Well, good to see you again after nearly two weeks!

I forgot who requested this and I can't seem to find the comment anywhere but here it is.

It's quite short so I added an extra tutorial to make it longer.

Part 1 : Neon Text

1. Add your text

2. Add a layer below the text, and then go to filter > style > glow (outer) and set it to your liking, make sure the color of the glow is the same color as the text's color.

3. Change the blending mode of that layer to Add

4. Lower the opacity

5. Then, add a new layer above the text and go to filter > style > glow (inner). Make it white and set it to a narrow radius

6. Once again, change the blending mode to Add and you're done!

Told ya it's easy. Now, I decided to make a cover with that text and I hope you'll enjoy it.

Part 2 : Cover

7. Make the background black

8. Add the the title (and author's name, I forgot to screenshot it)

9. Between the layer of the background and title, write whatever you want. I decided to write a few sentences and copied it because it's really hard to write on your phone :v

10. Set the eraser to Flat Brush (Normal) and start erasing around the title and make some scratches around the cover to make the text look faded

11. I added a few more doodles/handwritings on the layer above

12. I did the same thing with the eraser

13. Make a new layer at the top, and change the blending mode to Add

14. With the color you picked, use an airbrush to draw at the top corner and bottom corner of the cover to make some kind of ray(?)

15. Above the background layer, add any picture of your choice

16. Change the blending mode to Hard Light

17. Go to filter > adjust color > hue/saturation/lightness and make both the saturation and lightness low

18. Add a new layer just below the top layer then go to filter > frame > blur frame and set it to your liking and we're done!

Sorry for the late update, I was in the midst of stress thanks to school.

Basically, my computer lesson assigned us to make an educational kids game or an online shop/data storing related stuff, however my dumb butt didn't read that and made a dress up game instead where I drew all the clothing by hand in ibisPaint and I wasted 16 hours, after that I had to redo and make a fake online store and that took me 7 hours.

Not only that but my exams started two days ago... yay. My next update will probably be longer.
