Jonathan's POV

I found myself infront of Evan's house. He left before anything could be said to him and I cant just let things go....I guess I'm crazy for already poking a pissed off bear but here we go! I knock on the door and listen as someone shuffles around and then the door unlocks. It slowly opens and Evan is glaring at me hard.

"Evan please listen! I do not agree with Wildcat. I believe she is safest with you" I spit out as quick as possible. Evan opened the door and stepped aside, allowing me in. Sara is sitting on the couch with An older lady talking.

"Mom, this is Jonathan. A friend of mine." Evan gave a strained smile

"Hello, I'm Mrs.Fong. Nice to meet you" The shorter lady stood and shook my hand.

"The pleasure is mine." I smiled polietly and looked to Evan "May we please talk" Evan nodded and lead me away. Once we were in what looked like his bedroom, Evan turned and looked at me.

"Listen, Wildcat had no reason to ask that of you. You have every right to be mad because she is your baby girl. I understand you wanna keep her safe and I'm 100% by your side. I would hate to see her go. I would hate to see you go.." I looked down at the floor. I heard Evan shuffle around a bit and walk towards me before lifing my head. He looked into my eyes and I realized that he was getting closer and closer until our lips met and I closed my eyes, seeing fireworks behind my eyelids.

We broke apart afterwards and I blushed hard. Did that just happen? I sure as hell hope so. I grinned and squeaked happily. I heard Evan laugh and my blush deepened.

"Do you believe in Magic?" Evan grinned
