Reader's POV

"God, why do you make me do this?!" I said laying back against the chair.

Serana laughed, "because I think you two are cute... and I know what you wanted, you know...?" She trailed off slowly.

"Uh-huh... I had nothing to do with it. I just hated what he did." I replied in a whisper, not wanting to bring back old memories from a few years ago. 

"Plu-us~ I think you and Levi are perfect together!" She teased. I felt my face blushing. Damn that vampire sometimes!

"Insufferable."

"I'm only half joking!" She said, "I still think you make quite a pair." Serana assured, smiling. Slowly, I did as well.

"And who are you?" Alduin peered down to the man in front of him, looking at him with one eye.

"I-I am simply an a-adventurer! I stumbled here b-by accident!" He stared at the dragon wide eyed. At a time like this, he wished he had (Y/n) with him! Or better if he was Dragonborn!

"(Y/n)... gods, someone save me..." He muttered in fear.

Alduin rose his head, "(Y/n)? The Dovahkiin...? What is your relation to her?" He asked.

The man's face paled, should he say the truth? Perhaps the dragon knows (Y/n)? He has met that red one before-- one he never wants to meet again. "I am her lover!" He said without thought.

"Her, lover...? Oh no, no this won't do." Alduin laughed, "You are coming with me, you puny mortal." He grinned, the male dropped to his knees, cowering in fear. The dragon had a different aura to him; it was terrible and terrifying. 

A red eye lowered closer to his level, gazing at him. Horrifyingly. He stayed frozen out of pure fear. 

"You are less than a coward." The dragon scoffed above him, and he quivered. "How I wonder, you even got the title as that." Alduin then grabbed the man in his jaws, careful not to crush him and flew towards the giant walls. 

They pasted trees and titans both. Alduin swooping down and clawing at a few.

God, when I thought training could go any longer. The order 100 more push ups and 100 sit ups made me sigh, then afterwards we're supposed to do hand to hand combat training for our reflexes.

"Fuck this." I muttered flipping the boy I was up against onto his back. "You gotta be faster than that. You fool." I told him. Eren and Krista had to be hidden and I was informed to stay near them in case of anything.

"You're gonna break him if you continue." Serana said walking towards us, breaking my line of thought.

"Oh?" I looked down to the boy in front of me, his face showed pain and fear as I realized I was twisting his arm. "Ah-- sorry about that." I cringe, helping him to his feet. He backed away and then walked as far away from me as he could.

'I may have overdid it.' I thought. Keeping note to apologies later again when he wasn't so tense. 

"How's Krista and Eren?" I asked Serana, taking off my helmet for some fresh air. She hummed, "They're okay-- troubled mostly, but okay." She answered.

Odahviing landed next to us. "There a problem?" I cocked and eyebrow in curiosity.

"Dovahkiin I am here to warn you. Alduin is here... he had a strange human in his jaws." Odahviing stated turning his neck and looking to the sky. "Awful familiar human..."

Moments passed when the black dragon descended from the sky. Before he landed he dropped the man in his jaws to the ground beneath him and looked directly at me. My eyes flickered back to the cowering form of the person, then back to the scaled dark beast.

"DRAGON!" I heard a voice scream, I look to the several people panicking running to tell a superior soldier.

"Fos dreh hi laan? (What do you want?)" I spat. I couldn't quite tell who it was, yet... the stemming feeling of dread was far too strong for it to be any passing civilian. 

"Does then man have any relations to you?" He asked.

Eren came running out of the building. Gritted teeth as he stared at the World Eater. Mikasa came running after him, then Armin. And finally one I hoped wouldn't be here the second I realized who the certain man that Alduin dropped, was Levi.

"Oh shit." I wispered. (R/M=Random/Male) finally looked up, staring to me in hope. I turned away, "Nope!" I said crossing my arms. "He is free dragon food now!" 

Serana frown, narrowing her eyes and Odahviing watched in confusion. "Dovahkiin?" He questioned, glacing back to the man who was cowering in fear. "Is he not that one from before?" 

Ah, yes. Those two had met briefly in passing in the past. 

"L-Lov-."

"Shut. Your. Mouth." I growled lowly with a cold glare. "Shut your mouth, don't you go and "Love" to me!" I held back my shout that rose to escape my throat. That face, I never wanted to see that face or hear that voice ever again. Why? Oh, I have a feeling you'll find out soon enough. 

"Well that's not the exact... reaction I was expecting." Alduin mused. He brought his attention the the male under his claw. "In the end, it seems you're truely useless afterall. No point in keeping you if you cannot be a bargaining chip." He growled, nearly crushing (R/M) under his wing uncaringly. Alduin flew past the walls and out of sight.

(R/m) still shaking, stood to his feet and attempted to hug me. I moved to the side and kneed him in the gut. "God when will you learn?" I spat. Shaking my head in disapproval.

(R/m) recollected himself, trying to act braver than he really was. When he noticed a certain amulet. He scowled, "what is that hmm?" He demeanour changing immediately.

"Oh this?" I mocked holding up the amulet of Mara. I moved my hips, leaning most of my weight on one leg. "I think you very well know what this is." I frown.

"Why in Oblivions are you wearing that hun!"

"The hell you call me? I don't think you understand. I wanted to get away from you, after all you went of to have an affair with some woman." I was in front of him now, voice lowering in agressiong every step. Pointing a finger at him accusingly with a grim look. 

"(Y/n)." Serana call softly, I simply ignored. The fuel has already been added to the flame so why stop now? I never chose to really confront this man I used to call my lover. Who does he think he is? Who does he think I am? Clearly stupid, if he believes I will still turn to look at him with heart filled eyes and a warm smile. 

He shrunk back in fear, this was one way of dominance I had over him. Power. I took my helmet off looking into his eyes with blank ones. 

Carefully, almost meticulously. My hands slowly raised, instead of going to cup his face, as his eyes reflected. They went to his neck, and his body shot up tense. 

"I am tired of your pathetic words, actions, everything," I mutter, my hand grasping his neck. He winced as I squeezed, hard. "Why should I care about taking one more life? I already took hundreds, wither they be good or bad, what's one more?" I said, slowly choking him, lifting him up slowly. The air from his lungs slowly drained, his face paling an icy white. "An affair isn't even the most of it, but you know that already, don't you? You play a mask well." 

"(Y/N)!"

I jumped, at the same time dropping the man I despise. Levi's voice broke the erie tension.

"Put him down." He spoke, commanded. Was I some kind of dog?

I hung my dead down, mind running blank. The only intention was to kill this man. "Why? He deserves death. After all, what is a life or two lost?" I spoke with a dead voice, emotional was the least of my worries. "He broke me, Levi. Wooed me, married me, and then went and broke me with lies and actions behind my back that he tried so hard to hide. I was some sort of trophy to him! Honestly, I thought I loved him, but then I realized how fucking cruel the people in the world are. Not just to me, but others as well." I swore that I heard my voice crack in the middle of it... but I could feel no tears fall. Nor should I allow myself to shed tears because of a man I now resent. 

"I-I'm sorry! I really am! Please- dear!" I tightened my fist, and kicked (R/m)'s side.

"(Y/n)..."

Levi's voice was softer than before. I shook my head, "Why? You shouldn't be apart of th-"

SMACK

I felt my eyes widen, and the hand shape slap becoming a red colour on my (light/dark/tan) skin. My fingers lightly traced the stinging print.

My eyes go to Levi's hand, then to Levi himself. With a look of regret, I slowly let out a dry laugh. "Terrible aren't I?" I wisper, loud enough for Levi to hear. "Thank you," I mumble.

"Get ahold of yourself, (Y/n). That may be a side of you I don't want to see again." With those words I smiled, small, careful.

"I agree."

《A/n - 2020/08/18: I kind of added/altered quite a bit more in this one. I wanted to make (R/M) seem even worse as a person because I felt like wanting to kill someone for an affair isn't always... easily accepted? I can't quite find the right wording for it. Either way there is a lot of implied BAD things he did OTHER than just an affair. It's up to you since it's mostly interpretational. 》
