I sat bye the fire, warming me up on, yet another, freezing winter night. That little scene with Levi ( that I really enjoyed by the way ) had happened a little over a week ago, the night after me being too sore to walk, and I've been sleeping with Levi ever since, which I also really enjoy. He's been all hugs and kisses, making sure I'm alright. But while I'm okay physically, emotionally I don't really know. I'm still concerned about what happened with Jean, and I intend to find out. Right now I'm walking through our base, in hope of seeing Jean walking around as well. But if course, there's nothing. But I did find something, a new door. But how could that be? Once a house is built you can't just add a room, especially in the middle of the building. I open the door, which is unlocked to my surprise, and see not a room, stairwell, or closet, but a ladder leading down. I slowly descend and end up in a jail like cell.

" Ugh, I can't see anything. "

As my eyes adjust I see a figure laying in the ground in a dark puddle

" J-Jean?! " I run over to him, and check his vitals. He's breathing, but he's in a puddle of blood, not water. " Jean! Are you okay?? "

" (Y-Y/n)?  Is that you? "

" Yes! What happened? "

" I...I don't know... "

" C'mon, lemme get you to the infirmary " as I slowly help him sit up
I now see stairs, not a ladder. " what the hell is this " I guide my injured comrade up the stairs, and help him into the infirmary.

" Is someone there?? Please! " I look around frantically for help " Please, he's badly injured! "

Some nurse comes running to me, and calls for more help. As soon as they got to Jean, they started to work on him. Levi and Hange for news of a badly injured soldier, and came down immediately.

" (Y/n), who is it that was hurt? " Levi comes over, and immediately goes livid. " Why would you help him after everything he's done to you??! " Levi had to be pulled away by Hange, who actually hadn't talked since she got here.

" Levi, you do realize...the Jean who hurt her is in the cells.." Hange looked at him, his eyes now wide.

" Hange, you stay here, tell us if he leaves or not " and with that, Levi grabbed my hand and started to run towards the cells.

Once we got there, all I could hear was laughing. " You idiots! Hahahaha! You fell for a petty little trick " the so called " Jean " stared at us and laughed.

" That is not Jean, his voice isn't that rough... " i started I cry a little bit, I had thought that one of my best friends had tried to kill me .

" Hey, (y/n), it's fine. The real Jean is fine, this sick bastard is going to be hung. "  Levi looked at the person in the cell, like it was a bug he wanted so desperately to kill with the bottom o his boot " You go back to Jean, comfort him and try to find out what happened. "

" Okay, Levi. " and with that, I ran down to the infirmary. I got to Jean's side and started to cry

" (y/n)? What wrong? Hey don't cry " his hoarse voice croaked a plead, one that I couldn't do

" Jean, I'm so sorry...I thought that you tried to kill me and I " I choked up after a sob

" Why would you think that? " I looked at Jean as a tear ran down my cheek.

" You don't know... " Jean doesn't know about the person who pretended to be him " Nothing. Tell me what you remember. "
