My tips for sleeping on stomach
HI. Last night, when I was going to sleep, I found out the solutions to sleep on the stomach more comfortably a bit. Now, I want to share my tips with u guys and hope that it would help everyone to sleep better.
Okay, let's start now. As we know, normally we will sleep on the stomach with the position that our entire face on the pillow or we will lie on the side of the face like this:
Most of the positions which I said 'bout from the pic could harm our spinal and the neck too. They also cause us the neck pain and back pain whenever we wake up the next morning.
So I recommend putting a soft pillow under ur chest or between ur arms and forehead. Or u also can get a neck-traveled pillow with the U shape and lie on the stomach as if u lie on a massage bed which u usually find out at the spa and massage parlors. Besides, if u don't have the neck pillow or don't want to use the pillow, u can use ur arms instead of pillows.
Maybe at first, u could see that it's not easy to sleep. But once u get used to it, u would be able to sleep well. Besides, ur neck won't be tired and moreover, this could help u increase height as well, I hope so. I wish u guys having a great sleeping and having the wings growth progress go well.
