Gojo's POV:

I walked up to (Y/N)'s dorm with a spring in my step. The evening had just settled in, and I was looking forward to spending some time with her, maybe even surprising her with a spontaneous dinner date. I knocked on the door, but there was no response. Frowning, I knocked again, louder this time. Still nothing.

Maybe she went out for groceries or needed some air, I thought. I shrugged it off, not thinking much of it at first. I took out my phone and shot her a quick text.

Me: Hey, you around? Knocked on your door but no answer. Where are you?"

I waited for a few minutes, but there was no reply. Strange. I tried calling her, but it went straight to voicemail. My frown deepened. I called again, and this time, I heard a faint ringing sound coming from around the corner of the dorm building. My heart skipped a beat as I followed the sound.

There, lying on the ground with scratches marring its screen, was her phone. A cold chill ran down my spine. The phone looked like it had been through a struggle. Panic surged through me. This wasn't right. Something bad had happened.

My mind raced as I tried to piece together what could have happened. Then it hit me—Sukuna. The bastard who had hurt her before. My blood boiled, and a surge of fury mixed with fear coursed through me.

I bolted towards my dorm, bursting through the door to find Suguru lying on his bed. He shot up, startled by my sudden entrance.

"Satoru, what the hell? What's going on?" he asked, his eyes wide with concern.

"It's (Y/N)," I panted, my breath coming in ragged gasps. "I think Sukuna has her. I found her phone outside with signs of a struggle."

Suguru's face darkened. "Who's Sukuna?"

"A psychotic ex-boyfriend of (Y/N)'s," I explained quickly. "He's dangerous, violent. She broke up with him because he cheated on her and has serious anger issues. If he has her... God, we need to find her, Suguru. Now."

Suguru nodded, getting off the bed and grabbing his jacket. "Calm down, Satoru. We need a plan. Running in blind won't help."

I forced myself to take a deep breath, trying to steady my nerves. "You're right. We need to think this through."

Suguru put a reassuring hand on my shoulder. "We'll find her, okay? But we need to figure out where he might have taken her. Do you have any idea where Sukuna's hideout could be?"

I racked my brain, trying to remember any detail (Y/N) might have mentioned about Sukuna's favorite places or hideouts. Nothing came to mind immediately. Then, an idea struck me.

"Sukuna used to brag about a rundown warehouse on the outskirts of town. He mentioned it a few times when he was still with (Y/N). It might be a long shot, but it's a place to start."

Suguru nodded. "Good. Let's go check it out. But first, we need some backup. We can't go in unprepared."

I agreed. "We need to contact the campus security. They can help us search."

Suguru quickly made a call to the campus security, explaining the situation and asking for their assistance. Within minutes, a small team was assembled, ready to head to the warehouse.

As we made our way to the outskirts of town, I couldn't shake the gnawing fear in my gut. The thought of (Y/N) in Sukuna's hands made me sick with worry. I clenched my fists, determined to get her back no matter what.

::.............................................::

When we arrived at the warehouse, it looked abandoned and decrepit, exactly the kind of place Sukuna would use as a hideout. We split into groups, carefully searching the area for any signs of (Y/N) or Sukuna.

As we combed through the warehouse, my mind was a whirlwind of anxiety and anger. Geto and I stayed close, communicating with the other groups through our phones. Every creak of the floorboards, every whisper of wind had my heart racing.

Suddenly, one of the security team members called out. "Over here! I found something!"

We rushed over to find a small room hidden behind a stack of crates. The door was slightly ajar, and inside, we found (Y/N)'s scarf, discarded on the floor. My heart clenched. She had been here.

"We're on the right track," I said, my voice filled with a mix of hope and desperation.

We continued searching, more determined than ever. Then, a noise caught my attention. Muffled voices coming from a nearby room. I signaled to Suguru and the security team, and we approached cautiously.

As we neared the room, the voices became clearer. I recognized Sukuna's voice, filled with anger and malice. My blood ran cold. We had found them.

With a swift kick, I burst into the room, adrenaline surging through me like wildfire. My eyes immediately locked onto (Y/N), tied to a chair, bruised, and battered. Her eyes widened in recognition and relief, but she looked utterly broken. Fury like I'd never known before roared to life within me..

"You bastard," I growled, stepping forward.

Sukuna stood there, his face twisting into a cruel smile. "Well, well, if it isn't the hero come to save the day."

I didn't hesitate. With a surge of raw power, I lunged at Sukuna, my fists connecting with his face in a flurry of punches. I heard the sickening crunch of bones, but it wasn't enough. It would never be enough to satisfy the rage burning in me.

Sukuna fought back, landing a few blows of his own, but I was relentless. I slammed him against the wall, my hands wrapping around his throat, squeezing tightly.

"You bastard," I growled, my voice trembling with fury. "How dare you touch her!"

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Suguru and the security team rush in. They subdued Sukuna, but I couldn't let go. My vision tunneled, focusing only on ending him, making him pay for every bruise on (Y/N)'s body, every tear she shed.

"Satoru, stop!" Suguru's voice cut through the red haze. "You'll kill him!"

"That's the point," I snarled, tightening my grip.

Suguru grabbed my shoulder, forcing me to turn and face him. "Think about (Y/N). She needs you right now. She needs you to be strong for her. Killing him won't help her heal."

His words hit me like a bucket of cold water. I looked back at (Y/N), slumped in the chair, trembling and broken. She needed me. Not as a killer, but as her protector. I released Sukuna, letting him fall to the floor, gasping for breath.

"Get him out of here," I spat, stepping back. "And make sure he never comes near her again."

The security team hauled Sukuna away, and I rushed to (Y/N)'s side, untying her and pulling her into my arms. She clung to me, sobbing uncontrollably.

"You're safe now," I whispered, my voice shaking with emotion. "I swear to you, you're safe."

Her body trembled against mine, the fear and pain evident in every shudder. I wanted to protect her from everything, to take away all her pain, but I felt so helpless.

Suguru knelt beside us, his face serious but compassionate. "We need to get her out of here. Get her somewhere safe."

I nodded, lifting (Y/N) gently in my arms. She winced, and my heart ached at the sight of her pain. "Hold on," I whispered to her. "I've got you."

"I m going to follow the security to the police station. I'll make sure he doesn't escape or try to run. You stay with her. She needs you." Suguru says. His eyes wandering from me to (Y/N).

"Thanks Suguru. I'll see you later." He smiled a reassuring smile and went to follow up the security team.

I carried (Y/N) out of the warehouse, her frail body trembling in my arms. She clung to me, her face buried in my chest, tears soaking my shirt. Every step I took away from that place was a step toward her safety, but the journey felt impossibly long. The thought of taking her to the hospital crossed my mind. She needed medical attention, and the idea of leaving her alone even for a moment tore at my heart.

"We're going to the hospital. We need to get you checked up." I said while calling for a cab.

"Gojo," she whimpered, her voice breaking. "Please, no hospital. I just... I just want to go home."

I hesitated, torn between what I knew she needed and what she was asking of me. But seeing the desperation in her eyes, the raw fear that hospital lights and clinical settings might exacerbate, I relented.

"Okay," I murmured, kissing her forehead. "We'll go back to your dorm. I'll take care of you."

The walk back felt like an eternity. Every stumble, every uneven step made my grip on her tighten, as if I could shield her from any further harm through sheer will alone. Once we reached her dorm, I kicked the door open gently, navigating through the narrow space with her still cradled in my arms.

I laid her down on the bed, my heart shattering at the sight of her bruised and battered form.

"Do you need anything? Water, food, anything at all?" I asked softly.

She shook her head, her eyes glazed with pain and exhaustion. "Just... stay with me," she whispered.

I nodded, sitting beside her and gently brushing the hair from her face. We stayed silent for what felt like an eternity. I rubbed her arm gently to soothe her. But the nasty feeling of what Sukuna might have done with her gnawed at me.

"What did he do to you?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper, fearing the answer but knowing I had to hear it.

She began to cry again, her body shaking uncontrollably. I pulled her into my arms, holding her tight, offering her the only comfort I could.

"It's okay," I soothed. "You're safe now. He can't hurt you anymore."

Through her sobs, she started to speak, her words choked and broken.

"He...he appeared out of no where today then... he called me horrible things, and then... he knocked me out. When I woke up, I was in that room. He... he touched me, everywhere. He hit me, bit me, and... and..." Her voice broke, and she buried her face in my chest.

My hands clenched into fists, rage boiling within me. But I forced myself to stay calm, for her sake.

"Shh, it's okay. You're safe now," I repeated, running my fingers through her hair.

"I feel so dirty," she whispered, her voice barely audible in between the sobs.

I pulled back slightly, looking into her tear-streaked face. "Let me help you clean up," I said gently. She hesitated, shaking her head.

"I-I can do it myself," she insisted, but her voice lacked conviction.

"No," I said firmly, yet tenderly. "Let me take care of you. Please."

After a moment, she nodded reluctantly. I carefully helped her to the bathroom, her legs barely able to support her weight. I ran a hot bath, the steam filling the small room. She stood there, shivering, as I gently undressed her, revealing the full extent of her injuries. Her body was covered in bite marks, bruises, and scratches, each one a testament to the horrors she'd endured.

My heart ached at the sight, and I had to fight back the tears that threatened to spill. I guided her into the bath, the hot water causing her to wince slightly. "I'm sorry," I whispered, my hands trembling as I began to wash her.

She closed her eyes, tears still streaming down her cheeks. "It's okay," she said softly. "Just... don't leave me."

"Never," I vowed, my voice filled with determination. "I'll never leave you."

As I washed her, I was careful and gentle, my hands moving tenderly over her battered skin. Each touch was meant to soothe, to cleanse, to erase any lingering trace of Sukuna. She leaned into my touch, her breathing gradually evening out.

When I finished, I wrapped her in a soft towel, lifting her from the bath and carrying her back to the bed. I dressed her in clean clothes, the fabric soft and comforting against her skin. She looked up at me, her eyes filled with gratitude and something else—something deeper.

"Thank you," she whispered, her voice cracking.

"You don't need to thank me," I replied, sitting beside her and pulling her into my arms. "Just rest now."

She fell asleep soon after, exhaustion overtaking her. I watched her sleep, my heart heavy with guilt and anger. How had I let this happen? I had promised to protect her, and I had failed. The sight of her bruised and broken form would haunt me forever.

I gently kissed her forehead, holding her tight against me. "I'm so sorry," I whispered, my voice trembling. "I swear, I will never let anything happen to you again. I'll protect you with my life."

As the night wore on, I stayed by her side, unable to sleep, too consumed by my own thoughts. I blamed myself for not being there, for not stopping Sukuna sooner. But more than anything, I made a vow—to keep her safe, no matter what.

"I love you," I whispered to her sleeping form, my voice filled with emotion. "I love you so much."
