After marriage each day was a new definition of delight for Arjun and Subhadra so as for others. Everyone were wishing that stability to last long or it can be said that they wished that not to be ended ever.

With the passage of time Subhadra conceived. Happiness had increased multiple folds at the revelation of that news.

But Subhadra wasn't seemed like enjoying her pregnancy to the fullest.

One night Subhadra was sitting at balcony controlling her slow gasps. Sweat beads were present on her forehead despite the chilled breeze. She was looking at her stomach placing her hand on that as if she was consoling the unborn who was restless unlike her.

"Subhi, why are you here?" Arjun came there in search of Subhadra.

"I need fresh air," She replied handling the jerk caused due to his sudden call.

"Even fresh air is unable to fulfill your need," He indicated towards her forehead filled with sweat beads.

"Maybe due to excessive heat," She forwarded an excuse.

"Heat of what? I have been noticing your worry since few days. What's the matter in actual?" He lead him towards the couch placed in balcony.

"Looks like you aren't comfortable in sharing with me. I guess Renu can help in this matter," He didn't has any other option to break her silence.

"No need of informing her, Arya. Actually I am worried about my child," She voiced out quickly before he could move far.

"It's our child. Now don't delay in sharing your worry," Turning towards her he made her sit.

"Our child won't have to bear any affect of my poisonous boon, right?" Her fear rang in her cracked voice.

"Obviously not, Subhi. The chapter of that boon had finished a long ago. Why are you troubling yourself thinking about that?" He cupped her cheeks affectionately.

"Won't you have any objection if we have have a girl?" Her question shocked him.

That question was too unexpected, but fear could cause damage at any time.

"I am sorry, Arya. I should haven't asked that," She murmured a quick apology.

"It's all fine. I can sense how much impact your terrible past has put on you. Definitely I don't have any objection with a girl. If a girl had been only a girl for me then I would haven't crossed the journey beyond pains and possibilities for you," He spoke making her indulge in an eye lock.

"A girl is a living image of all the goodness anyone can wish or ask for himself. Girl being a goddess is divinity, but being the treasure of goodness is the blessing of divinity. So, why will I object if I get such a combo of bliss?" Happiness was roaring inside her at his words.

"It's we get, Arya. I am really sorry for asking that question. The trauma of past had been tormenting me," She held her ears with a sad expression.

"I am not upset over your question, but I am upset over your deed. You should have shared this very before," He turned his head slightly to other side.

"I am sorry again, Arya!" She side hugged him tightly.

"What will I get for forgiving you?" His naughty mind came forward to drag the matter towards a ecstatic extent.

"My admiration towards your explanation that a girl is both divine and blessing of divinity," She answered cheerfully.

"What does your admiration include?" Breaking the hug he smirked naughtily.

"An embrace till eternity," Saying so hugged him pouring all her love which was equally reciprocated by him.

Such a peaceful point for their halting, an embrace till eternity where no greed of pleasure and no grip of pain can pester them.
