taeyong's eyes explored around, trying to see if all of the members are here, i mean keeping up with thirteen men is hard. after doing a headcount with the members, taeyong said, "someone's missing." and looked around more.

"oh, mark's not here yet." johnny informed, "he said he's going to buy something real quick."

the leader furrowed his brows, "alone?!" he panicked, what if fans started following him? taeyong thought to himself and started to panic more, "is he with anyone? a manager?"

the taller only shook his head, "no, he was already running when i met him here."

taeyong shook his head and brushed his fingers through his hair, stressed, "this kid." he mumbles under his breath. "i'll wait for mark here, you guys can get inside the van now."

the members did as what the leader told and started finding their comfortable spots for the long ride. but donghyuck on the other hand left standing behind the older. taeyong seem to notice the younger's presence behind him and turned around, "hyuckie?" he started while looking at him confused, "do you need anything?"

yet donghyuck only shook his head, his eyes continues to look at the distance, "i'm waiting for mark hyung." he simply said, eyes not leaving the narrow path in front of him.

the younger's statement made taeyong chuckle. he forgot how donghyuck adores mark so much, "it's fine, hyuck, i'll wait for him here," the older told, "how about reserve a seat for him inside?"

the younger seem to like the idea, so he nodded and went inside the van. he sat on the third row where there's still a large space for two seats, so he settled on the right side, reserving the seat for mark on the left side.

when taeyong can finally see mark's figure coming running down in his direction, he lets out a sigh and waits for him to get closer. the younger was holding a white plastic bag and was about to ask what did he bought but he knew he need to scold the younger first.

"where were you?" taeyong greeted him, settling both of his hands on his sides, "and you even went out without someone with you? what if fans just started—"

"hyung, it's fine-i'm fine." mark cuts him off with a smile, "i just went to the nearest convenience store to buy uh... s-snacks... for the trip." he told while trying to hide the plastic bag behind him.

the older shook his head and released a chuckle. now that he can relax, "okay then," he nods and slings his arms around mark's neck, "let's get in, everyone's waiting for you."

the whole ride from seoul to busan took about two to three hours and this is just enough for them to sleep for the whole trip. although some of the members are just on their phones some are listening to music but overall the surroundings weren't that noisy.

"woah!" jisung excitedly said hopping off the vehicle, after he saw the sight of chenle's, well, the zhongs' beach house.

the rest of the members did the same, not forgetting to bring their bags with them. all eyes landed on the house, staring at the building in awe, some of them even released a few 'oohs'.

chenle soon, stood in front of them, looking at their reactions made him chuckle. i guess it's safe to assume that they liked the beach house, chenle thought to himself, yet he can't help but to ask, "how's it?"

"i didn't know you own such big house, to be honest." jisung commented, eyes still stuck on the house.

chenle released a playful scoff, "i mean, i don't brag a lot, you know?" he replied, causing the members to laugh at the two maknaes bickering, "anyway, let's get inside?"

all of them agreed and chenle immediately took the lead. he lead them towards the entrance where a big white door greeted them. if a large door can be that fancy, what more if they see the inside?

chenle rang the doorbell, and just a few minutes later the door unlocks revealing chenle's mom, "you guys are here!" she greeted and even opened the door wider for everyone to come, "come in, come in."

they went inside one by one, greeting chenle's mom while they're at it. after everyone's in, mrs. zhong lead them towards the living room and offered them to sit, "there are five rooms upstairs and i'll leave it up to you guys to decide what room you want." she told, and all of them nodded as a response, "and i know this your vacation so i'll leave you guys here so i won't bother you."

"you can join us!" taeyong told before mrs. zhong can take her leave but the old woman just shook her head, "no, no. this beach house is all yours, i won't bother you all, plus my house is just ten minutes away from here."

taeyong only looked at mrs. zhong, dumbfounded, while she left. there's more? taeyong thought to himself, "you have another house here?" he asked and looked at chenle.

the younger just nodded and dropped his bag on the couch, "it's just her rest house near here." he simply said, which made taeyong's jaw drop even more, "so what do you guys want to do first?"

"how about deciding our rooms?" taeil suggested while looking at the bags they dropped on the floor, "so our things wouldn't be messy."

"i agree." johnny said in response and soon the other members agreed as well.

"alright then." chenle nodded before leading them towards the stairs and up to the second floor. the whole beach house feels like a mansion to the rest of them because of the amount of room this house has, it was jaw-dropping, to say the least.

the younger chinese male lead them to a narrow hallway where the rooms were located and stopped in front of them. he looked back at his members to ask for help, "so how are we going to separate the roo-"

"i'm sleeping with jeno and renjun!" jaemin said before chenle can even finish what he's going to ask and linked his arms around jeno and renjun's neck.

doyoung walked between jungwoo and yuta before linking his arms around their necks, "i'll be roommates with these two." he simply said and the two immediately agreed.

"taeil hyung!" johnny childishly said before spreading his arms and walking towards the older male. taeil just nodded, not having the time to argue with the taller, "alright, alright." he responded and walked away so he can avoid the taller's hug.

"i'll be sharing rooms with jisung, then." chenle stated and started leading the members to their respective rooms.

with their large bags and luggage with them, they went inside the rooms and unpack their things so it won't be as messy.

before he can even enter his room, he noticed that there are still two rooms unoccupied, "there are still two rooms here?" he shouted for everyone to hear. chenle looked back at the end of the hallway and that's when he saw taeyong, jaehyun, mark, and donghyuck still standing, probably discussing whose roommates they'll be. "oh, i hope haechan and mark hyung are sharing rooms. it'll be fun." he said to himself, chuckling afterward

"i'll be with jaehyun hyung." taeyong finalized and pulled the younger with him.

just before they can disappear into the hallway, jaehyun looked back at the two maknaes and shoots them a smirk, "have fun!" he mouthed.

the two only looked at him in confusion. yet, mark's confused expression immediately transitioned into a smirk when he saw the two disappear and entered their room. which leaves both of them.

"i'm with my baby again." mark said. and it was just a second before donghyuck found himself being lifted from the ground and being carried by the older's arms, definitely catching the younger off guard.

"p-put me down!" donghyuck pleads, while softly slapping mark's back and flapping his legs in the air.

it was currently afternoon and the members decided to explore the beach house more because they're probably seeing just thirty percent of it, so chenle helped them and started leading the way.

the house was very spacious, and also has a lot of tall windows so they can see the view outside and the beach.

first, the chinese male showed them the kitchen that has a dining table not far from it, then towards the lounge or rest area, which has a lot of couches to sit if they just feel like relaxing, and lastly, he lead them to the very back of the house, towards the glass door and there they saw a swimming pool built.

"we built a swimming pool here if we don't feel like going to the beach. you guys are free to use it too," he told them, before pointing at the beach, "but there's the beach!"

he pointed at the distance, and all of their eyes landed on the beach. it was not too far from the house, maybe just a few walks away from it, but they don't mind that.

"can we go swimming now?" jisung excitedly asked and all of his hyungs can't help but chuckle at the younger's cute reaction.
