The morning sun shines onto my face. I slightly groan and roll over. I was exhausted from all the nurses constantly coming in and checking on me all night. I rub my eyes and sit up. I was beginning to feel better. My normal dizziness came back from last week. But overall.....I was fine. I hear the door open. Heff comes in. "How you feelin?". I throw the covers off. "I'm doing better" I slightly lie. Heff smiles. "Well then lets get you along to run some tests". I nod and pull on leather slippers. Heff offers his hand, but I stand up just fine. I feel my stomach drop. I felt sick the moment I stood up. But I held it in. Heff opens the door and leads me down the large set of stairs next to my room. On occasion, a body would be carried in. Heff opens the doors, and the sweet scent of spring enters my nostrils. I breathe in and smile. I remembered moments like this with my mom. I couldn't forget. I'm lead into a courtyard as blossoms fall from the trees beside us. I see a group of garrisons sparring. Then I look closer. One Military police is sparring along with the group. How odd...... someone in the military police would be in Wall Sina or Utopia alongside the king. Then the person turns around to face. I go quiet. It's Annie. Tears begin to form in her eyes. She escapes the group and comes running up to me. She then embraces me into a hug. Confusion was all I felt. Then rage. I take her arm and throw her over my shoulder. She hits the ground and grunts. I kick her in the gut and she yelps. "Jaeger stop it!" Heff screams. I can't. But before I can continue, Heff pulls me back. I thrash out. "You betrayer!!" I yell. Annie looks away and begins to sob. "I SHOULD HAVE NEVER TRUSTED YOU LEONHARDT!". Annie slowly stands up and droops her head. I suddenly begin to feel weak. I lose feeling in my legs and loose my footing. I fall into Heff's arms. He grunts and slowly tries to boost me up. Annie looks down at me and collapses to her knees. "Eren listen to me...." she begins. I'm too tired to argue. "I'm still learning friendship.....and I grew up as a selfless idiot.". My gaze softens. "I regret leaving you there" she cries. She clenches her fists to her forehead and her body vigorously shakes. "My father never told me to love....and make the whole world my enemy!" she screams. "BUT I CAN'T JAEGER.....I CAN'T STAND MYSELF AND UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS AN ENEMY!!!". A man with long blond hair in a ponytail comes up to the girl and urges her to her feet. "I'm....I'm so sorry" she whispers. I can't speak. I suddenly begin to panic. I can't move or feel my legs. "Jaeger.......why aren't you moving?". I breathe faster. "I.....I can't move my legs" I whisper. I lay my body all the way down. I was suffering. "Anyone....p-p-please help me" I whisper. Heff leans down and wraps his arms around m waist and hoists me up. I grunt and feel limp. I thought I was going to be alright. I feel my eyelids droop and grow heavy. "Hey Jaeger...STAY WITH US..........STAY WITH US.......". I....I...I can't.
