Nightmare keep coming !

They do not leave me .

I kept reliving ,

All the scary and the dreary !

Every things I want to forget  ,

Coming back in dreams

All night I fret . . . 

Hearing all the screams !

I see shadows when I wake ,

All the flashes back ,

More than my eyes can take  .

Taking me back to that SHACK !

This is torture . . . 

It is killing me within .

Find me a cure 

To keep me breathing .
