2 | Peter One and Peter Two/Spidey Shenanigans
Last chapter, Miles and Gwen met Peter Parker and his friends, portals opening up all over the multiverse.
But who is behind these portals?
That is what Miles and Gwen are trying to figure out!
With a little help from friends old and new, will Miles and Gwen be able to stop the person behind all of this, or will Dark Wasp sucessfully seperate them from one another?
Find out in 2 | Peter One and Peter Two!
In Spidey Shenanigans, meet Sofia Silver (aka Spinneret), from Earth-9115!
Sofia's having enough trouble navigating her new-found powers and training with Adrien Agreste, aka Cat Noir, and she doesn't need any other responsibilities, what with her and Ladybug arguing 24/7 and fighting the daily akumas.
So when she falls through a portal that leads her to a world without superheroes, Sofia has the feeling that things are never going to be easy, especially since everything she thought was fictional turns out to be real.
If Sofia wants to return to her dimension, she has to help Gabriella Sawyer (otherwise known as the violent and merciless Silent Spider), Morgan Stark (the much-needed hero Iron Heart), and their pet cat Milo (aka the pun-derful Spider-Cat) close the mysterious portal that is floating above Seattle.
But nothing is as it seems, and friendships will have to be formed if these three girls want to save the city- even if it means having to dig into Gabriella's unknown past, including the disappearance of her family.
Will Sofia be able to return to her dimension? Will Miles and Gwen discover who's behind the portals, or be seperated before they can even get back to their friends?

~DRAWING COMING SOON~
Peter B. Parker had never been happier.
Him and MJ were working things out, and his duties as Spider-Man weren't inflicting with his alter ego anymore. Miles and Gwen were back in their dimensions safe and sound...
Life was good.
Until it wasn't.
"I made reservations at that place you like. Yeah, the one downtown... mmm hmm!" Peter laughed kind-heartedly, crumpling up his burger wrapper. He rose to his feet, pulling his mask off and walking along the edge of the roof. "I know how much you love their key lime pie. Of course. Hmm... Maybe-"
Peter stopped in his tracks, staring at the wall- why?
Because a portal had appeared.
The same one that brought him to Miles' universe.
Peter B. Parker's face fell. "Oh no,"
That's when he got sucked into the portal, his phone falling to the ground.
~DRAWING COMING SOON~
"Peter? "

"Who the heck are the Avengers?!"
(GIF- Miles saying quote above, Ned staring at him and Peter- MCU- spitting his drink all over Miles. MJ and Gwen glance at each other.)
Miles blinked, using a napkin to wipe his face.
Peter rubbed the back of his neck. "Sorry, Miles... you don't have the Avengers in your universe?"
Miles shook his head, Gwen simply shrugging. "What, are they a big deal or something on Earth-616?"
"Big deal?! Are the Avengers... BIG DEAL?! They saved the world... what, like, three times, now?!" Peter exclaimed, MJ trying to calm him down. "If not for them, we wouldn't be here today! Loki, Ultron, even Thanos would have won! I mean, Thanos did win, but with a little bit of time travel, Mr. Stark-"
Peter's voice cracked, his face falling.
"Mr. Stark..."
Peter sat back down, silent.
Miles glanced at Gwen. "Peter...? Are you o-"
Peter wiped tears from his eyes, MJ shaking her head and hugging him. Gwen frowned, not knowing what was wrong.
But then it hit her.
Stark...
As in, Tony Stark?!
Wasn't Tony Stark that millionaire genius who made all those weapons? He's the guy who went missing years ago. They found his body in the middle of the desert. He apparently died of some heart thing. Walking Dead, was it?
Did Peter have a different version of Tony Stark in his universe? Was Tony a superhero who worked with the Avengers? Were they close?
Miles seemed to have put the pieces together as well, him and Gwen exchanging a look.
Peter had lost his parents at a young age and lived with his Aunt May, much like Peter B. Parker. Maybe Tony Stark was like a father figure for him. His mentor.
Ned had mentioned Iron Man earlier, at which MJ had changed the subject immediately...
But why?
Did the Tony Stark of Earth-616... die recently?
Peter straightened, eyes red and puffy from crying. "Sorry." He mumbled.
Then Peter face planted onto the table.
After that, he was completely silent.
Gwen turned to MJ. "Did-"
"Tony Stark is- was Peter's mentor. They... they were close. Well, sort of... Tony always gave off mixed feelings...
"Tony is the one who gave Peter his suit. Made him an Avenger. He was-"
~DRAWING COMING SOON~
"Like a father to me," Peter mumbled, sitting up. "My idol. He died so he could save the world and fix his own mistakes... fix losing me..."
MJ took Peter's hand in hers, smiling sadly at him.
Miles glanced at Peter. "I know how you feel. My Uncle Aaron... he was working for the wrong side, and when he found out it was me behind the new mask... Kingpin..."
Gwen out a hand on Miles' shoulder, frowning. "Peter, we've all lost someone important in our lives. It's just something that us heroes go through. I lost... my best friend, who's name was also Peter Parker. He looked just like you..."
Peter blinked, not knowing what to say.
Wow. These to have been through a lot... no wonder they seem so close.
Ned- who had been completely ignored this whole time- took a sip of his Coke. "My pet turtle died a few years ago,"
Peter and MJ laughed, Miles and Gwen laughing with them.
"What?! I thought we were-"
Just then, someone fell out of the sky, crash landing onto their table, glasses, drinks, and broken table flying everywhere.
The five teens shot to their feet, Peter suddenly wearing his suit once again. Miles had gone invisible, but Gwen could feel him beside her and see sparks in midair.
"Dude!" Ned exclaimed, MJ hiding behind Peter.
When Gwen's eyes landed on who had fallen from the sky, her mouth dropped. Miles turned visible once more, helping the person to his feet.
"Peter?!"
Peter B. Parker dusted off his Spider-Man suit. "The one and only. Know, which one of you two opened that portal?! Because-"
Peter stopped talking when his eyes landed on- well, Peter!
~DRAWING COMING SOON~
"Who are you?!"

"What does Dark Wasp want us to do again?!"
Jaidyn was nervous. I mean, it's not every day that you get to go to another dimension to fulfill your boss's evil bidding.
Val rolled her eyes at him. Sure, she was scared too, but if they didn't get this job done FAST, Dark Wasp would have their heads.
Especially if she discovered the truth about Val and Jaidyn...
"Jaidyn, we're gonna be fine. All we have to do is open a portal. That should be easy, considering the fact that these heroes are always on high alert with these- what do they call them? Akumas, flying around and causing trouble. They'll just thinks it's another one of Butterfly Guy's villains. It's a piece of cake."
"And the girl? The one on Earth-625? What should we do about her friends?"
"Hmmm... leave the cat. Distract her friends long enough for us to open a portal. The rest is up to you, Jaidyn." Val tapped him on the nose, his cheeks turning a light rose color. "I'll see you on the other side."
And with that, Val turned the corner and out of sight.
Jaidyn sighed, a portal appeared in front of him, swirling with different shades of whites, black, blues, and purples. "Let's see how super these heroes really are,"
And with that, he stepped through the portal.

"So, let me get this straight-"
~DRAWING COMING SOON~
"-portals leading into different dimensions are popping up all over the Spiderverse, and this kid right here is another version of me?! I mean, I know there are a LOT of Peter Parker's out there, but his universe sounds almost EXACTLY like mine, only his has more superheroes!"
"Did you just say Spiderverse?! " Ned called from where he was standing, laughing. MJ elbowed him in the gut.
"I know it's a lot to take in, Peter, but..." Gwen bit her lip. "Something is clearly going on around here. We might need your help."
"I'm still very confused." Earth-616 Peter whispered to Miles, who chuckled, leading Peter a little ways away from Gwen and Peter B. so the two could talk without interrupting the others.
"Peter here-" He gestured to Peter B., who was, of course, wearing sweatpants, "-helped me and Gwen last time we had a... situation like this."
"When was that?"
"A few weeks ago. Look, this must be really weird for you, but this has been everyday since I became the new Spider-Man in my universe- which hasn't been long, in all honesty. But I've learned a lot in that short amount of time. Like I said earlier, I lost someone close to me just like you. Everyone of us goes through that kind of pain at some point." Miles put a hand on Peter's shoulder, Peter looking at his feet. "What I'm trying to say, Peter, is that you can trust us. We understand you. And we're probably some of the only people who ever will."
Peter managed a smile. "Thanks, Miles."
Gwen suddenly tapped Miles on the shoulder. "Miles, can we talk for a minute?"
Miles didn't like the look on Gwen's face.
"Sure, Gwen. Is something wrong?"
"Yes. Doesn't it feel like something's... off? It's a little... too quiet."
Gwen was right. It did seem too quiet.
When you're a superhero, you never get time to relax. It's always villain this and crossover that, not to mention the friendships and romances that can pop up from out of nowhere.
*cough* You like Gwen *cough*
*cough* It's so obvious *cough*
*cough Why are we coughing before every sentence? *cough*
"Your right. Something does seem... off."
"Normally there's a car chase or an interrogation right about now."
As if on cue, a portal opened up above them.
Miles and Gwen looked at each other.
That's when the portal pulled them into an unknown dimension, Gwen grabbing Miles arm tightly.
Peter B. Parker ran forward, lunging just as the portal closed. He slammed his fist on the ground.
"Dang it!" He mumbled. "The minute I get here, of course they have to disappear. Just my luck,"
Meanwhile, the other Peter was looking at the sky with a 'wtf' expression on his face.
MJ had no idea what had just happened, other then her friends getting sucked up into a flipping portal.
"Peter?"
Both Peter's turned their heads. "Yes?"
MJ blinked, turning to her Peter- the sweet, funny, smart Peter that would never wear sweatpants over his Spider-Man suit.
"What just happened?"
"I have no idea. But, whatever it was..." Peter glanced at where Miles and Gwen had been only moments before.
"...it isn't good."

Sofia Silver was having a normal day.
Well, a normal day for her, anyway.
School was as boring as it could get, what with homework and- ick- learning. Her and Adrien got partnered together for a school project and decided to go to the park after school. After getting permission from his father, Adrien met her outside the Dupain-Cheng bakery, her classmate Marinette's bakery, which was across the street from the park.
As the two walked past the bakery, Adrien waved to Marinette and Alya, who were behind the counter inside, making croissants. Marinette's eyes met Sophia's, Marinette losing her balance and dropping the bag of flour she had been carrying.
In several seconds her and Alya were covered head-to-toe in flour, Alya crossing her arms at the bluenette, who hid behind the counter in embarrassment, her flour covered pigtails visible as she cautiously looked at Adrien and Sofia.
~DRAWING COMING SOON~
Adrien chuckled, shaking his head at the clumsy bluenette. Meanwhile, Sofia was laughing her head off. Marinette's cheeks were red as she began dusting the flour off of her apron, Alya snickering and dragging her out of sight.
"Marinette has been awfully clumsy lately," Adrien noted.
Sofia rolled her eyes, still not knowing what to think of the awkward bluenette. It was true, she was more clumsy than normal, as far as Adrien could tell. But Sofia hadn't known Marinette as long as Adrien, and Marinette was... nosy. She seemed very protective of Adrien, and Sofia has caught Marinette spying on them more than a few times. Sofia noticed that whenever Marinette was around Adrien she stuttered and tripped more than usual, but when she was around her other friends she seemed at ease and calm, yet still very Marinette.
"I thought she was always that clumsy?"
"She is, but it seems that whenever I'm around she's even more clumsy."
"She dropped the flour because she saw me."
"What makes you think that?"
"We made eye contact before she fell."
Adrien blinked in surprise, his mouth forming a small 'o'. Sofia held back a small laugh.
"Well, enough about Marinette. Let's get to work." Adrien sat down on the grass, Sofia sitting down beside him, the two opening their backpacks and discussing their project, Adrien taking notes and Sofia doodling.
After about an hour, Sofia heard a noise behind her. When Sofia turned, no one was there. Just a bush.
She shrugged it off and returned to the book her and Adrien were studying.
~DRAWING COMING SOON~
Little did she know that Marinette was watching them from the bush, a very annoyed Alya at her side.
"Girl, they're just studying for their project! Why can't you see that Sofia isn't trying to steal Adrien? They're just friends and you know that. How come you always get so jealous whenever Adrien makes new friends? First it was Lila, now Sofia."
"Alya, you have no clue what you're talking about. Lila was definitely trying to steal Adrien. She threatened me in the bathroom, all because I thought she was lying! Maybe I was a little wrong about Lila, but Sofia... something about her just throws me off. She's hiding something..."
At that moment Sofia had cracked a snarky joke, her and Adrien laughing, Adrien smiling at her.
Marinette's eyes narrowed, Alya shaking her head.
"Stop being jealous. I thought we were gonna go see a movie! If we don't leave know, we'll be late!"
Marinette shot Alya a look. "Alya, Sofia could be working for another modeling agency! She might be trying to find Adrien's weakness so she can take his spot in the modeling world!"
"Mari, stop making assumptions. Besides, Adrien is coming to the movie too. I said he could bring Sofia if he wanted."
Marinette froze on the spot.
"You what?! " Marinette exclaimed, rising to her feet.
That's when she realized that Adrien and Sofia were staring at her (well, Sofia was glaring, more like).
I mean, she did just shout at the top of her lungs and interrupt them studying.
And she was standing in a bush.
She had to look suspicious.
Marinette smiled shyly, slowly lowering down into the bush once more.
Adrien blinked in confusion. "Um, okay. That was weird,"
Sofia glared at the bush. "Yeah. Weird..."
Adrien checked his watch, eyes going wide. "Shoot! I told Nino that I'd meet him at the movie theater ten minutes ago! No wonder Marinette is acting weird! She was trying to get my attention!"
"And why would Marinette want to get your attention, Agreste?" Sofia asked as she watched Adrien gather his things.
That, and why she spying on them. It's almost as if-
"-she has a crush on Adrien." Sofia mumbled under her breath, Adrien turning his head. Sure, Sofia had heard rumors about Marinette having a crush on Adrien but she didn't believe any of them were true (you get used to tuning them out after they start sounding kind of absurd).
"What did you say?"
"Um... nothing. Just trying to remember what Ms. Bustier was saying in class today,"
"Anyway, Alya and Marinette are going to the movies too. We go as a group whenever a new movie comes out- preferably ones with superheroes." He chuckled at the irony, Sofia chuckling in return, the two being superheroes themselves. "Speaking of which..."
Adrien looked at Sofia, who cocked her head in confusion.
"Would you like to come to the movies with us too? Alya said she's okay with it, and I'm sure that Nino wouldn't mind."
Sofia raised an eyebrow, trying to ignore the heat rising to her cheeks. "What about Marinette?"
"Marinette's a sweet girl- I'm sure it'll be fine. Besides, you two haven't properly met yet! I bet that you'll become friends in a flash. She was my first friend at school, you know. She seems to be scared of me, though. And very protective."
Sofia gaped at Adrien.
Wow, Agreste. You're so dense. She wanted to say. It's so obvious.
You are the most blind person that I've ever met in my life, Adrien Agreste.
But she didn't.
Instead, Sofia shrugged.
"We'll just have to see what happens, hmm?"
After gathering their things, Sofia and Adrien walked over to the bush, Sofia parting the branches and saying one word:
"Boo,"
Marinette reeled backwards, tripping over her feet and falling on her butt. She blushed in embarrassment, Alya shaking her head.
"H-Hi," Marinette mumbled, not looking at either Adrien or Sofia.
With the way Sofia was looking at her, it was clear that Marinette had been caught spying on the two.
But then Sofia winked, mouthing five words that made Marinette's jaw drop...
Your secret's safe with me.
Did Sofia know she was Ladybug? How'd she find out? Did she-
But then Sofia nodded her head towards Adrien, who was talking to Alya. Marinette turned red, her mouth forming a small 'o', almost exactly like how Adrien's did.
They were so alike- no wonder they were friends.
Marinette leaned closer to Sofia. "How'd you figure it out?"
Sofia shrugged. "You constantly stutter around him, you spy on him whenever another girl is around him, and you seem to be a little jealous."
"Pfft! Me?! Jealous?! Yeah, I don't think... so..." Marinette stopped talking when she saw the look that Sofia was giving her. "Okay, fine, maybe I am a l-little jealous. Sorry for spying on you. I hope you can f-forgive me...?"
Marinette held out her hand in a peace offering, Sofia looking at it with a raised eyebrow.
But Sofia shook it none-the-less. "Friends?"
"Friends," Marinette smiled.
~DRAWING COMING SOON~
Adrien suddenly put a hand on both Sofia and Marinette's shoulders, Marinette turning red and smiling like an idiot, Sofia trying her best not to laugh.
"Good! You two have met. Now, let's hurry to the theater before Nino eats all the popcorn!"
The two girls laughed, Alya smiling from behind Adrien.
I knew that those two would work things out. Marinette needs to think with her head, not just her heart.
Alya clapped her hands. "Alright! We need to hurry because we all know how much Nino has been wanting to see this movie. And if we don't get there soon, he's gonna yell his face off because I have the tickets in my bag!"
"Who knew Nino was such a Marvel fan?" Adrien chuckled, Sofia rolling her eyes.
"Please. Everyone is so obsessed with those fictional heroes that they don't notice the heroes right in front of them!"
"I'm not saying that Iron Man is better than Chat Noir. I'm just saying that he's inspirational!"
"So a certain cat got inspiration from Iron Man? I'm not surprised." Sofia crossed her arms.
Marinette laughed at Adrien and Sofia's bickering. She really shouldn't have been jealous; it's very clear that the two plan to be just friends.
"Ladybug is way more awesome than any superhero on the big screen!" Alya fangirled. Being the owner of the LadyBlog, no one was surprised.
Sofia crossed her arms. "Why does everyone give Ladybug all the credit? Cat Noir is a big part of it, too."
"Yeah. Ladybug couldn't do anything without Cat Noir's help! Despite his puns and constant flirting, he is very trustworthy and understanding."
Adrien looked from Sofia to Marinette, cheeks ablaze as they talked about how awesome his alter ego was. Of course, Sofia knew he was Cat Noir and was just trying to give him some credit, but Marinette? Adrien never knew she was such a big fan of Cat Noir.
He knew she used to have a crush on him, but after Cat Noir rejected her like that?
He didn't think she'd still like him after that. Heck, her father didn't like him after what he did!
Adrien heard Plagg snicker from inside his shirt.
"Looks like Marinette still likes hat Noir!"
Adrien gulped, looking from Marinette to Sofia, who were still talking about Cat Noir and how he doesn't get enough credit.
I'm doomed.
The minute the group reached the theatre, Nino rushed out with his hands up in the air.
"You guys are late! Where are the tickets?!"
Sofia snickered. "A 'hello' to you as well, Nino."
They went inside, Nino waving the tickets at the guy at the desk. He merely pointed to the theater across the hall, Nino practically running.
"I thought we were gonna get popcorn!" Alya called after him.
"You guys go ahead! The movie starts in three minutes!"
Alya shook her head, making a beeline for the counter.
Sofia and Marinette were still talking, Adrien not knowing what kind of candy they wanted.
When he was about to ask, however, the theater shook, people screaming and dropping their bowls of popcorn, the akuma alarm echoing throughout Paris.
Adrien, Marinette, and Sofia groaned inwardly. An akuma attack!
Just their luck.

Miles was holding Gwen as tight as he could as they fell through the sky, wind in their ears.
"Miles, what is going-"
Before Gwen could finish her sentence, Miles saw that they were approaching ocean- and fast.
"Gwen, hold your breath!"
The two were suddenly plunged through layers of infinite cold, Miles doing his best to hold onto Gwen as he struggled to escape the water around them, violent waves crashing over the two beneath the water.
Miles tugged Gwen up as she started to sink, pulling her close, the two kicking and holding their breath, the surface getting closer.
They gasped for air as they broke the surface, the two treading water and trying to keep afloat whilst holding onto each other for dear life. Gwen looked around them, only to find that they were in the middle of the ocean- no boats, no land.
Just water.
"Miles... what is... going... on?!" Gwen gasped out, Miles shaking his head and holding onto her tight. His arms were around her waist, Gwen's arms around his neck, the two kicking furiously and out of breath.
Suddenly, another portal opened up above them, Miles cursing under his breath as they began to fall once more, this time on top of a car.
Gwen and Miles looked around, confused.
That is, until they saw the zombies.
Gwen screamed, burying her face in Miles' chest, who was frozen in place, repeating the same seven words:
"Please let a portal take us away, please let a portal take us away, please let a portal take us away..."
Just as the zombies reached for them, Miles tightened his grip around Gwen, the two preparing for the worst.
But it never came.
Instead, when the two opened their eyes, they were falling through the air once again, this time in Seattle.
Wait... Seattle?!
Miles shuddered at the thought of them nearly escaping those zombies. But that didn't matter. Gwen was still very shaken, Miles taking the lead and swinging towards the Space Needle-
Only to get shot down by a beam of light, much like a laser of sorts.
Gwen and Miles fell faster, Gwen losing her grip on Miles and falling.
"Miles!" She reached her hand out, Miles grabbing the side of a building and shooting a web towards Gwen, successfully grabbing her and pulling her back towards him. Miles caught Gwen, who smiled at him before crawling on the wall beside him, the two hiding in the shadows from whatever had shot at them.
The two watched as a figure flew through the air, stopping close enough for them to tell who they were, but not close enough to see them.
By the looks of it, it was a girl- a girl with long, chocolate brown hair, her intelligent green eyes scanning the sky for any signs of more falling Spider-People.
But the strange thing about her?
She was wearing a suit made of iron.
There was a chest piece in the center of the suit that was glowing, hints of purples and greys in her suit. She looked a lot like Tony Stark, only younger.
Then it hit Miles.
Is that Morgan Stark? The little girl that Peter was talking about?
Is this a dimension where Morgan is a superhero in the future? A superhero in Seattle?
Gwen was clearly thinking the same thing, the two glancing at each other before turning back to Morgan.
Morgan raised a hand to her ear. "They escaped. Yes, Gabriella, I know it was strange. But they disappeared again. F.R.I.D.A.Y, scan the city. We need to find those two superheroes. See about recruiting them. The more superheroes we have, the better it'll be to find the rest."
Miles raised an eyebrow, watching as Morgan pressed a button on her suit, her mask appearing over her face. She flew off, Miles and Gwen looking at each other.
"Recruit us? Recruit us for what? And what does she mean by 'find the rest'?"
"I don't know, but I don't want to stick around and find out. This place seems a little... scary."
It was true, something did seem to be off, in a scary sort-of way. The sky was dark and stormy, the buildings tall and empty.
"Yeah, but how do we get outta he-" Miles was interrupted when the sky rumbled, a portal opening up and someone falling from the sky- a girl.
Miles and Gwen took into action almost immediately, the two swinging towards the girl to catch her. She wore a grey suit, a spider symbol embed on her chest, a mask pulled over her face.
Before Miles and Gwen could catch her, however, another portal opened, the two unable to stop themselves before crashing into it.
Gwen grabbed onto Miles once again, Miles hugging her tight, the two expecting the worst.
Instead, they landed on top of a moving car. The minute they hit the car they were thrown off, rolling across the pavement and slowly coming to a stop.
When Miles opened his eyes, him and Gwen were only inches apart. Turning red, Miles got to his feet, helping Gwen up.
As they looked around, Miles noticed that they were back in his world, the two looking up at the entrance to Brooklyn Visions Academy, Miles' school.
Ganke was sitting on the steps into the school, comic book in hand and headphones on. He must've seen them fall from the sky because Ganke was running over to them.
"Dude, you okay? You guys just fell from the freakin' sky!"
Miles laughed. "We're fine, Ganke. Just... shaken, that's all."
"You might want to put on your mask, Miles... people might recognize your suit." Gwen whispered to Miles, who nodded, putting his mask on. Gwen already had hers on.
Ganke grinned, proud that his best friend was a superhero, and that Gwen was a superhero too, because Ganke could easily set them up now. He knew how much Miles liked Gwen- I men, he talked about her all the time. Plus, with the way they looked at each other, it was clearly meant to be.
"What are you two doing here? I thought you were hanging out in Gwen's 'verse."
"Yeah, well, that all changed. Another Peter Parker fell from the sky along with his two friends, one of which reminds me of you, actually, and turns out he's with some group called the Avengers, and then the other Peter Parker showed up, and... well, me and Gwen got sucked into about four different dimensions, each time more scarier then the next."
"Are you going to explain to me why you're soaking wet?"
Miles shook his head. "Right now, my main goal is to get inside and change into some dry clothes and drink some hot cocoa."
Gwen smiled slightly underneath her mask.
"Agreed,"
-0-0-0-
"Uh... be right back!"
Adrien ran into the men's room, leaving Sofia to deal with Marinette.
Thanks a lot, Adrien.
Sofia grabbed Marinette by the wrist, dragging her across the theater to hide behind one of those cardboard cutouts as a villain entered the theater, ranting about how they hated this person for doing something and getting them akumatized- you know, same old, same old.
Sofia rolled her eyes at the villain. "Classic,"
Marinette shot her a look before opening her purse. "What should I do, Tikki? I can't transform when Sofia's here!"
Tikki nodded her tiny head in understanding, thinking. "Maybe try sneaking away?"
While Marinette was seemingly rummaging through her purse, Sofia put her hand on the wall, making sure that Marinette was distracted and climbing up the wall and looking across the theater.
Sure enough, Adrien had transformed into Cat Noir, who was now fighting the akuma. He spotted her, nodding towards the doors, where Alya was being forced outside. Sofia nodded in understanding, landing on Marinette's left.
Marinette turned to the right, only to find that Sofia wasn't there. She then felt someone touch her shoulder, Marinette instantly grabbing their arm and twisting it.
"Ow! Marinette, Marinette, it's just me!" Sofia cursed, Marinette instantly letting go.
"Sorry, Sofia! Reflexes. H-How'd you get o-over there?" Marinette asked, confused. Sofia opened her mouth to say something, but at that moment a scream filled the air, Cat Noir crashing into their hiding place, completely destroying it.
Marinette and Sofia both shrieked in surprise, Sofia whacking Cat Noir over the head with a piece of cardboard.
Why do I find this scene so funny?
Because it is.
So true, haha.
"Ouch," Cat Noir blinked, groaning. He was on his back, and he looked up at Marinette and Sofia. "Hello to you too, ladies."
Both Sofia and Marinette groaned in annoyance, Cat chuckling.
"You two should get out of here- it's dangerous!"
"I can take care of myself, thank you very much." Both Marinette and Sofia said at the same time, eyebrows raised and arms crossed. They glanced at each other, smiling slightly.
Cat Noir blinked. Wow. These two really are quite alike. No wonder they hit it off right away.
They are also really cute when they-
Wait, what?!
Cat's cheeks were red as he gripped his baton tighter, grabbing Marinette and Sofia, the two girls glaring at him (why are they so cute?!).
"I know you girls are tough, I've seen it plenty before in the past, but you still need to get out of here."
With one swift jump, Cat Noir leaped through the air, Marinette and Sofia gripping his arm as he landed in front of the entrance to the movie theater, Alya forcing open the doors and dragging both Marinette and Sofia out of the theater.
"Girls, thank goodness you're okay!"
Cat Noir closed the door, about to head back into battle. But, before he did, he turned back to the door, looking directly at Marinette and Sofia.
That's when he winked.
Sofia rolled her eyes, knowing it was just Adrien teasing her and all that jazz, but Marinette froze on the spot.
Sure, Cat Noir winked at her all the time when she was Ladybug, but only once as Marinette- and that was two and a half years ago!
Did Cat Noir know her secret?
But he winked at Sofia too...
He was probably just being cat-ish.
Yeah.
Yeah, let's go with that.
Marinette turned to Alya at the same time as Sofia.
"Gotta go!"
The two ran off in opposite directions, leaving a very confused Alya behind.
"What are those two up to?"
-0-0-0-
"Why in the world are our portals glitching?! "
Dark Wasp hissed, banging her head against the table.
"I asked you to separate Gwen and Miles from one another, but nooo! You sent them both ALL OVER THE PLACE! TOGETHER! What can a villainess do to get good service around here?! If you're not careful, young lady, I will take your spider friend over there and smash him! I know how close you two are, and unless you do it right, then they'll be major consequences!"
Penni Parker winced from inside her glass cage, eyebrows narrowed at Dark Wasp. Getting captured was bad enough, but separating her friends? No way. Miles and Gwen have done so much to help Penni, and it's about time she returns the favor by helping them.
"I-It won't happen again,"
-0-0-0-
Gwen Stacy sighed as she sat next to Miles on his bunk, their suits drying out.
Luckily, Gwen still had her uniform from last time she visited Miles' school, so she put that on so they could sneak around more easily.
Ganke was listening intently as Miles and Gwen discussed what was going on, the two very confused about the portals opening up, what exactly Morgan meant by 'finding the superheroes', and who that girl was and why she was falling from the sky.
"It's really confusing. Who's sending these portals?" Gwen asked aloud, Miles nodding his head.
"Whoever it is, they clearly want to get rid of us."
"Or separate us from each other in some way," Gwen added, "which means that they clearly know that we're a team." Miles' face turned red, Gwen blushing a little herself.
Whoever was behind all these portals has tech that they shouldn't. The Collider may have been destroyed, but someone must've found another way. A way where if you enter another dimension, you don't glitch!
"Which means that we need to stick together. If this person wants us to be apart, then we can't leave each other's side." Miles said, his hand brushing against Gwen's.
Gwen smiled, her hair falling in her face as she tried to hide her blush, her blue eyes staring into Miles/ hazel ones.
Ganke smirked as his eyes darted between the two, Miles and Gwen clearly connected by more than just their powers and understanding of each other. Ganke coughed, Miles and Gwen jumping before turning away from each other, Miles biting his lip and Gwen giggling lightly, a sound that made Miles' heart pound in his chest.
"So who could this person be?"
"It could be Morgan. She said something about recruiting more heroes."
"'The more superheroes we have, the better it'll be to find the rest.'" Gwen quoted.
Wow. Gwen sure can remember a lot.
That's why she's so awesome.
Miles nodded, trying to ignore his flaming cheeks. "But it couldn't be Morgan. Right?"
Gwen shook her head. "It does seem a little strange. She was clearly talking to someone, though."
"Maybe another Spider-Person?" Miles suggested, Gwen groaning.
"Not another one... how many of us are there?!"
"A lot." Ganke said before shoving chips into his mouth. Miles shot him a look.
"What about that girl who fell out of the portal? She looked like a Spider-Person as well."
Gwen shrugged. "If only we had a list of every single Spider-Person in the multiverse."
"Peter and MJ," Miles suddenly exclaimed, Gwen hitting herself on the forehead as she realized what he meant. "They're still in your dimension! They must be worried si-"
Just then, another portal opened up, right above them. Gwen grabbed Miles' by the hand in an instant, the two prepared to be sucked in. Ganke looked like he was about to explode from happiness.
But instead of dragging them into another dimension, the portal made a strange noise, four figures falling out of the portal and landing on the comic-covered floor of Miles and Ganke's dorm room.
"Get off me!" Peter B. Parker groaned, shoving Ned off of him.
"Peter, you really need to work on that device." MJ noted, rising to her feet. Peter stood up beside her, a strange device in his hand.
Miles and Gwen stood up (still holding hands, no less), gaping at their friends.
"Guys?! What are you doing here?!" Miles asked, ignoring the smirk Peter B. gave him when he noticed Miles and Gwen's entwined hands.
Peter and MJ glanced at each other, smiling.
"Peter figured it out," MJ grinned.
"Figured what out?" Gwen asked, not liking the look on Peter's face as he held up a remote-like device, only this one had weird colors and a Spidey antenna.
"How to travel across the multiverse."

Defeating the akuma was easy once Ladybug and Spinneret showed up.
Despite the two bickering like old men, Chat Noir was glad to see them, due to the fact that he kept getting thrown into walls and that the two girls helped with the remainder of the civilians inside the theater, including a very annoyed Nino (he really wanted to see Endgame). Alya practically tackled him to the ground when he went outside.
Once Ladybug had petrified the akuma, Chat Noir and Spinnert followed her outside, the three heroes landing on a rooftop.
Ladybug turned to Spinneret, the two arguing in an instant.
"I told you to go right and distract him while I grabbed his ticket-"
"You never listen to me, and I am tired of being ignored-"
"How come you're always so damn stubborn-"
"It's like you don't-"
"Why won't you just-"
"TRUST ME?! " The two heroines shouted at the same time, glaring daggers at each other.
Cat Noir winced, rubbing his temples. "Girls, please calm down. Can't you work out your differences? Get along?"
"How can I get along with someone who doesn't see how awesome her partner is?"
"I never said that Cat Noir wasn't awesome! I just said that I couldn't return his feelings because I like someone else-"
"That's bullsh-"
"Watch your language-"
"You can't tell me what to do!"
Cat Noir's face was entirely red. First Marinette and Sofia, now this?!
"GIRLS!" Chat Noir shouted, separating the two. Ladybug smacked Cat's hand off of her, sticking her tongue out at Spinneret, who simply rolled her eyes and turned away, arms crossed. "Please calm down. It's tiring watching you two argue like this. Why don't we all just take a deep breath, and talk it out?"
Ladybug glanced at Cat, who gave her a look. Ladybug pouted, but a smile crept across her face none-the-less. Spinneret chuckled, but didn't turn back around.
"Now, apologize."
Ladybug rolled her eyes, but obeyed Cat Noir. "I'm sorry that I didn't listen to you, Spinneret, I'm just very... hesitant when it comes to new heroes. Ever since Volpina..."
Ladybug trailed off. Cat Noir looked at Spinneret, who sighed in defeat and turned around.
"I know, I know. I'm not exactly easy to trust, either. It normally takes years for people just to warm up to me. And sorry if I'm a little quick to judge. You and Cat are good friends, and I just don't want you to hurt him, that's all."
Ladybug smiled. "I don't mean to hurt him. I just can't share his feelings. Maybe in the future, just not right now."
Instead of feeling dejected because Ladybug sort-of rejected him once again, Cat noir perked up. Maybe in the future.
Ladybug smiled, holding out her hand. "Colleagues that don't necessarily get along?"
Spinneret looked at Ladybug's hand, chuckling at her word choice- because, in all honesty, it was true. They weren't really friends, more... colleagues that don't necessarily get along.
She smiled, reaching out her hand to shake Ladybug's. "Collea-"
Just then, a portal opened up at Spinneret's feet, Spinneret falling through and screaming. Cat Noir lunged forward, grabbing her wrist.
"So- Ette!" He called, Spinneret trying her best not to fall through.
But Sofia's wrists were sensitive, webs shooting from her hands and momentarily blinding Cat Noir, who let go of her.
(Not my best drawing of Ladybug and Cat Noir, but it'll have to do)
Spinneret fell through the portal, screaming as it closed above her. Cat Noir landed on his butt, tearing the webs off of his eyes and seeing the portal disappear, screaming in frustration.
"Ette!"
But it was too late.
Sofia was gone.

A man ran through an alleyway, gun in hand, panting. He looked behind him repeatedly, as if someone- or something- was chasing him.
The man ran through a door, waving his arms. Several other men were packing boxes into a truck, but they stopped when they saw their colleague waving his arms and panting like a maniac.
"She's coming! Hurry, she's coming!" He shouted, one of the guys giving him a look.
"Who's coming, you idiot?!"
Before the man could answer, however, the door flew open, a mysterious figure webbing the man's mouth shut.
A much smaller figure leapt through the air, landing on a box, tail flicking and ears twitching.
"Show's over, boys."
Spider-Cat's eyes narrowed, the boxes around him flying into the air and crashing into the men, who screamed. Some ran for cover, others ran right at the red-clad heroine.
Silent Spider twirled, kicking some guy swinging a crowbar around right in the face. He crumpled to the ground, his friends all hesitant to attack the heroine themselves.
Silent Spider beckoned the boys closer, punching and kicking her way through them all.
One guy tried sneaking up behind her and hitting her over the head. She simply grabbed their wrist, staring right at them.
"Why hello," She then judo-flipped him, sweeping the legs of the other three men surrounding her. "I could do this all day."
As more men attacked the deadly heroine, Spider-Cat continued to use his telekinesis to annoy the men surrounding the truck.
"You're cheating on your wife with her sister? Oh, now that's evil, mis-purr." Spider-Cat hissed, a box dumping guns and Vibranium all over him. "Being a superhero in times like this is hard. Especially when no one appreciates a good pun!"
Silent Spider did an ariel, taking out her swords and fighting some dude with a spear. Guess who won?
Not him.
"Ella?! Ella, do you copy?! " A voice spoke in Silent Spider's ear.
"Yeah, I copy. What is it, Morgan? I'm kind of busy right now."
"I know. That's why I'm coming to help. Besides, that's the last bit of Vibranium that isn't locked up in Wakanda! I'm not missing out on getting my hands on some of it."
Silent Spider chuckled as she slashed a man across the eye with her sword. "Alright then. I'm in the second room to the-"
Suddenly, the roof exploded, Morgan appearing, hitting several guys with her blasters.
"I know," Morgan smirked as she landed beside her best friend.
The two fought side-by-side, unaware of the events that were about to take place.
Once every man was down, Morgan walked over and picked up two boxes of Vibranium, smirking to herself. Silent Spider took her mask off to reveal a girl with green eyes and blond hair, her freckled face young and mysterious.
"You got your Vibranium. Now, let's get out of here before HYDRA-"
Both Gabriella and Morgan froze as a scream filled the air, the two looking up to see a girl falling through the air.
She landed at their feet, coughing as she pulled her mask off her face, revealing hazel eyes and curly brown hair just above her ears.
Sofia Silver pushed herself up only to have both a sword and gun pointed directly at her face.
"Um... a hello to you, too?"
