You walked into class with Zoro and Nami .
"That torao has been missing a lot of days, do you think he got in trouble?"
Nami purred .
"Why should we care though"
Zoro yawned , sitting in his chair and dodging the book Nami threw at him . You caught the book .
"I have a feeling he's researching"
You hummed .
"Who's Researching what?"
Law walked into class .
"Sanji is researching a secret recipe for food"
You pulled off the most innocent look you could .
"I see , good luck to him"
Law said sitting next to you .
You , Zoro and Nami sighed in relief .

"How old is this castle anyway?"
Law asked looking around .
"I don't know.... a few hundred years?"
You smiled .
"Seems perfect for a supernatural movie"
He smirked . Your eyes widened but you pulled it together fast, though he was observing you, every small detail . So he caught your eyes widening .
"You're right, it would be a blast!"
Zoro said . Laws stare was burning holes through your soul, freezing it at the same time . For a moment you thought his eyes were luminescent gold , the next moment they were back to the wild stormy gray they were .

The teacher walked in and started the lesson so you all fell silent . But you could feel Law's gaze on you . It was uncomfortable. As if he was waiting for the first hint , first opportunity, first chance to prove you're not a human .
Getting irritated you looked at him .
"Got a bone to pick mate?"
You huffed .
"Im sorry , i didn't thought my gaze would bother you so much~"
He smirked and averted his gaze to his book . There was a tension in air , the air was thick . Or maybe it was just you . No one else seemed to notice it .
You looked at zoro and he was napping. He was quick to catch when something was up .

Sighing , you tried to lessen the pressure you felt on your chest and decided to ignore this feeling you had and listen to the teacher .
That didn't exactly work because your mind wandered off as you looked out the window .

"-ou going to stay here?"
You were brought back to reality . Looking at Zoro you gave him a questioning look .
"The class ended . Are you going to stay here?" He asked .
"Huh.... no..."
You got up , packing your things lazily and walked with him .
"Somethings bothering you ."
He pointed out .
"No im fine"
"For fucks sake _____ , whenever you have something in your mind you get like this ."
He growled and you chuckled.
"Can't fool you huh..."

-×Time Skip×-

Law sneaked into the library and into the secret library.
"Hey , old bones-ya , I'm back..."
He walked around , reading the book titles .
"Yer too loud"
The skeleton woke up and sat up in its chair.
"I looked through books... listen , you have to leave this town...."
It walked towards law and grabbed his shoulders with bony cold hands .
"Its not safe for ye! Ye have enemies!"
It roared in concern .
"Why would i have enemies what did i do?!"
Law backed off and frowned.

"Ye is the reincarnation of the great vampire lord! Ye was one of the strongest and had a feud with the donquixote! If he finds ye yer dead!"
It walked around the room.
"What......"
Law was very confused . He was trying to process all this but it was just beyond weird.
"Research!"
The skeleton shoved a bunch of old dusty books into laws arms.
"Thanks...."
Law left the library dumbfounded.

"Dammit"
Law dusted his shirt off . The books that now rested in his locker were so old and rusty they ruined his clothes .

"What's up?"
Zoro walked to him , carrying his swords and a sly smirk resting on his lips.
"Oh... nothing"
Law avoided a proper answer and quickly shut his locker .

"Lets go , Mihawk doesn't like tardiness."
Zoro walked at a slow pace waiting for law . Law soon caught up and they walked the rest of the way quietly .

Laws confusion was shifted into anger as he mercilessly defeated each and every student in the class . Zoro was alarmed and Mihawk impressed .
"Well done, Trafalgar. You're ruthless . I wish to exchange blades with you"
Kuina smiled .

They got ready and the match began . They were evenly matched and Law was just doing this without thought . Like he had done it so many times . Like he had mastered the arts of swordsmanship long ago . He and Kikoku were in perfect sync and he was doing moves and attacks that were unique to him and him alone .

"This isn't good , Mihawk...."
Zoro stood beside the wise man .
"Is it not? We all know whats to come . Its better if he's ready."

Kuina attacked law . She was merciless and in for the kill . The blade was about to hit Law and that caused him to freak out . That caused a rush of energy within him and for a moment he could see a blue sphere around them but before he could figure anything Zoro stopped Kuina .

"That was enough"
He gave Kuina a meaningful look . She was the best at controlling her blade as she would stop right before inflicting injury but Law was unaware of that . His instincts caused him to be on full alert and that triggered the power rush .

'What if the skeleton was right.... what if im not human? If he's right then there are people who want to kill me....'
