabad. Smitha aunty's. Right? After that what happened is a conspiracy. By your own mom and sister." He said making her shock.
"On the middle of your journey they tried to kill you by creating an accident. But your luck saved you. You however reached Smitha aunty's home. She welcomed you and asked you to take rest."Harsha told.
"Yes I remember. Smitha aunty didn't even permit me to call and inform you that night. She told that she will do that. I slept in her room. When I opened my eyes, I was at a mental asylum. They locked me there."she wept.
"Your mom was trapping you with the help of that same Smitha Aunty. Since you got saved from the accident, they have locked you in the mental asylum and told everyone that you died in that accident. Since the car was completely burnt, noone could trace your body. I too believed that I lost you."he paused gritting his teeth looking at her family.
She shook her head.
"No. This cant happen. They won't Harsha..."She whispered much to her comfort.
"Yes we did."her mom declared making her silent.
"Why? Why did you do this? I must know. Didn't I love you? Didn't I perform all duties towards a mother and sister? What made you do all this? To kill your own daughter?" Mansi asked furiously while taking steps towards her mom and sister.
"No. You are not my daughter."her mom gave her another shock.
She is too fragile to handle everything in a single night. Harsha held her hand.
"You are not my blood. I only have one daughter for whom I did all this. Manvi. You are not my daughter. In fact you were always an unwanted burden in our family. We didn't love you. Instead we hate you each day, each moment."her mom spat venom. Manvi turned away her face with hatred.
"So much hatred for me. But what have I done? I was innocent. I thought you that you were my mom. So I loved you. I thought Manvi is my own sister. So I gave everything to her which is mine. Was that my mistake?"Mansi asked sternly. She was not ready to give up this time. Because she need answers.
"Not you. Your mom did mistake. She ruined my life. With my husband."her mom started telling her story.
"Only after my marriage I came to know about my husband's illegitimate relationship with his ex-girlfriend; that is your mom. However he promised me that he won't go searching for her and he will not continue any relationship with her. But one day after Manvi is born, he brought a small girl into our house declaring that she is his daughter. And that was you Mansi."her mom shouted making her heart break.
"I confront your father about that and he broke all promises to me. I became angry. But he was not ready to leave you. So I decided to leave that house along with Manvi. But he blackmailed me. He told that if I leaves him, I won't be his wife thereafter and asked me to stay back if Manvi wants a status in the society as his daughter. He said that he will register all his wealth and properties in your name if I dont support him. And then I decided to stay back. Only for my daughter. But I vowed that day that I will be the one who will end your life as my revenge. I waited for years till your father dies. After that I started planning to eliminate you from this world so that Manvi will become the only heir for your father's wealth."Her mom smirked evily.
"No mom. I dont want anything. Please take everything. But let me live."she said.
"Live? This is all because of your mother's deeds. You should suffer for her."Manvi snapped back.
"What did I do to you Manvi? I loved you like noone ever have loved their younger one's. Today you want to punish me for my mother's mistake? Then let me say. My mother didn't do anything wrong. It was my father's mistake that he couldn't realize the evil minds living with him."Mansi cried thinking about her real parents.
"Shut up you bit***ch. A Bit***ch's daughter is another bit**ch. Today you proved it." Her mom said. Before completing she earned an huge slap from Harsha.
"Shut up you....."his blood is boiled.
"I can't hurt you. That's why he did. Because I thought that you were my mom. I returned back only to see you all. To get my family back. But you both broke me completely. "Mansi was hurted badly with their actions.
"Do you know why I hate you? Because my dad always loved you more than me. Always you were his priority. He didn't love my mom because of your mother. He used to slap my mom and disown her whenever she questions him regarding you. He treated you like a princess while I was secretly tolerating all this. I wanted to be his dearest daughter. But you were always impressing him not allowing me to be his favorite. I hate you. The day when my mom revealed the truth that we are step sisters, I decided to join her mission to kill you. And today we will end you forever."Manvi said while attempting to stab Mansi with the knife.
But cleverly Mansi moved back.
"You cant do anything to me."
Manvi's mom tried to hit her from back. But Harsha stopped her. He took the bedsheet from the bed and tied her hands together making her unable to move.
"Leave my mom."Manvi snapped trying to save her mom. But stopped by Mansi.
"Today it's payback. Both of you must suffer for your deeds."Mansi kicked Manvi and she fall down. Harsha kicked the knife away.
"Noone can save you today. Smitha aunty already confessed the truth to police as per I informed them. Now they are waiting to arrest you both. At the ground floor." Harsha informed making them shock.
Mansi looked at him with a smile. She mouthed thank you.
"Dont you want to know how I spent my days in a cell? Now you can experience it in prison."Mansi smirked.
.
.
.
Both of the culprits were arrested by the police. With a shock Mansi realized that her own family was behind everything that happened to her. Slowly she accepted the truth and believed it.
"Everything happened was fate. Your real mother's blessings are always with you. It saved you from such a big trap. Now relax." Harsha took a seat beside her while handing over a glass of juice to her.
"Case is not closed. I need to know one more truth."she said making him confused.
"What's that?" He asked.
"Who the hell did ask you to write my story? You didn't ask me permission. Idiot."she hit him funnily.
"Anyway I can now start writing the second part of my book. Mansi - Back from the Ashes. And I dont need your permission madam ji."he pulled her closer and kissed her forehead.
It had the power to heal her wounds. Her lips curved into a smile. She felt rejuvenated in his love. It was enough for her to start dreaming once again. For a new family who won't backstab her. With him. Indeed it was a night to remember in every aspect.
