My crush didn't reply my text so uh, here we are....

Anyway, lets begin.

Reference : book 1 part 68 - retouching (for step 9)

1. Draw half of the canvas with black
2. Then with an airbrush, make a gradient at the edge

3. Add your picture below the black layer

4. Add your text

5. Put an image above the text
6. Change the layer to darken so the text looks cool

7. Change the color of the image of the text so it matches with the color scheme you're going for (mine's dark blue) and make sure it's readable. Use filter > adjust color > hue/saturation/color or lower the opacity.
8. With filter > adjust color > hue/saturation/lightness, make the color of the main picture we used as the background almost black and white.

9. Retouch the person's face (if there is one), and you can also highlight objects by coloring white with an airbrush and change the blending mode to Add to make it pop (I did it with his mic and headphones)
10. Go to filter > blur > unsharp mask to define the picture.

11. I colored the background with my main color using an airbrush, and then on a new layer, draw a thin white outline around the person and his mic.
12. Then go to filter > blur > gaussian blur on the white outline to make this glow effect on the person.

13. I added filter > frame > blur frame on the background and done.

I doodled a bit for a finishing touch.
