Background: Ryusui Lee is the next Kamen Rider Meteor, he is the successor of Ryusei Sakuta. He is Half Japanese Half Chinese Student, he is studying at Tanaka Cram School with his friend and other students, he is a friend of the teacher name Hiroto Kobayashi and Misaki Yamamoto. He learns martial arts like Kung-Fu, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and other martial arts. One day, when he heard the Cram School scamming students' parents for money from Hiroto, this made him angry, and decide to stop them. But when he sees Hiroto beat up the corrupt principal, he calls the police to stop the fight. As the police stop the fight and arrest the principal, Ryusui quit the school and apologizes to Hiroto but he understands, he knows that he gets angry and that no one can stop him. Ryusui decides to transfer to another school but one day, he meets Kaito Daiki and gives him the Meteor Drive. He sends to Blue Archive world and helps Hiroto against Zodiart but becomes a vigilante.
