Chaser still isn't quite familiar with the feeling of "love", but he tries to understand it.

However, he hasn't reached the point passed his tendencies of having anxiety attacks.

(He just isn't used to socializing and relationships, so it's very foreign to him)

With alot of DETERMINATION and WILL POWER, I say it's possible to help him.
