They stepped out of the bus stop. She can now see him properly under street light. He is in blue jeans and grey shirt. His face has charm and the body looked well built.

" By the way..I am Aarav. " He introduce himself.

" Reena.." She replied back. They smiled at each other.

" Shall we..?"  He came besides her. His brown eyes sparkling under yellow street light. She nodded in response and they start walking.

" You work in IT park I guess.." He asked after a while.

" Yeah.." she looked at her formal dress. Anybody would have guessed that she thought.

" Hmm..so didn't anyone of your colleague came to drop u off ? He asked concern.

" actually..my team is working from home and I only came to office to submit my laptop for some updations " She replied without looking at him.

" Ohh.."

" You live with ur family ? She asked him this time.

" Me..? "

" yeah..you were speaking with your mother so I thought.." She hesitantly said.

" Ohh..haan..yes. I live with family. "
He replied.

" You ? "

" I live with a friend but she didn't able to pick me up as she met with a small accident few days ago and broke her hand. " She finished rapidly.

" That explains everything. " He smiled. She smiled too. For a little while both remain silent.

" What you do..? I mean you haven't dressed so obvious as me so.." He almost laugh. For a moment he can't take his eyes off her face.

" I am a painter. Also work as a Freelancer as an animator. "

" Woww..so creative. " She somehow looked fascinated.

" Thanks.." He replied looking at her and she caught his eyes. First time both of them looked at each other properly. They broke the eye contact and continued walking. They have covered almost one and half kilometer till now. He realized that her steps are not stable. Maybe her legs are hurting in high heals. He think for a while and suddenly stopped walking. She too stopped after 2-3 steps and looked back. He bend down and take out his shoes.

" What are you doing ? " She asked curiously.

" I am going to walk barefoot and take a feel of wet road. Like we used to do as kids. " He replied smiling. His eyes are shining.

" Can I try it too..? She asked nervously.

" Yeah..Sure. " He smiled and she smiled back. She took out her sandals and started walking barefoot with him. Her ankles thank her to finally get out from the torture. Her feet feels twinkling sention due to wet road. She felt nice. He can feel her relief.

" Are u married ? " She asked suddenly.

" Do I look like one ? " He smirked.

" I mean there is no such particular type to recognize..but I thought..so asked. " He laugh a little in response.

" No..I am single. And I guess you too. " He stopped looked at her.

" How can you be so sure. "

" If a man would have been committed to you..then he would never have left you alone in such situation. " She looked him in the eye. His eyes has intensity. They look calm.  Her cheeks formed blush and she looked down. He saw her smiling and smiled to himself.

" Reena..Sorry but may I call you by your first name..?

" You already did. " She said smiling.

" Yeah..but the first one is a bold step and next one is asking for permission. " He explained.

" No problem..yes you can. " Her smile widen.

" Thanks.." He said.

"  Reena, I am going to say.." He froze midways when their hands touch each other while walking. Both of them looked at each other for a movement. He immediately put his hand in his pocket and keep a bit distance when walking. She noticed and smiled to herself. He is gentleman she thought.

" You were saying something.." She reminded him.

" Ohh..yaa..do you like tea..?

" Hmm..? " She asked confused. He pointed his finger to a small tea stall. Both of them smiled at each other and went to that direction.

Rain, Night walk, Tea, Romance in the air. I know you get the vibe.
