Tink Tinker was a little too like her namesake for comfort. Small, blonde, endlessly helpful with a bit of a temper, she was the kind of woman who would happily carry everyone's things when she knew she wouldn't be able to hold on for very long. But years of perfecting being helpful paid off when she found herself the happy personal assistant and secretary for the CEO of an affluent chemical company in New York.

Then her boss was arrested, and she should have known, what with all of the meetings that she hadn't been allowed to sit in, and that time he nearly fired her for peeking through some files she wasn't supposed to, but like she told the police and the FBI, she had no idea because he was her boss and she needed this job. But now she had no job, which meant she had to go hunting.

But she didn't have to hunt for long, finding herself in a room with Tony Stark himself, the man asking her a variety of strange questions while periodically checking his phone and smiling to himself before explaining that the current CEO of his industry and former ex-girlfriend and ex-personal assistant was in need of one of her own. Luckily for Tink, Tony seemed to like her bubbly personality and suggestions on how to make vegetables taste good not only for his eleven-year-old, but for himself as well.

That was how Tink landed a job as the personal assistant to Pepper Potts, the literal embodiment of an exasperated energizer bunny. A woman who could run in heels and win at Monopoly in under three hours, it was no surprise that Tink found utterly enamored with the woman. All she needed was for Pepper to slow down and realize that she could fall in love too.

My body is so ready for this fic, ya'll don't even know. Tink is honestly going to be such a fun character to write about, she's just this soccer mom without any kids, she's so much fun and I can't wait to write about her and this is going to be a character study on not only Pepper, but on her and Tony's relationship and just, this'll be fun.

Ya'll might not find it fun, but I'm writing for myself now, as we can all tell, so whatever.
