~☆Laws POV☆~

I walked down the streets , being done with homework and having nothing else to do I decided to take a walk .
The silent screams in the house were driving me insane .
" Russia Sushi! Russia Sushi! 50% discount! All you can eat! "
A black man with an accent was announcing while handing out posters .
I was abruptly craving fish .
Like a chained ravenous beast seeing food after a very long time .

Checking my wallet I sighed .
" It's Okay if it's once...."
I told myself and walked into the restaurant .
'I need to find a job....'
I thought as I paid and grabbed a plate , selecting sushi .

My stomach was growling and my throat was dry . I really had no idea why I felt like this . Sitting by the window I looked at the passing people as I ate .

Every face was new to me . I knew no one . My eyes searched , trying to find a face I knew , but there was none .
Looking at all the people sitting or getting their foods , my eyes locked with a pair of luminescent (e.c) eyes .
" Can I sit here? All other tables are full ."
She spoke in her smooth voice .
"Uh.....sure...."
I muttered .
"How are you doing, Law ."
She began .
" I'm okey , _____ . What about you? "
" I'm doing good"
She replied .

The air was tense for some reason .
A disturbing silence shadowing upon us , holding us within it's claw .
"So do you like sushi?"
She broke the silence at last .
"Huh?"
Snapping out of my thoughts I looked at her .
" Sushi.... do you like it?"
She repeated .
I looked at her for a second , studying her face . She was beautiful . Like a fragile crystal shining under the sunlight . A blurred image at the back of my head was disturbing me . It would just fade and reappear .
" Well yes . It's delicious"
I responded at last .

Everything had fallen into a relaxing silence . All of the voices fading . Everything around us blurring up as it was just me , her shining eyes and soft breaths .

" Hey are you Okay????"
She asked moving her hand in front of my eyes . Eyes regaining focus I blinked and shook my head to get the clouds off it .
"Yes I'm fine . "
I hummed .
" I asked what's your plan after eating"
She spoke .
" I zoned out.... well I'll be walking around looking for a job ."
I offered a small smile .

" A job? You're working?"
She blinked surprised .
" I should . I don't plan on starving to death ."
I chuckled.
" You know you really can't work everywhere and trust everyone . What field of work?"
She informed .
" I'm actually a doctor. ... but I cant get my actual degree until I'm done with university. But my dad taught me everything. "
"Well I don't know about that but can you work at a library? Like it should be a good start ."
She remarked .
" I like books . That would be nice ."
I smiled .
" Well I'll take you to the library . If you're done we can go now ."
She hummed .
" Yes I'm done "
We got up .

" So the library I'm taking you is close to where you live . The owner is actually someone I know . "
She said as we set in her car .
"She loves books more than anything . So if she sees you take care of books she'll give you extra credit . Remember to never make a comment on her height"
She drove off .
"Height.....?"
I raised an eyebrow letting out an amused chuckle .
"Yes . She is smol and would smack you if you pointed it out . "
She giggled .
" I can live with that ."
I looked at the streets .

~☆writers POV☆~

Getting to the library you parked the car and got off , law following .
Entering the library he looked around amused by how big the place is .
"This is the best library you'll find . Every book ever written is here . "
You noted and walked to the elevator .

The building was old but well kept . It had a beautiful design. Old drawings and statues here and there . It looked like a majestic palace . The bookshelves reaching the ceiling and all had ladders you could climb to reach a book . There was more than one floors . Each shelf labeled with the type of books it has . Organized , clean and well kept .
Walking into the big elevator you pushed the highest botton and waited .
" This place is amazing"
Law noted and you smirked .
" It sure is . "

He was getting nervous . His hand clenched the fabric of his pockets .
" Relax .... "
You whispered and it worked like a charm . Walking to the door in front of you you opened it walking in .
"Raven~~ you have a visitor~~"
You sang .
" Hello there _____ . "
She looked up the book she was reading and noticed law .
" Your friend? "
She smiled .
" Oh this is my classmate Trafalgar Law. He's looking for a job and you know how things are.... "
You trailed off .
" Yes I know . Nice to meet you , Law"
She smiled kindly .

" The pleasure is mine"
Law replied . He was a bit confused because she did not look a day older than 18.
" So you wanna work here . My only condition is that people who work here need to love books ."
Raven looked at him .
" I like books . I've read a lot ."
Law replied .
" Fantastic ."
She grinned .
Getting the rest of the talk done law would start work monday .

" Congratulations! "
You smiled driving him home .
"Thank you. I owe it to you"
"Nah , you helped me pass the biology test . "
You chuckled and stopped the car . By his house .
"Still.... let me at least invite you to a dinner when I get my first paycheck"
"Save money kid. We'll decide on it later"
You laughed softly and he chuckled .
" Well thanks for everything . See you monday ."
He got off and waved walking inside .

" Aren't you kind~~"
Nami teased .
" He deserved some help after all the shit that happened to him . "
You sighed .
" Raven-san is a nice person . He's in good hands"
Robin noted and you and nami nodded . She truely was an angel .
" Zoro sure is lucky to have someone like her"
Nami giggled .
" He is . "
Robin agreed .
" So did you get the things you wanted?"
You asked as they both said a yes .

"Well then let's go back home...."
