It's a short journey,

Yet we've stepped in

A long dusty road ahead—

And millions of starts within.

We've all taken up our tickets

And set out for a voyage;

Unknown to what life awaits

Ignorant of the final voice.

Tears and fears come in the way

But they don't last forever-

Just like the lives we're gifted with

It's now and then suddenly over.

A fear creeps into the mind

Of getting lost in the crowd;

Some panic reaches deep down the soul

Oblivion -it's all about.

A mind keeps us up to the beat

A heart wrenches every time.

And something still holds us pure-

Ah! An innocent worship, divine.

'Oblivion' is the poem which tries to explain the meaning of the whole series and of course 'Another Life To Be Lost'. Those who haven't checked those poems, please do.

Well, this poem is about the vague thoughts which come up in our minds at certain points of life. It talks about times when we'd feel unwanted; and also it deals with topics kinda oblivion, heartbreaks, different colours of life, various aspects etc.
