(Spoiler Alert (If you didn't read the story tags, at least.))

The Last Archangel Trilogy is pure gold. The first book was amazing and so well-written. I never imagined that Gabriel and Tony would be such an amazing mixture, but they are so unbelievably good together. Generally, in my opinion, the Archangels aren't portrayed as they should be: they are stated to be strong beings, sure, but they never demonstrate power. Seeing the author's portrayal of Gabriel and his powers was amazing. Completely amazing.

We get true power right off the bat, no bullshit covering what the story is about, with Chapter One stating what is probably one of my favorite quotes of the book: "He was Tony Stark. He was infinity, he was time itself, he was the messenger, he was the sand below his feet, he was the sun, he was Tony Stark. He was Gabriel."
