IMAGE NUMBER ONE;

First open a white background and add the crown. Tap tool and select free crop.

Press the brush and select the last tool (it looks like an oval with a tail). Trace around the crown. 

Then go back with the other tools to clean the edges, because you don't want your crown to look like this.

Once your done, make sure your save your clipart.

Go back to home on PicsArt and open the first image. Tap add photo and add your face claim. Make it black and white by tapping the wand on the top left. Then open the drop menu of your face claim and select either multiply or darken. Hit the check mark when done.

Scroll through the options till you find "clipart". On my phone, it's next to "text" and "sticker". It should pull up a lot of clip art options. Tap "my clipart" and tap the crown. Put the crown so it covers the ears.

Hit the check mark and add photo. Add the balloon and press multiply in the drop menu.

Hit the check mark and save your photo. Then press add photo and open the photo you just saved. Make it the same size as the other photo. Press the drop menu and select darken. You can leave it as it is or you can blend to two photos.

What I did was I just ran the eraser through some random places till I was satisfied.
