Ryan was a sucker for cute things, the number of stuffed animals he still had was enough to rival Jonathan and his teddy bears, so when he got a new roommate it was his mission to keep his 'secret' hidden as long as possible.

"Luke look at the Lil' bunny!" Ryan gasped, leaving Lukes side to run off to the small pet store, putting his hands against the glass enclosure of the baby rabbits a large smile present on his face.

Luke had walked next to him, setting a few bags of groceries down as he kneeled on the ground next to him, "It looks like it'll shit alot, plus I don't think princess will get along with 'em," He commented bluntly, early a playful smack on the back of the head.

"If Princess eats a rabbit I'm kicking her out," He deadpanned, before going back to staring at the different types of bunnies.

"Yeah, sure you will, you know you love her," Luke responded, before standing up, picking the bags up and nudging Ryan with his foot. "Come on, it's gonna get dark soon and I don't intend on bringing these bags up the stairs 'cause we got home too late for the elevator." 

Ryan pouted for a moment before getting up and walking off with Luke, "Okay, okay I'm coming we should talk to our landlord about that rule now that you mention it." 

Luke laughed lightly, before starting to walk off, which caused Ryan to grab his bags, before running after him, "Hey, wait up!"

"Ryan? Where are you going? We went to the shops yesterday," Luke asked, looking at Ryan from the couch with Princess on his lap, purring happily.

"I'm just gonna head out real quick, I forgot to buy. something," He lied smoothly, flattening out some creases of his hoodie, making sure he had his wallet in his pocket, "I'll be back, in an hour or so," he shrugged, earning a nod from Luke. 

"Alright, just be back before it's dark, my love~" He teased turning his attention from Ryan to the tv.

"..what?" Ryan asked, blushing lightly as he turned his head to face Luke, looking away from Luke to face the door, walking towards the front door and getting into his car, thinking about Luke's words for a moment, before shaking his head and driving off to the pet store, determined to get that bunny he saw yesterday, he had thought this through, leaving an hour before Luke went off to work so that he could set up the bunny's home outside, since that was the one place Luke didn't allow Princess to go, since he was paranoid about what would happen if she got out.

Ryan's car was more of a ute, it had two seats and a large trunk that could fit almost anything in it, so he didn't have any concerns about struggling to bring everything home, he was excited as he parked his car, he ran into the store, almost forgetting to lock his car in the process, he ran inside eagerly, heading directly to the rabbit section, smiling brightly as he saw the variety of small animals.

One of them caught his attention, It was a small grey bunny with white tipped ears and paws, the more he looked at it the more he fell in love, that was until he noticed the bunny' eyes, they were blue, an extremely foggy blue.

"He's cute isn't he?" A female voice asked as Ryan noticed an employee kneeling next to him, a set of keys in her hands, "Would you like to hold him?" She asked, with a curious smile.

"Yes please!" Ryan nodded enthusiastically, watching intently as the employee smiled and opened the cage door, gently picking up the rabbit, which initially scared the poor thing before it got used to the hold and relaxed lightly.

"Here you go, be careful with him please, he's easily frightened," She explained, before gently setting the bunny in his arms carefully.

Ryan nodded, gently petting him softly, watching as it's nose quickly twitched around, "I'm surprised he hasn't been adopted yet, he looks like a great little companion," He praised, giggling lightly as he watched the rabbit sniff him curiously.

"Yeah, that's what surprised me, he's been with us for five or six months now. I think people haven't adopted him because of his blindness.." She sighed, petting the rabbit gently. 

"Does he have a name?" Ryan asked softly, gently lifting him up so that he could stare at its face casually. 

"Yeah, well we haven't officially named him, but few call him 'Ohm' since he tries super hard to run out of his cage whenever he gets the chance like he's resisting us or something." The employee laughed, leaning back to sit on her heels,

Ryan smiled happily, laughing internally at the irony of the situation, before smiling and looking at the employee happily, "I'll take him."

Ryan was extremely fast at setting up Ohm's cage, he had to shoo Princess away multiple times but had managed to get the small bunny calm enough to the point where he could run around the backyard casually, it even got to the point where Ohm was laying on Ryan's lap, he giggled and pet the bunny happily, besides Luke wouldn't be home anytime soon, so he had nothing to worry about.

At least he thought so.

"Ryan, you actually got the rabbit- I'm so done." a voice laughed, which caused Ryan to stiffen and the bunny's nose to twitch curiously.

"Uh- L-Luke- I can explain! See it's name was called Ohm and it's blind so I had to adopt it!" Ryan explained, attempting to defend himself, well mainly to defend his masculinity.

Luke chuckled and opened the fly screen door, closing it with his foot (so that Princess didn't get out) and kneeling next to him, scanning the bunny happily, reaching out a hand to pet it. "Nah, It's cute, both of you," He teased, gently rubbing Ohm's cheeks.

Ryan blushed lightly, "I'm not cute, I'm manly." He grinned, puffing out his chest as he so.

"Yes, Very manly with your little rabbit." Luke laughed, leaning back slightly. "So we've got Ohm and Ryan, This'll get confusing really quickly."

"You'll grow to love him, now go get a carrot from to kitchen, Ohmie is probably hungry," Ryan ordered, watching as Ohm rose his head curiously. 

"God, fine. I will." He rolled his eyes, gettong up slowly.
