Open a plain image in Phonto and add your title (white background, black text - tap darken in PicsArt; black background, white font - tap screen in PicsArt). If the background is a solid color, then add the title where you want it and add your face claim.

If your background is a landscape or something along those lines, then add your face claim, then add the title. But before you tap the check mark, tap the eraser and erase where the title overlays your face claim.
