Wattpad has an official profile for every genre, and there are writing prompts and competitions to try your hand at. Sure, you might not win anything, but at least you'll be writing and improving your skills little by little. You could even turn your responses to writing prompts into an epic anthology! Sounds cool, doesn't it?

Write stupid stuff. Write random stuff. But always keep writing, no matter what.
