and scatter rugs

swinging doors

and welcome hugs

A relaxing fire

and music gentle

recitations that inspire

topics sentimental

Padded seats

for older bones

decor for aesthetes

in dulcet tones

Brass foot rail

and chair backed stools

to rest and hail

poetic jewels

bevelled mirrors

hunting prints

devoted listeners

and nuts and mints

Steins of ale

and rug brick walls

whiskey ponies

and no last calls
