Yoongi cried himself to sleep a week before they're supposed to film the music video for Dynamite. He cursed to himself after he woke up. The window in his room wasn't covered, the setting sun shining through and overwhelming him right off the bat. He covered his eyes and turned around in his bed so that the sun would stop hurting his eyes. Then he had time to suddenly remember everything that happened earlier this morning.

His heart ached immediately after trying to collect himself. Shit. He felt like shit.

Sudden thoughts kept digging their way into his head. Maybe Taehyung really is just busy. But he was watching a movie with Hoseok instead. Maybe he doesn't like me anymore. I may not seem like the friendliest person, but I try to be. Especially for him. Yoongi frowned. He had a headache and he hadn't eaten anything since he ate some crackers this morning. Usually he starts his day with a banana or an apple, but this week was different. Fruit felt worn out now. Maybe it was because it no longer help the right value.

  He hates me.

I did something to upset him and now he hates me. I'm no longer his little hyung. I'm just Min Yoongi, someone he's forced to work with that he doesn't want to. But, what did he do? Taehyung was absolutely fine the day they cuddled. Maybe that's why, though. Maybe Yoongi shouldn't have let his walls down. Maybe he shouldn't have forced his problems onto Taehyung. Taehyung didn't want to hear about any of that shit. Why would he pressure Taehyung into listening like he did?

What was Taehyung going to do? Leave Yoongi crying? No. So Yoongi forced his emotions on poor Taehyung, and now he's disgusted at his hyung.

Yoongi frowned as he held tighter onto his blanket. It was the only thing that could keep him safe now. His poor pillow was the only thing he could lean and cry on now, and now that Yoongi thinks about it, he's even forcing his pillow into holding in his emotions. Just like he had forced Taehyung.

"I'm sorry." Yoongi whispered into his pillow, which somewhat had the scent of Taehyung on it. It was Taehyung's old pillow that he didn't want, that he had given to Yoongi. Yoongi groaned at the scent and he turned back over, but then the sunset was shining in his face again. "Ugh, leave me alone." He pouted at his window. A sudden knock on his door made him look across his room. "Y-Yeah?"

A shuffle. "You good in there?" It was Jimin who questioned him. No, I'm not okay.

"Why?" Was what he asked instead. He rolled his eyes at himself. "Yeah, I'm good."

Jimin must not have believed him. He pushed on the door lightly and tried to turn the locked knob. "Open the door." He twisted harder. Yoongi furrowed his eyebrows at the harsh sound of his door being played with.

"Go away." He huffed. Jimin hit the door, startling Yoongi, making him sit up. "Don't break my door." Yoongi threw his blanket off of him and got out of bed, immediately looking into his mirror on the wall and regretting it soon after. He looked like a mess. Strands of hair was sticking out everywhere and his eyes were red and puffy, his mouth a frown.

"Damn, Jimin." Yoongi sighed as he walked towards his door, the hard floor pressing against his wobbly feet. He unlocked the door and stood there waiting. "You couldn't have picked a worse time. I look like sh—"

"Hyung." Jimin burst through the door and almost fell over Yoongi as he immediately threw his arms over the older, pulling him into a soft hug. Yoongi's chest stumbled and fell into pieces at the feeling of compassion that was shooting from Jimin. Yoongi hugged him back momentarily. He didn't want to have to lean on others. He did that with Taehyung, and look where it got them.

"I heard that Tae made you cry." Jimin let go and shut Yoongi's door gently. "It's hard to make you cry, hyung. What did he do? Are you sure you're okay? Don't lie to me."

Ugh, lie. Don't lie. Don't lie, don't lie, don't lie. "I don't know." Yoongi said. Not a lie.

Jimin raised his eyebrows at him, his eyes widening. "You don't know?" He frowned. "Hyung, I said not to lie. Tell me."

"I don't know, Jimin." Yoongi pouted as he made his way back to his bed. Jimin followed, both of them sitting at the edge of the mattress. "He's been ignoring me. That's all."

"Ignoring you?" Jimin looked away as if he were trying to think hard on something.

Yoongi sighed. "Every time I try to do something with him, he's always working on music with Namjoon or practicing." He threw his body down on his bed restlessly.

Jimin looked back and down at him. "Tae? He's been playing video games with me and Seokjin almost all week. Boy can't stop trying to level up higher than—" He saw the upset look in Yoongi's eyes. So Taehyung had been seriously lying to him the whole time. And Yoongi didn't even know. Yoongi turned to his side, facing away from Jimin.

"No, hyung," Jimin backed up on the bed and tried to turn Yoongi back around. "d-don't cry— I didn't think before speaking. I didn't know he was ignoring you." He hesitated.

Yoongi shook his head and curled up into a ball, pulling his blanket towards him. "I'm not gonna cry." He had already cried too much. Maybe it isn't worth it. Maybe he isn't worth it, and that's why he lost Taehyung.

"Ah, Yoongi.." Jimin sighed with him. "I don't want you to be unhappy. Let's fix this, yeah? We're all a team. Let's get you up and in the shower, and we'll go talk to Tae. I'll make sure the members stay away from you two so you can talk. I'm sure he has some ridiculous answer to your questions about why he's been ignoring you. Maybe he—"

"Not now." Yoongi mumbled. He didn't want to discuss anything right now. "Either you stay in here and sleep with me, or you go and I sleep alone. But, I'm sleeping." That was probably a little lie. He knew he couldn't sleep anymore. He just wanted Jimin's presence.

"Have you eaten?" Jimin asked.

"Jimin." Yoongi glared at him as he crawled his way back up and under his blankets. Jimin sighed and gave in. He crawled up too.

-

The next morning Yoongi is tired and his whole body feels like slime. He had slept so much, which was surprising to him, but he still felt as if he hadn't slept in days. As he stepped into his studio, he sighed as calmly as possible and he locked the door, not wanting anyone to bother him. It kind of failed when Seokjin knocked on his door and asked for help for his own song. Yoongi gave in and let him in, helping him as positively as he could, because Jin's song was like that.

  Positive.

"Blend these together like this." Yoongi explained as he showed the older what he was doing. "It sounds good. Very you."

Jin smiled. "That's the point." He said. Yoongi lowered the volume a little bit on one of the beats and the song was already blending together so well. Seokjin looked content.

"Everything else sounds fine to me." Yoongi shrugged as he gave Seokjin a small, weak smile. "You should add in some ad libs right here, maybe—"

"Yoongi-ah, are you okay?" Seokjin cut him off, even though Jin is the one who usually scolds him for doing so. Yoongi turned away from his computer screen and blinked up at Seokjin. "You look a little tired."

Yoongi sighed, nodded. "Hyung." he turned his chair around and brought his knees up to his chest, making himself fit into the chair.

"Is it serious talk time?" Seokjin stepped back and sat down on the couch against the wall. "Hit me, my little soulmate." He said.

Seokjin was a person that Yoongi could always trust to talk to. They have these serious talks quite often. Usually Yoongi doesn't even have any specific problem that's bothering him. It usually never has anything to do with any other members either. But, Seokjin always seems to understand. He truly listens and always has the right answers to calm Yoongi's thoughts.

"Do you ever feel kind of... useless?" Yoongi started. Seokjin tilted his head a little in confusion, but didn't interrupt. "I feel like I'm being ignored. No, I am being ignored and I don't know why. I don't think I did anything to him. He wasn't exactly mean to me, but he most definitely lied to me specifically to ignore me. Actually, I kind of didn't even give him a chance to explain himself. But he—"

"Wait." Seokjin shook his head in confusion and surprise. "Who are you even talking about? Is it one of the guys?" He furrowed his eyebrows at Yoongi. Yoongi huffed, out of breath from trying to explain without really explaining anything.

"Taehyung hates me." He looked down at his hands, which were covered by his big sweater. "He lied and kept telling me that he was busy when he really wasn't. And... it really hurts to be lied to by someone like that, you know?"

Seokjin nodded. "Someone like Taehyung?" He leaned further into the couch. "It hurts to be lied to by someone like Taehyung. By someone you love?" He asked. Yoongi just sort of nodded when he realized that Jin wanted an answer in return. "I've been through something similar before." Seokjin continued. "You won't ever really get an answer if you don't let him explain, you know. I doubt Taehyung hates you, and you're not useless, Yoongi."

Yoongi pulled his knees even closer to his chest, not knowing how to respond.

"Is this the reason both you and Taehyung have been sulking around all this time?" Seokjin crossed his arms over his chest and shook his head. "He's the origin of it all?" He sighed and reached his hand out to drag Yoongi's knee back down. Both of Yoongi's feet fell helplessly as Jin patted him. "Don't worry too much about it, okay? One thing I've learned from Taehyung is one, he's very fragile here lately and two, he always has his own reason, whether it be an odd one or not."

Seokjin's words sort of slapped Yoongi in the face. Not because it was something unfamiliar, but quite the opposite. Yoongi knew that Taehyung has a unique mind and a way of going about things. He knew how Taehyung is or was, and how he will be. He's sometimes predictable. He should've known that Taehyung was probably thinking about it too, possibly just as sulky as him.

The worst part is that Yoongi realized how much he pays attention to Taehyung. He realized that all times in the past where Taehyung had stupid reasonings of doing something, Yoongi had always tried to understand him instead of judging him. And Taehyung had done the same. Not a day went by where Yoongi felt ignored if he was near Taehyung. Taehyung is a listener, a watcher. He doesn't let Yoongi down.

Yoongi realized he loves Taehyung. As fucked up as it sounds, the real reason why Yoongi is so torn up by the situation now is because he just misses Taehyung. He misses his smile, misses the soft caring touches and the sudden food Taehyung would show up at Yoongi's studio with. He misses being on tour and smiling down at the variety of fruits on the snack table, which was something that reminded Yoongi of Taehyung in general.

And then Yoongi realized why he was so obsessed with those damn fruits. Maybe it was because of Taehyung. No, not maybe. It was definitely because of Taehyung. Because Taehyung had made up some shit about fruits being good luck, and Yoongi wanted Taehyung's made up words to actually mean something for the both of them.

Yoongi loves Taehyung. Loves his eyes, the wonder and curiosity always in them. He loves the way Taehyung sucks in his lips when he's confused, and the way his eyes shift to the side when he's thinking hard. And when Taehyung gets embarrassed or flustered, he starts laughing and rambling nonsense. Yoongi loves the random hugs and soft touches. It rarely happens, but when it does, it sticks to him.

But he had been lied to.

"He made me feel like an idiot." Yoongi mumbled. "When I walked into the living room, it was when I had asked him to come to my studio but he had said he was busy with his own music. But when I came home, he was sitting on the couch watching a movie." He sighed helplessly. "And when he turned around and saw me standing there, I just... The look on his face. He had been lying to me every single day, I know he was. And he didn't think that I would find out. Am I dense?"

Seokjin gently shook his head. "You're not dense." He stated. Yoongi sulked for a second before he pulled his knees right back up to his chest and pressed his forehead into them.

"Then why does he think I am?"

"Are you more upset that he thinks you're dense or are you upset because he lied to you?" Seokjin asked curiously. Yoongi sat in his position for a good few seconds, trying to really think of an answer. It's truly more of the latter.

"Both." He said instead.

"And you say you don't like being lied to." Jin chuckled at Yoongi. "Don't be so hesitant about how you feel. We all know how much you love the little ones in the group." He smiled.

Yoongi lifted his head to furrow his eyebrows at Seokjin. He doesn't get it. Yoongi's hurt because he loves Taehyung, yes. However, the feeling inside Yoongi's chest is so much more than just that. "I love Tae." He stated.

  Seokjin nodded. "I know that."

"Hyung." Yoongi frowned at how Jin was basically shrugging it off. "I'm in love with Taehyung." He hid back into his knees. He couldn't see Jin's face this time, but he was sure that by the silence in the room, he was clearly shocked as he let out an "oh."

"Maybe Taehyung knows." Jin shrugged. "Maybe he ignores you to get you to move on. Do you think maybe thats a possibility?"

Yoongi's heart clenched. "Am I not lovable?" He frowned at Jin. Jin was taken aback.

"Of course you are." He said. "I honestly wouldn't doubt the boy loving you, Yoongi. It's just.. If he's ignoring you, then maybe that's his reason. It's good for you. He's helping you. Maybe um.. Maybe he loves you brotherly."

Helping him move on? From something he only just recently realized being a thing, it's most definitely going to be hard to do. But Taehyung ignoring him to help him move on? It makes sense. It sort of does. But, how would Taehyung have known that he has these feelings? Before Yoongi even realized?

Jin sighed at him. "Don't overthink."

-

Yoongi tip-toed into their apartment, his hopes set on not seeing Taehyung were high. He tugged his shoes off and slowly made his way into the hallway, but his hopes were shattered into tiny pieces when Taehyung suddenly opened the door to his own room as if he could see through walls and knew he was going to see Yoongi standing there.

He cursed to himself.

"Hyung." Taehyung looked tired, his eyes red from probably staring at his phone too much. He still looked amazing with his fluffy, curly hair and his pretty brown eyes. Yoongi was quick to raise his hand in defense, not wanting Taehyung to beat him to speaking first.

"It's okay." He tried to convince himself. Taehyung walked out of his door and tried to speak. "No, really. It's all good. I think I understand. It's okay if you.. don't like me anymore." Yoongi was trying to put his words together like a puzzle, but the the puzzle pieces were from twenty different boxes and none of them really fit together. "I'm sorry for being so upset towards you. You have your reasons for wanting to ignore me." That sounded bad.

Yoongi pursed his lips into a fake smile. He walked by surprised looking Taehyung and finally made his way to his room. Every step he took, he could feel his legs turning into some sort of glue. When he turns back to look for Taehyung, he's no longer there. His door is shut and he didn't even try to stop him.

It must've been true, then.

Instead of going to his own room, Yoongi exhaled a shaky breath as he quickly made his way to Jimin's room instead. He knows he shouldn't push himself on Jimin. At least Taehyung wasn't ignoring him because he had let out all of his emotions on him. He was ignoring him for the reason Jin said.

He loves him as a brother. Taehyung wants Yoongi to move on. He's helping Yoongi.

"Jiminie?" Yoongi knocked lightly on the door before opening it, revealing Jimin. He was wearing a black t-shirt and red pajama pants, his legs crossed over on top of his blankets. His phone was in his hand and his head snapped up when Yoongi walked in.

"Hey." He looked confused. Yoongi fully entered his room and shut the door behind him. He knows that Jimin and Taehyung are close friends. He needs to be careful with what he does. "What's wrong, hyung?" Jimin asked. Yoongi could feel tears sting his eyes but he shut them softly to keep them in. His throat felt tight. Nothing felt good. Even his stomach was sinking down into his body.

"Are you okay?" Jimin asks. Yoongi can hear the concern in his voice. He shook his head to answer Jimin, knowing damn well that if he speaks he will break. He doesn't want to break anymore. "Aw, come here hyung."

Yoongi opened his eyes and poked out his bottom lip at the sight of Jimin with open arms, his phone long gone now. He made his way to Jimin's bed, once again needing some type of comfort. Of course he was still iffy about letting his walls down to Jimin, because what if Jimin leaves him as well?

He hopped onto Jimin's bed and curled into him. He exhaled into Jimin's shoulder and held tightly onto him. Jimin chuckled at the clear foreign feeling of Yoongi cuddling.

"You sure do get all pouty and cute when something's upset you." Jimin reached up and patted Yoongi's head softly.

"Ignore me." Yoongi mumbled. "I'm going to sleep. Just get back on your phone."
