When and how did you become a fan of Michael's?

Okay, so... I've been a Michael fan for as long as I can remember lol. My family has always been huge fans of his, and of course, that's how I became a fan. I come from a huge family of musicians (on my father's side) and naturally, music's just always been apart of my life, and Michael was always a big influence, especially when it came to that in particular. It was just something about Michael that just drew me in, I just can't put my finger on it, and still can't to this very day. And as I've grown older, I've really learned to appreciate him so much more. As a kid, the first song I'd ever heard of his was Remember The Time and my favorite video was Smooth Criminal... I was soooo obsessed!! Haha. I feel like I'm getting long-winded here, but I just get so passionate when it comes to Michael because he really does mean a lot to me. He always has and always will... that's my baby. ❤️❤️❤️

When did you first find your interest in writing? And when did you beging writing MJ fanfics?

If I remember correctly, I believe I first started writing when I was fourteen, about to turn fifteen... and believe it or not, it started off with Michael lol. I had so many journals and notebooks FULL of stories, stories in which started off as dreams I'd had of him. Speaking of which... I still have those journals to this very day lol, but anyway. I wrote my stories in my journals for about a year or two and then stopped for a while because I kind of lost interest in it, unfortunately ): I stopped writing and instead watched fanfics on YouTube and after awhile, I got bored with doing that, mostly because all of the best MJ fanfic writers on there stopped writing and posting their stories; also, life began getting busy for me (I'd graduated high school and started college a few months later that fall). I didn't start writing about Michael again until about a year or so ago, when I finally had the courage to write about him after all those years of not writing about him. I didn't realize how much I missed it until I started doing it again, resulting in me appreciating it even more. Even though it can be stressful at times, writing about Michael brings me so much joy and happiness. ✨

What is your favorite story that you've written so far?

I'll start off by saying that I feel as if representation really, truly matters, whether it be story-related or not.

It's really hard to choose a story because all of my stories are very special to me, but I'd have to say that 'A Matter of Time' is my absolute favorite. It holds a very special place in my heart. It's a story about Michael unexpectedly time traveling to the future one New Year's Eve, where he ultimately meets the woman of his dreams. It's very special to me due to the fact that I've never seen nor read a MJ fanfic with a plus size woman of color as a female lead. I searched and searched and searched, trying to find one, and when I couldn't, I decided to take it upon myself to write my own story since there were hardly any in existence (or on wattpad at least). I got so tired of seeing the same, basic female lead characters (skinny, fair skinned, straight hair, etc); I wanted to see something new... something fresh... something different... which is exactly how 'A Matter of Time' came to be. All the votes, reads, positive comments and support I received was very uplifting, and ultimately inspired me to write even more stories about Michael with a plus size woman of color as a female lead (don't be shy nor hesitate to check them out if you haven't already! lol. I'd love some positive feedback.) There's so much more I could say, but I'll stop because I could go on and on and on and on all day long lol. I'm just so in love with this story, I can't help it. 😀 haha. ❤️❤️❤️ That story means the whole world to me and so much more.

How do you usually prefer to write? Laptop, phone, pencil and paper?

I usually prefer to write on my phone because I can just pick up and write any time and any place whenever I can't get to my computer fast enough. I used to write with pencil and paper, but for the most part, I usually write on my phone since I'm always on the go. 😀

What are your long term goals with writing?

I plan to keep on writing for as long as I possibly can. I'm not sure that I consider it a hobby or not, I just know that I really enjoy and love spending time doing it.

As far as publishing goes, I've never really thought about publishing my stories or anything like that, but who knows... ya never really know what the future might hold.

What's your favorite of Michael's albums?

Umm... that's a really hard question because I love all of them! ...but if I had to choose, I'd pick Bad. That album is very underrated (in my opinion).

And what are some of your favorite music videos?

Ahhhh, I love every single one of them!!! But when it comes down to it, Smooth Criminal, The Way You Make Me Feel, Remember the Time... and who could forget about Come Together?? Michael was zaddy AFFF in that short film, DON'T @ ME 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣

But for real though... all jokes aside, those films are a few of my personal faves. And like I said, I love every single one of the short films. They'll always have a special place in my heart. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Is there a certain ship you prefer when it comes to Michael's relationships?

As far as a ship goes?... I honestly don't ship any of his relationships to be quite honest. 🌚🌚🌚🌚

What are some of your favorite fanfictions that you've read?

I have sooooo many favorite stories on here! Ones that I'm currently reading and ones that I've already read and love to reread, but to name a few...
