I booted up today and nearly freaked with surprise

A little ribbon appeared by my book that held my eyes

It said my story ranked number 143 in animals you see

I looked at the reads, and thought, how can this be

Scrolling down, by another book I spied another ranking

Who among all the members should I be thanking

Another book, another rank, it left me blinking

The more I scrolled the more I saw my acceptance sinking

And while watching I spied a snag

The discovery made my shoulders sag

Each rank it seemed was for a tag

And not for reads that I could brag

A cutesy Wattpad undertaking

A kind of status bump they were launching

That said a western I was making

Had gained the rank of 92 in baking!
