It was so nice to be in my own bed. We've been home for a day and I was so happy to be home. I was so happy to see Ashley and to just walk outside and play with the kids. "Mom! Watch this!" Aubrey hollered as she did a cartwheel. "Much better! Just try to get your legs a little more straight." I smiled. Harmony was watch Aubrey trying to copy her and was just rolling in the grass. "Keep working on it Harm." I giggled.

A couple days passed and the two older ones were back in school. I invited Jennifer over. I asked Ashley to keep Harm busy for the afternoon.
It was hot and sunny so we laid out by the pool. "So on a scale from 'okay' to 'fuck my life' how bad was it?" Jennifer guggled. "Definitely Fuck my life." I said. " I'm just done." I said taking a deep breath. "Done as in?" She asked sitting up. Tears swelled up in my eyes, "like done done. I can't do this anymore." I said with a crack in my voice. "Was it really that bad?!" She asked. I nodded. "We argued most the time, he flirted with her right in front me, he picked to spend time with her instead of us, the last 3 days he completely Ignored me and him and Lisa played house and acted like mommy and daddy to the kids. The 2nd night we were there, him and I had amazing sex and I thought you know that'd make him remember what he has but I'm pretty sure he just used me." I cried. Jennifer hugged me. "You poor thing. You don't deserve that." She said. " He keeps telling me he isn't cheating but God Jennifer I really feel like he is! I mean he spends so much time with her! She convinced him to go on this stupid tour. I just refuse to let him walk all over me." I said wipping my face. "So what are you gonna do?" She asked. "I guess I'm gonna start talking to a lawyer cause this isn't okay. I feel so depressed and Aubrey is starting to notice." I said. "I think that's a good idea. You've taken too many of his beating. Physically and emotionally." She said. I hugged her tight, "you need anything like someone to watch the kids while you go to the lawyer, let me know." She said. "Thanks. I will. I'm just so scared. He's the only thing I know..... I've been in love with him since I was 19." I cried. "I know I know but you can only take so much." She said. "You're right." I said.

"Were going to grandmas?" Harm asked. "Yeah, my mom." I replied. "Yay! I miss shaki, melody and miles!" Aubrey said. "Me too!" Ben smiled. I took the kids to my mom's house since she hasn't seen them in a while.

"Hey babygirl." My mom said hugging me. "Hey amber. It's good to see you." Hector said giving me a hug also. "Hector just made his famous Colombian lunch! You guys will love it!" She smiled. My mom had a pretty nice home. She's really turned her life around.

"This is amazing Hector!" I said devouring his meal. He just laughed. "You act like you haven't ate in days sweetie." My mom giggled.  "I was sick, so I have ate much in the pass week." I replied. "Oh, well eat up." She smiled. "So when does Michael come home?" Shakira asked. "2 months." I replied. "You must be excited." She smiled. "Very." I said plainly. After lunch I asked to speak to my mother alone.
"Whats wrong sweetie?" She asked, "you don't seem okay?" She said. "I was wondering if you could watch the kids for a couple hours while I went and met with this new lawyer." I asked. "Sure but what lawyer are you meeting with? Hector knows the best Lawyers around." She said. I gave her the card I found of the lawyer I was meeting with. She glanced at it and became very worried. "Amber. This is a divorce lawyer." She said. I nodded as tears swelled up in my eyes.  "I know. There's Somethings going on and I'm just looking at my options. I don't wanna talk about it right now, things are bad. I just really need you to watch them for a little bit." I said trying to holding myself together. She hugged me, "of course babygirl. Anything you need." She said rubbing my back.

I left my mom's and met with this Lawyer.
"Hello Mrs. Jackson. How are you?" He asked. "I'm fine. Thank you Mr. Francis." "Oh please call me Josh." He smiled. "Okay."
"So where do you wanna start?" He asked. "Legally this is all confidential correct. You cannot leak my information correct?" I asked. He nodded. "Of course unless it's illegal." He said. "Okay well, me and my husband have these contracts made up saying if you leak any info about our family you will be sued and so on." I said handing him the contract. He looked it over then signed it. "So Michael Jackson is your husband?" He questioned. I nodded. "We've been married for about 10 years." I said. He went over everything about the divorce process then he asked the million dollar question. "Did you guys ever sign a prenuptial agreement?" He asked. "No." I said. "No?" He asked surprised. "We never signed one." I said. Then he smiled. "Do you know how much money you could leave with in this divorce Mrs. Jackson?!" He said. "I'm not interested in the whole prenup thing. I just want a easy fast divorce. I'm not interested in the money." I said. "Mrs. Jackson. You wouldn't have to work a day in your life. You could leave with more than half his money." He said. He looked at me like I was stupid but It wasn't about the money. I didn't want it cause I know it will make the divorce ugly. "Josh. I only want enough money to live on my own and to care for my kids. Nothing more." I said. "I really think we should run with this non existing prenup." He said. I stood up, "Thank you for meeting with me Mr. Francis." I said giving him his money then leaving.  I got back to my mom's. I sat on the couch as the kids played with their aunts and uncle. My mom sat next to me, rubbing my leg. "How did it go?" She whispered. "Terrible. Once he found out that we didn't sign a prenuptial agreement, he got all crazy about that. I just want it to be easy and fast. I don't want it to be ugly." I said. "My poor baby. Your doing the right thing by not going with that lawyer." She said. I closed my eyes laying my head back then my phone started ringing. I kept my eyes closed answering the phone. "What." I answered. "Well hello to you too." Michael replied. "Wanna talk to the kids?" I asked. "I wanted to know how you're  feeling." He said. "I feel just peachy." I replied. "What did you guys do today?"  "We're at my moms." I said. I literally have the biggest headache. "Why do you have an attitude?" He asked irritated. "I have the biggest headache right now and you're making it worse." I said. "Ben come here." I said. Ben came up to me and I handed him the phone. I can't deal with him right now. Ben was just talking away on the phone and I closed my eyes for a bit.

Mom woke me up when it was dinner time and we had a very nice dinner. Man Levi would have loved this. Us all together and being able to get along. I looked over and I actually saw a picture of a Levi and I when we were very young on the fridge. I got up looking at the picture smiling. "It's one of the only pictures I have of you guys." My mom said. "Ben looks so much like him." I giggled. "He's goofy like him too. Levi was a funny little guy." My mom giggled. "That's my dad?" Ben said. "Yep. That's me and your dad when we were yours and Harmonys age." I replied. "I can kind of see a resemblance between Levi and Miles too." I giggled. "Yeah, I think you and Melody look a lot like too." She giggled. "I see you in Shakira a little." I said "She looks like her daddy's side." She replied.

It's the day before Michael gets home.... I'm trying so hard to be excited for the kids. I've been meeting with lawyer after lawyer for the pass two months but everytime they find out we didn't sign a prenup they get all crazy so I'm having no luck with that. Michael and i haven't talked that much in the last 2 months neither. Aubrey has been asking me if we are fighting but I do my best to convince her that were fine. She too smart though.

"So when are you gonna tell him?" Jennifer asked. "Maybe a week before he leaves or when I find a lawyer." I said. "This just really sucks...." I sighed.  "I bet. The kids are gonna take it hard also." I nodded. "Aubrey is catching on...."

"Mom! Dad's home! He's home early!" Ben hollered. "Wait what?!" I asked. "Bill just pulled up! Can we go outside?" He asked. I walked over to the door looking outside and they were right. "Go ahead. Me and Jennifer are gonna keep working on dinner." I said. "Come on Ally! My dad's home!" Ben said as they all ran outside. 

"Is he really home?" Jennifer asked. "Yep." We stood there chopping up tomatoes and carrots and other veggies as the kids walked into the house with Michael. "Is Lisa staying for dinner?!" I heard Ben asked excited. I stopped what I was doing. "Oh shit." Jennifer said. I could hear her fucking voice. Someone is fucking dying. "She better get the fuck out of my house." I said trying to take deep breaths. They all walked into the kitchen and there she was. I'm seriously so close to snapping but all the kids are in here. I grabbed my knife and keep chopping. "Hey baby." He said trying to hug me. I didn't even acknowledge him. "Babe." He said. "Can I have a word with you." I asked mad as hell. "Um I guess...." he said. We went up to our room. "Whats wrong baby?" He asked. "Get her the fuck out of my house!" I hollered. "Amber-" "I mean it Michael!" I yelled. "This is my house actually and I'll have over whoever the fuck I want!" He replied. I walked out of the rooms. I went back to the kitchen. "Guys were gonna have dinner at grandmas, come on. Get your stuff." I said gathering the kids. "But mommy daddy home." Harmony whined. "Harm, just listen to mom." Aubrey said helping her get her shoes on. "You are not taking them." Michael said. Jennifer got her kids ready to go and helped me get the kids out the door. "Amber! Stop!" He hollered. But I Ignored him. I buckled them and got into the car and left. Harmony was crying and Ben was just confused. "Mom are you okay?" Aubrey asked. "I'm fine sweetie." I said.

"What are you guys doing here?" My mom asked confused. "Were having dinner, remember?" I said winking. "Oh yeah. Silly grandma forgot." She giggled. "My daddy is home. Is he coming over too?" Harmony asked. "Um daddy had business he had to do sweetheart." I replied.

Once the kids got settled my mom took me in the back room. "What happened?" She asked. I eventually did fill my mom in with all the drama so she knows. "He brought that fucking bitch in my house!" I said. "Are you serious?" "I almost snapped mom. They came into the kitchen while I was chopping up veggies. I was ready to stab them! I'm gonna kill him!" I said. She hugged me as I shook from being so mad. "I'm gonna end up hitting her or stabbing him." I said. I'm being serious too.  "Shhh, just take deep breaths." She said. "Don't let them break you like that. You're so much better." She said.
We had dinner with my mom and called Bill. "Is she still there?" I asked. "No ma'am. She just left." "Okay thanks Bill." I said then hanging up. We finished dinner then chilled for a while then went home. The kids ran in and Ben and Harmony ran to Michael. Aubrey stayed beside me. "Hey guys I missed you." Michael said hugging them. "Daddy!  Grammy made a really good dinner! It was yummy!" Harmony squealed. Me and Aubrey walked upstairs. "Can we watch a movie or something?" She asked. I nodded. She came into my room and we watched a movie and I guess we fell asleep. "Aubrey, time for bed babygirl." Michael said picking her up. He carried her to bed. He came back as I just watch TV, trying to go back to sleep. "You really took the kids away from me after two months of not seeing them?!" He said mad. I rolled my eyes. "You're really gonna bring your side whore in our home after knowing how much I hate her." I replied. "Shes not my side whore god damn it!" He yelled. I shrugged. "I don't care what she is to you but you bring her into our home again I swear you'll regret it." I said mad as hell. "It's that a challenge or a threat." He asked smirking. "This isnt fucking funny you asshole! It's a promise!" I hollered.
