Well, Aala (Hello! :D) had requested a step-by-step tutorial on how to draw.

However, they didn't specify on what, SO WE'RE LEARNING ABOUT SANS TODAY! :D

I will be doing Fell for this tutorial :3

1) Draw Circle

2) Draw on the cheekbones (the chubble cheeks)

(Optional: You can also draw a jaw/chin connected to the cheek, shown below. This is just my style, you do not have to do this -w-)

3) FLUFF! (Also can draw normal hood or big scarf (like Geno's, which covers the whole neck and shoulders region)

(Tip: Leave a gap where the neck is supposed to be to add any accessories or the neck. This is to avoid excessive erasing in the future! :D)

4) Neck (or neck accessories/anything covering neck)

5) Shoulders and Arm Line

(I usually add the hood around this point if there is fluff to the jacket)

6) Pockets + Outline of Chest

7) Finishing arm + Torso

8) Lines for Jacket (separating the jacket from the shirt)

9) Time to draw the facial expression! (I usually draw waist-and-up
drawings)

10) Add details to face

11) Color in Eye-sockets (or any areas which need coloring)

12) Add Any Other Details (More fluff, Cracks, Bruises, Scars, Markings, etc.)

13) (OPTIONAL) Color! :D

That is the process I usually go through when drawing a sans.
