I'm amazed when I look at you. Not just because of your looks but because of the fact that everything I've ever wanted is right in front of me.

"You know, I've been watching you for a while now, just looking at that tree." Marcella turned around and saw it was only Niklaus. She only watched him, making him sigh. "I have no reason to ask why you choose to be like this, but it still leaves me curious." Niklaus said, making Marcella sigh as well. "It's only a problem I push on myself. I can assure you, you are no problem to me." Marcella answered. Klaus smiled and stretched out his hand for her to take.
Slowly but surely, she took it and they walked off back to the village. Mikael and Esther watched as Marcella and Niklaus walked out hand in hand. "Mikael, at least one of our sons are with the Princess." Esther explained. "Yes, but it is the wrong son." Mikael scold. Esther only shook her head and went back to hanging clothes. "Princess Marcella supper is ready." Marcella looked over to the small house they built for her and her brother. Marcella went to walk off to the house, but Niklaus pulled her back. "Will I see you again?" He whispered.
Marcella smiled, it was something they have established. Klaus would ask if they would meet again and Marcella would just smile, telling him it was always a yes. She let go of his hand and walked off. Niklaus smiled and watched as she disappeared into the small house. "I've never seen you this fond of something." Elijah said, coming up behind Niklaus. "Now, I wouldn't say that." Niklaus laughed. "The way you feel for our family isn't the same way you feel for her, Niklaus." Elijah said, laughing with him.

"I've noticed you've been talking more to Niklaus." Louis answered. "And what difference does that make?" Marcella smiled. "Nothing, Marcella." Louis laughed. Louis has seen the major difference between her and the old her that shut herself off from the world. Marcella noticed too. Niklaus just somehow manages to change her perspective. Her thoughts. Her feelings. "I'm happy for you." Louis said. "I am too." Marcella whispered. She glanced out the window and saw Niklaus playing with Henrik.
Niklaus looked up and saw Marcella through the window. He gave her a smile and she smiled back. She turned away before he saw her cheeks turn red. The light shining with happiness quickly faded inside, and she looked down with a frown. "What is wrong Marcella?" Louis asked. Louis looked at her confused for a moment."I'm scared to love him." Marcella answered truthfully. Louis placed his fork down and looked at her. "Why?" He asked. Marcella looked back out the window. "I've seen what it can do. I don't know if it is worth it." She couldn't help but feel sad not only for her but for Niklaus. "If it was to come to that, I wouldn't care for me. I would care more about what I would do to him."
She could still remember the terror she had seen in her friends eyes just before they drove a dagger threw his chest. But that terror couldn't compare to the sadness she saw in her brother's. Marcella swallowed the lump in her throat and blinked away some tears. "You are not Arthur and Niklaus is not Nyah. This is your story, it will end the way you wish it to." Louis told her, knowing full well she is still beat up from the past. Marcella only looked down, feeling ashamed for what she had admitted.
Louis sighed and looked down "Did you know wolves were real?" He said, changing the subject. "Of course. I see them all the time." Marcella answered. "No. I'm talking about human wolves. Those who can turn into a wolf." Louis added. Marcella looked up confused. "No?" She said. "Well they are. And there are many here in the village. Can you believe that?" Marcella shook her head, a small smile forming. "It would be shame to come across one."
"I want to see one." Louis answered, making Marcella laugh. "You do just that, brother." Marcella got up and gave her plate to her handmaiden. "Thank you. Dinner was great as always." Marcella announced. The maid did a small bow and set off towards the kitchen. Marcella proceeded to walk outside, only successfully bumping into someone. "Oh forgive me, your majesty." The girl said, panicked and went to help Marcella. "Non-sense it was me who wasn't looking." The girl smiled up at Marcella. "Tatia." The girl said, doing a small bow. "It's very nice to meet you, Tatia." Marcella said, bowing back at her. "If I may be excused." Marcella said, and began to walk off.
Walking further into the woods, Marcella came upon a small lake, one that Niklaus had shown her. She takes a seat and her mind quickly goes to Niklaus, making her smile. But it was only replaced with a frown. Her thoughts wondered back off to a couple months ago. The months of hurt and worry for her. She knew what love could do. Was it really worth it?
"It's a shame that they would do that to Nyah." Marcella said, looking out the window at the forming crowd of peasants that wish to kill the poor witch. "I can't let them do that to Nyah." Arthur said pacing the room and packing things. "What are you doing?" Marcella asked, watching her brother panic. "I am leaving Marcella. I can't stay here and watch them murder her. I am taking her with me. I'm sorry to say it, I love you dearly, Marcella never forget that." Arthur went back to packing, letting Marcella silently cry at his words.
"You can't leave Arthur!" Marcella begged, trying to pull him back up the stairs. "Arthur!" A voice screams over and over again in the village square of Camelot. He looks at Marcella who looks back at him. Suddenly they both run out to the village, awaiting to see the damage. "Arthur!" She screamed making him stop in his tracks and look at the surrounding crowd. Marcella watched as her father held a sword up to Nyah's throat. She was being held down by two of the palace guards. "Let her go!" Arthur screamed at his father. "She is a disgrace. A monster to this village." King Camelot shouted at his son. "I love her! Do not do this!" Arthur shouted.
"Father please! Leave her!" Marcella shouted. "Stay out of it Marcella." Her father shouted. "Don't do this!" Arthur shouted. Just before the King could plunge the blade into her chest, Arthur got in the way. Marcella didn't hear herself. She screamed and screamed, but couldn't hear anything. Something was holding her back from going to aide her brother. The king dropped the sword in shock and watch with his own eyes, his eldest son crumble in agony.
Nyah screamed his name and hovered over his body. "Arthur!" Marcella freed herself from the force and ran up to the pair. "Please don't leave me!" She cried. She loved him so, he was her best friend, her partner in crime, her better half. She could hear Nyah's cries of pain. Marcella looked up at her. "I'm sorry." Marcella cried and reached up to hug the bloody Nyah. Nyah cried into her shoulder. "Nyah." Arthur coughed. Marcella watched as they exchanged their silent 'I love you'. He reached up to touch Nyah's cheek, just before he took his last breath. Marcella choked on a sob, crying harder than before.
That was the last time she saw Nyah. The last she heard from her. The villagers said she killed herself because of the pain. Marcella felt as if both deaths were planted on her. All because she decided to tell her parents who Arthur fell in love with.
"I knew I would find you out here." Her thoughts were interrupted by a voice she grew to recognize. It was then she realized what she was doing and quickly wiped the tears away. "Yes, Niklaus?" She asked, letting the smile form on her face. The one that always forms when she is with Niklaus. He notices her tear stained cheeks, becoming worried about her. Though it look like her eyes sparked up when he saw her, so he decided to leave it alone. "I wanted to ask if you would like to accompany me and Henrik to go see the wolves shift tonight." Marcella frowned slightly wanting to laugh at Niklaus for believing. "The what?" She asked.
"The werewolves." Niklaus laughed. "I know it sounds made it but they are real. I could show you later if you would like me to." he added. Marcella smiled at him, now feeling as if they are real. If witches were real why couldn't werewolves be real. "I would love to Klaus." Marcella smiled, watching as Niklaus gave her a bright grin. "Well I will come by later to get you." He answered and turned to walk away.
Marcella frowned her eyebrows as she watched him disappear. She felt the smile on her face every time he was near. She felt the butterflies she got in her stomach. She felt the sense of awareness when they talked about anything. She felt how safe it was to know he was close by. But more importantly she felt the love. And she was more than afraid.
