It's often so much easier to hide the pain we feel, to let tears flow quietly into our pillows night after night, or to put on a brave face when it seems like the world expects us to. Opening up about our struggles isn’t a straightforward task.

In moments of despair, you might find yourself questioning, "Is my life truly worth living?" or "Can I really bear another day like this?" I’ve asked myself those very questions too, and I know that many do, sometimes frequently.
But what underlies this suffering? The truth is, very few of us genuinely wish for our lives to end. Often, it's about seeking a way to escape the pain that seems unrelenting. That pain can rob us of joy and diminish our desire to carry on, enveloping us in a dark haze of depression.
At the end of the day, instead of easing our pain, we may accidentally offload that burden onto those we care about. It’s crucial to remember that those we love are the ones who will feel the impact if we choose to take drastic actions. It's important to reach out and share our feelings, as it can create opportunities for understanding, connection, and hope.
